The employees were friendly and helpful, but what I was shopping for, frozen bones and treats for dogs, had a smaller selection than I'm used to and had it not been for the sale they were having they were more expensive than the regular pet stores.

I walked in for the first time today and enjoyed my visit. The customer service is great as I came in for some treats for an older dog of mine to chew on and they showed me they section promptly with a variety of options. They did have a bulk buy for the teeny dental snacks for dogs that I didn't know exist, I've only seen the single small, or medium zip lock pack versions at petsmart. They did have a lot of variety for dog and cats specifically in terms of food and toys, but I didn't see any other animal specific items other than those two pet services. I did noticed they had a grooming and teeth cleaning service on my way into the store, but I didn't ask what the fees were. All in all great experience.

Great service! Has a loyalty program on food and dog baths. My neighbor told me how easy it was to wash my dog there and she was right! I bought a punch card. It felt like a splurge, but it isn't that bad because the shampoo and conditioner are included. It's so much easier than doing it at home. They have a cookie case for treats that's fun too.

The people that work here are so nice! And I love the diy dog baths they have set up. Such a nice stress free way to wash your own pet. Shampoo, conditioner, towels, and blow dryers are all provided!

We go here for the doggy self wash. Very nice area for washing your dog. My only complaint is that they don't keep the drying area very clean. When you turn on the blowers to dry your dog, fur flys everywhere. Haven't really used the store for anything else.

I enjoy taking my 2 dogs here for the bathing area, it's spacious and provides many amenities. I have used Centinela for about a year and a half, unfortunately I think I may have to find another place for Luna and Claire solely based on Hours of operation, that being said 10am open time is 1 to 2 hours to late for active persons trying to get things done earlier in the day. I can also almost swear it was once 9am, even so personally 10am Is too late to be opening that hour, even two saves alot of time for persons. Sorry Darius your provide a great store wonderful staff, but the hours of operation could refelct better and I say this to ikea and best buy too...

Super friendly and helpful staff. I was able to get everything I needed thanks to the staff, they even gave me recommendations for a different product I hadn't come in for that actually works better than what it replaced. Even when I had to use the restroom before i left, both private bathrooms had gender neutral signs which made me feel such acceptance as a trans person who moved from a hostile state (the staff were very friendly too, we even had a great short exchange about how accepting California is compared to where I'm from). Everything about this place was really great, got everything I needed, as well as a friendly and helpful chat with the employees, all topped off with some unexpected validation and acceptance of my gender.

We adore this pet store. They have a large selection of healthy options and great associates who are eager to assist (though we rarely utilize this benefit - we're quite independent in nature). They also have unique sales and perks that we dig. This is for sure the store for our family's fur babies!

Excellent selection of fine foods, supplies, etc. Self-seve dog wash is great - $15 gets you unlimited towels, shampoo, conditioner, a waterproof apron and blow-drying stations. And no sore back from bending over a bathtub! Best part. Staff is so nice and friendly. Look for discounts and coupons in your weekly ValPak or similar coupon mailing. Check this place out, seriously.

This is a great place with a wide variety of quality, well-priced pet supplies. We originally went in to bathe our dogs (with was also a great experience and only $15 per dog!), and afterwards we walked around the store with our doggos and bought them some tasty treats. Everyone there was super friendly, and we had a very pleasant experience! We'll definitely be back!

As soon as my wife and I walked in, Sales pitches left and right started. Sonia gave us all the wrong advice about the food and treats and the shampoo. It seems like a good place to be fair but the customer service was horrible!

Utilized the bathing facilities for the first time last week for my 13 y.o. Golden. $15.00 including water, shampoo, conditioner, as long as needed, Sooooo much easier than bathing my 70 pound Golden in my bathtub. And he loved the experience as well, even the blow drying. Voila, a clean, sweet smelling puppy.

Staff are very attentive, friendly, and helpful. They helped me choose a new kibble which not only my dog but also wallet were happy with. Their recommendations for a puzzle toy to keep him busy were bang on as well. Love that Centinela has monthly pet clinics for a good price

Small place with limited selections. It was okay but didnt really find much that I couldnt find elsewhere for a bit cheaper price. Most of their products come in smaller packages and a bit on the pricey side.I do like the fact that they have a self wash room. Take your dog in and bathe them. They provide everything for you. Haven't tried this but who knows maybe I'll give it a go next time.They dont have much parking either, I almost missed the parking area since I thought it was for the other business in front of parking spots.But I got there and gave it a shot.Wouldn't come to this one again since it had a limited selection. Might try a bigger one and see if there is any difference.

The team keeps this place very clean. There's a self serve puppy/dog wash and dry station. All supplies, including shampoo, conditioner, towels and aprons for the humans are included. If you need any help, the team is there help. There are different community events that this business takes part in. Another location is in the LA County area. I'm not sure if there's a dog wash there.

I discovered Centinela bc my regular pet store was closed and they remain open until 8:00pm - big plus for us. Store was very clean and organized but lacked selection. I'm willing to become a regular patron bc it's within walking distance to my home - my pup will just have to do w a lack of variety when it comes to loaf type dog food. 😄
