It's a hit and miss. My dog is usually fussy because she got a bad experience with people. There was a groomer named Andrea that was fantastic with my dog. I saw her looking everywhere and when she saw no one looking her, she hugged my dog. And my dog let her. Then there are groomers that aren't able to handle a 11 pound chipoo. They forcefully put a cone on her and she gets anxious and I get anxious. So.. it depends on who you get or if you remember your groomer. But my dog had more good experiences than bad ones. So 1 star off.

I was out looking for fish and shrimp. I normally go to the small business places for my aquatic needs but I will continue to visit this store. The employees were super friendly and helpful when it came to my million questions about my tanks. The one that helped me treated me with respect and kindness. Never once did I feel like he was rushed or that I was wasting his time. I really will definitely be going back.

If you're desperate for a grooming then it's alright. I felt i needed to correct more things than them actually doing it well. Also don't bother with the teeth brushing cuz if they can't brush the dogs teeth they just put toothpaste on their tongue and spray their mouth, easily done at home. Didn't clean my dogs ears, more earwax around his ears than when I brought him in. Fur around paw pads was not trimmed well, really choppy. Staff is really friendly only reason why it gets 2 stars instead of 1.

Very accomodating. They're really patient with my old German Shepher mix. He's a nervous wreck, but somehow he feels safe with the PetSmart staff. Great place and very caring staff.

I had just rescued an Australian Shepherd, and boy did she need a good bath, brush, FURminator, dry skin treatment and her nails cut. I wish I could remember the name of the technician. My new dog Mila took to her immediately. The technician was soft-spoken with her and very gentle. This made me feel much more at ease since I had just picked up Mila from the Orange county rescue shelter. I was given a certain timeframe, and when I went back to pick her up, oh my goodness! She was beautiful. And oh so cute, she looked and acted like a princess. I absolutely recommend Petsmart in Fullerton

They told me the price for the grooming and bath was going to be $52 and then when I went in they said they were going to charge me $$89 Is not about the $37 is about the principle of business if they tell you one price up front they need to commit to that price. Plus my dog ended up with a few cuts, one on the nipples and one on the back foot 😢
