*THIS PLACE HAS CAUSED MY KITTEN PASSED AWAY*This is a truth story that I have experienced on 3/5/2024 and I want to AWARE pet's owner from experience losing your loving pets. A week prior, my kitten has done many tests at another vet clinic to check for his health and results were all negative, so my kitten was in a healthy condition to get spayed. Then I brought my kitten to this animal hospital to spay. The Airport Pet Hospital has caused my kitten to PASS AWAY AT VET THE SAME DAY FOR SPAYED and said the reason was due to high temperature while recovering. I have confirmed that reason with another vet and that was not true. Please AVOID this place. Thank you for reading my story!

Dr. Kamel doesn't know what he's doing when it involves cat care. Back in August of 2023, he laughed in front of my face because I was concerned about my cat's weight. She felt skinnier, and when I'd carry her, she felt too light. I asked if there was a medication or a supplement that'd help increase appetite. Dr. Kamel still continued to laugh, "to feed her more." He recommended running some tests. I agreed, so the blood test came back with FCoV postive. So much for laughing right? There is no cure or treatment that'll help my cat. As long as she is in perfect health with no issues, that won't bother her daily routine as a cat. She will be fine. It was understandable; there wasn't anything Dr. Kamel could have done. As so I thought. A few months pass by. Around December, she started to get worse. I came back to at least get her on antibiotics. One week later, my precious girl completely shut down. At Case Animal Hospital, the doctor their already knew what she had. FIP. Another step from FCoV. Not once did Dr. Kimmel say that my cat could have the next step of FCoV. That's why her condition was bad, meaning it couldn't just be FCoV. There is a treatment for FIP. Unfortunately, the treatment plan was too expensive, meaning it was not FDA-approved. I wish Dr. Kimmel could have told me this. So, I could have saved my cat a long time ago, and I could've saved to afford the treatment. How does a veterinarian with a BACHELOR's DEGREE not know the next step of FCoV? In a way, it is my fault too, bringing her back to this place. Kat, my precious girl, was put to sleep on December 21, 2023. She couldn't make it for Christmas. If anyone is reading this. Never ignore the red flags of a doctor's words and actions towards your fur baby's health. It can cost your pet's life. Dr. Kamel get your education straight.

We got our first puppy and had to find a vet. I called around until I found Dr. Kamal. He was patient and kind in explaining everything to us since we are first time pet owners. We have gone for vaccines, neutering plus a hernia repair surgery and cannot say enough good things about Airport Animal hospital. The doctors and staff give the highest level of care to our puppy. They are excellent and passionate about what they do and it shows.

I took my Henry in for vomiting, diarrhea and blood coming from his bottom. Dr. Charlie saved my dog's life!!! He asked me straight away if he got into anything poisonous and I said no. Luckily Dr. Charlie investigated his symptoms further, because it turned out, from our walk, Henry had been exposed to rat poison and was bleeding out! Dr. Charlie is so smart and professional, and I am truly lucky to have access to such an excellent provider! All of the staff was so kind and understanding during Henry's time in the hospital that week, and Dr. Charlie called every evening to give an update. Airport Animal Hospital is a complete care facility for your pet, with so much compassion. Dr. Charlie is a hero as well as an excellent Doctor.Dr. Charlie is so kind, caring and gentle! He is an excellent surgeon, and I know this because my Henry was neutered and didn't even need his pain medication! He didn't even need the cone, as if he didn't realize the incision site! The staff is so polite over the phone and the entire staff of the back office continue that profound care and respect. Thank you all at Airport Animal Hospital!!!

Had 2 Kittens spayed and neutered here. Never been here before. Very friendly and efficient. Impressed with the great care they took of my babies. Doctor spoke with me after the surgery and gave me instructions for post care. So wonderful.Thank you

If I could give zero stars I would, as someone who works in vet med and having a family member come to me after their pet was injured at airport animal hospital for a simple nail trim. The dogs nail was pulled and skin was torn from around the bed of the nail then they bring the dog back out saying they can’t finish the nail trim that she was going to require sedation there was one paw left the paw with the bleeding nail, and when it was brought to their attention they claimed to not know what happened and said your dog was already like that, wow that really left me stumped. Shame on this clinic for not attending to a mistake they’ve made, luckily the dogs transferred vets where her nail was attended to for an affordable price and her nail trim was finished no sedation required.

2 stars are solely due to Dr. Boules, who was warm, tentative and professional-The lack of stars are due to the horrible experience with one woman at the reception desk. Called this past Monday and asked for an appointment for both of my dogs-Arrived the next day, on time, to be informed that there was only an appointment for one fur baby. Anyone with multiple pets will agree that unless there’s an appointment, it’s easier to only take the one that has the appointment- They know the difference between the Vets and a dog park! After this and that, receptionist stated that the doctor would see both of my babies and Dr. Michael Boules was/is absolutely wonderful! After both of my dogs had been checked, the receptionist came into the office to provide the medications and take payment. I have my hands full with 2 dogs that are anxious to leave, hand her my card, asked for a bag for the medicine and left. 5 minutes later, received a call and it’s the same receptionist and first thing she states is that I (I!!!) had taken the wrong medication and that it was meant for Leo?! Asked that I return for the right medicine and again voiced that I took the wrong medicine?! Facts-I was given the wrong medication by YOU and client services 101, conversation should have started with an apology-not with an accusatory tone as if I had stolen Leo’s medicine?! It’s your job-not mine-the fact that she had no idea what she was handing to which dog-ALARMING!!!! The fact that she felt that it was my fault-APPALLING!!! How would one trust this facility/reception? They can not log in the correct appointment(s)-have no idea which dog(s) are where nor do they care? I could take my babies in for a serious issue and the receptionist would probably hand me the wrong fur baby? Beyond irresponsible! And on a closing note, if YOU make a mistake, start by apologizing and acknowledging the mistake.Would love to return (Dr. Boules is great) BUT not with that sort of office assistance/reception-Went from feeling excited to rave about the Doctor to other fur baby owners to never wanting to return. My husband took our fur baby Ms Wrigley there this morning. It was our first time going here. He said Dr. Charles Kabal was the nicest, sweetest, and so very professional. Unfortunately I wasn't able to be there because I had to work. But I look forward to meeting both brothers. He also said the young ladies working the front desk and the vet techs, and the nurses were awesome too. I hope they read this and know how happy I am. They took such good care of my baby girl.

My wife and I have been going to different animal hospitals for decades and this is, without a doubt, the best animal hospital we've ever been to. The staff is polite and professional and Dr. Andrew is the most patient and knowledgeable veterinarian I've ever met. We have 3 cats and every time I bring one in they're always treated with care and understanding. As long as Dr. Andrew is at this animal hospital we'll never go to another.

Previously had a decent experience but then they refused to refill medication without warning. They were graciously filling meds for us after we moved and everything was going well with our dog. Then, out of no where, they decided not to fill them anymore stating he needs an appt. I asked for one more month while we find a new vet (no one has openings soon) and they refused. So now now our dog is an itchy, red/raw skin mess again and it will take him months to get back to where we were with missing a couple weeks of meds while we wait for a new vet to see us. Soooo frustrated at their lack of communication that they weren’t going to refill and lack of care about our situation and pet.

This vet is the best! I have a 2yr old beagle and before finding them we tried out several others in the area. They neutered him and since then they have been our go to. Their prices are excellent and all the vets are great. From the senior partner to the newest addition they are so caring, they take their time, they listen. I have full trust in this office. The staff is always friendly as well. Easy to get appointments. I would not trust any other office with my sweet boy.

This vet clinic is the best I’ve ever been to! The vets and staff are so friendly, helpful, and educated. I’ve been coming here for about 7 years for all my pets, the first time was when we had to put my dog Tito down for neurological issues which ended up causing a massive amount of seizures at only two years old the vet helped ease our hearts and minds by being honest and compassionate about the situation they went above and beyond with their care and I will never forget them because of it. I now take my cats there and other cats and dogs I’ve found on the street and they are always happy to help me with whatever these fur babies need✨their prices are amazing and always fair! They even give you a break down of what is needed and how much it’ll all cost and believe me when I say these are the best prices since I’ve been to A LOT of vet clinics in California. Thank you to all the staff for everything you’ve done for my animals😊

Really happy and grateful for my experience at Airport Animal Hospital! The staff were very friendly and kind and my Dr. was so thorough and helpful. I took my dog to a few other places and they couldn't tell me what was wrong, but Dr. Kamel was able to figure it out and saved me much unnecessary treatment for my fur baby. On Saturday morning August,22th my miniature dauchound was attacked by a coyote I called Airport Hospital and they walked me through what I had to do to try and stop the bleeding so I applied pressure near his throat and proceeded to the Hospital within seconds upon arrival I was met by a vet technician she was very pleasant and professional and was able to calm me down Dr Kimbel came and took a look at my dog Lefty he explained that he needed to do surgery because Lefty was in critical condition I left him in his hand and thought for sure that I would not see my best friend ever again approximately 6 hours had passed when I received a call stating that surgery went well and that Lefty was stable and that if he continued to improve there was a possibility that he may be released I jumped for joy a couple of more hours past and the Dr said he was going to release him home with pain medication and antibiotics 2 days later Lefty started being himself jumping running eating an so on ,but I want to thank all the personnel who played a role in saving my best friends Life 🙏🏽 thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.

I’ve brought both my chihuahuas here since they were 2 months and everyone has been amazing. When my oldest got neutered they were super understanding. They really answered all my concerns! (Especially since I was calling every 5 minutes because i was anxious.) haha. I really recommend this vet for those looking for a friendly and great vet!

Hands down the best vet you can take your animals too. Since the first time I took my dog to this vet, I've never looked back and have been taking him here since. The staff/veterinarians are all so friendly and informative. Dr. Andrew really made my family feel comfortable. This review comes a bit late. I lost my Mia last year and she was still so little. There was something wrong with her neurologically and the doctors helped as much as they could. I completely trusted the doctors and staff, they always kept me so informed. When we had to say our goodbyes we were a crying mess and the doctor gave us as much time as we needed. We had already been coming here with my dog Luna and she will be 11 this April and is in great shape. Our new dog Leo is in great shape too and I love coming here. I have zero complaints. thank you to the doctors and staff for always being so dedicated and sweet to my family, my dogs and myself. You are all awesome!

Andrew and Charlie are the best of people and vets. We have several cats and dogs they have treated over the years and I wouldn't trust anyone more with their care. They have saved the life of one of my cats twice when he developed crystals in his bladder causing blockage and near death. They have helped us nurse a stray street dog who was close to death with multiple issues back to wonderful health and who is now a wonderful member of our family. Their kindness, compassion and understanding is outstanding and I totally give 100% recommendation for them.

The level of care, compassion and professionalism I experienced here is nothing but consistent. I have been going to AAH for the past several years now and my experience has been amazing! They are located over 50 miles from my house but it’s worth the drive. Dr. Charles and Dr. Andrew are simply Fantastic. My German shepered got a flee infestation, I took him to AAH, they took care of it right away. They are always available to board my dog. Today I got my dog neutered and the surgery went very well. Whether you are simply looking for a grooming services or very serious medical treatment, look no further because Airport Animal Hospital will take care of all of your pet’s needs. I have been taking my dog Teddy to Airport Animal hospital for 15 years, since my dog was a newborn puppy. From the second I walked through the door my pup and I were treated with the utmost respect and care. You can’t go wrong taking your fur baby to either of the brothers (Dr. Andrew Kamel and Dr. Charles Kamel) because they are super friendly, kind, excellent with animals, and extremely proficient. Both Dr Andrew and Dr. Charles are very professional, love animals, and are passionate about their jobs, so rest assured you and your pet will be in good hands. All of the staff is friendly and comforting and will make sure your pet is taken care of. Both doctors are very well-trained and love animals, which is reflected in their excellent bedside manners and passion for taking care of your pet.

Honestly, I don’t know how to start with this place. First of all I came across Dr. Kamel (Charles) and airport animal hospital when my precious Pomeranian needed emergency services. She ended up having a seizure which led to a stroke. This was back in 2013. He was amazing at not only treating my baby, but keeping me calm and clearly explaining everything. I knew right away this was our new vet. I have moved to Ireland and now back home in Hollywood. I still go to both Dr. Kamel’s. I love them and their care. I still have my Pom and another dog. I will never go anywhere else. They are seriously the best around. Excellent care, affordable, amazing quality, friendly staff. I love everyone at this office. 100000% recommend.
