PetSmart GroomingDo your dog a favor and DO NOT book Dayana for grooming services.Had a very bad experience with her when she was unable to do the grooming on my dog TWO DIFFERENT TIMES!!!! the problem is that she's the only one complaining about it, when other groomers do the service everything is great.Her actitud and customer service is the worst I ever experienced anywhere, she talks to you like she's scolding you for stuff she couldn't do, just a WITCH in every possible way. I wish I had seen before the reviews she has, is sad this type of customer service is ruin what is supposed to be a pleasant experience for us and our furry babies.

I like that I can pick up prescription wet cat food by the can. Also, you can order online by the can. Other big name pet stores require purchase of a case online. Employees went above and beyond to complete a difficult refund. The store is neat and organized.

Loved to see puppies in training and kitties up for adoption. I was wondering around a bit lost within the aisles, but was quickly attended by a keen customer service representative. The store is well stocked and the aisle clean. Found new treats for my spoiled kitties, and their favorite wet cans. Got the smart pet tag from Pawscout to try on Molly...the party kitty.

When Ever I Need I Need Something For My Aquarium Tank I Always Come To Buy Mostly All My Aquarium Supplies Here. I Also Bought Ghost Shrimp For My Tank Here For A Really Good Price. They Keep My Tank Clean , Especially For My Dwarf Red Platys. If You Ever Need Live Plants or Recreational Plants PetSmart Has Really Great Deals of What You Need. They Also Do Free Water Testing For All Customers & Help Out Letting You Know If Your Water Is Healthy For Your Fishes. Everyone Seems Really Nice And Have Good Customer Service And Knowledge.

Very friendly and helpful to me. I was looking for something to help with a stray cat my daughter and I rescued last year. We put Advantage II for fleas on him the first time was just a small dose then a few weeks later finished the rest of first vial, everything was okay. Then the second time half of the vial and he started acting strange and started chasing his tail, howling, meowing and hissing like he was out of his mind. It looked like a strong reaction to the medicine. We went to the store and no one could help us. We asked about their policy on this particular brand, because it was 6 months out, couldn't be exchanged. So we have a scary cat until we can find a solution in the meantime I sing to him to calm him down. It works or he's a good "actor" in falling asleep to have me stop singing, lol. Anyway maybe my next trip will be earlier in the day. Thanks, Peggy 💫🧑‍ 💜

Petsmart is a good place to go if you own or looking to adopt pets. They have a great selection on tropical fish to exotic reptiles! And for all you dog ow6..they have a huge selection of dog products ranging from a wide assortment of toys to all types of dog food to even grooming services. You can even bring along your furry friend to shop inside!! And for you cat owners..they also carry an assortment of cat foods and toys!! This place offers you a great welcoming and friendly service as well. And if you own a different type of pet like a hamster or rabbit or fish this is the place that will carry all your supplies and food as well.

The pandemic has been tough on all of us, and to help manage my anxieties with it, I've been always choosing to opt in for curbside pickup. Today however, was probably the worst experience for any curbside pick up order.I arrived there at 7:04pm, 4 minutes after they no longer do curbside. I called and asked if it's still possible and the person I was talking to was quick to say no because they end it at 7. I asked if people are wearing masks inside and she replied that although they require it, their customers don't. I get it. So I asked again if it's possible for them just to bring it out and she was quick to say that all their members are busy helping other people.It is not my first time there and I know they are not that helpful or busy. It is hard to believe her as well since she didn't check since she was busy telling me no each time. If you're willing to bend other rules, why not help me out who is only 4 minutes late?Petco apparently has curbside pickup until 9pm. Petsmart was closer to my home, but they wont waste more time driving there or writing this review.Chewy also has better prices if you can wait 1-3 days for shipping.Decided not to leave only 1 star since I was the one who was late.

Service was more then expected. When I walked in, someone immediately greeted me and asked me questions to help a speedy process. He was knowledgeable and I enjoyed my experience there. I've also been here a few times and the staff in general have been very helpful. Looking forward when trying out the training services.

The employees here seem to be really more concerned about going home instead of helping the customers even though it's the last 10 minutes that the store is open it seems that if you ask a question they get very frustrated and flustered and don't really want to help you and I don't really much appreciate that especially when it was just a five minute stop for something small

Alejandra is the absolute best groomer!!! I only book appointments with her now and I highly recommend taking your pup to her too! She is so kind and patient with my baby, even when he gets nervous going in. She even fills out a cute “Pawgress Report” so I know what i need to do to better maintain his health in between appointments, and how he did during the appointment. Thank you so much Ale! <3

The employees are all helpful and make your pets feel welcome. I have seen many who stop what they are doing and rush to be helpful. It seems like that should be the standard but not many places have such cheerful workers.We also have had pet training through Petsmart with awesome results.

Bought my second pet mouse from here a little while ago and the two workers i talked to could not have been nicer in answering all my questions. I wish I remembered their names, but it's evident they really care about the animals there. To the workers that helped me pick out my fat little grey mouse, Bridget is doing wonderful!
