Molly and her husband are just great people who care about providing a service that is caring, warm, sensitive to the specific pets needs and of course quality work. If you haven't tried them I advise you to do so.. Oh and they are mobile with their beautiful mobile pet grooming shop. It's very clean etc.

I am so impressed with Brian, my dog’s groomer at Wizard of Pawz! I walked in to pick up my goldendoodle and witnessed an irate woman yelling at him because her dog is itching after being groomed. Brian remained calm, polite, respectful the entire time. He asked what kind of shampoo the woman uses at home and she stated it is a medicated shampoo. 🤦🏽‍♀️ He kindly offered to reshampoo this woman’s dog with her own shampoo despite how rudely she spoke to him. Brian conducted himself as a professional, offering kindness where is wasn’t being reciprocated. And adding to his praise: my doodle looked amazing!

We came here since 2020 & had a great experience but as of recently, their communication with appointments has been terrible. Texted a few weeks ago to set a appointment & I got a text saying they will get back to me at the end of the day, but I never got a text for 10 days! I finally had to reach back out & they were able to schedule us in. My appointment was for a 1pm but I asked if I can bring my dogs in the morning since we will be at work in the afternoon & they said yes 9am they will be in. My husband was outside the closed shop from 9:20am-10:30am, even though their business hours say they open at 8am. We texted & called in that hour & no response. It wasted so much of our time, we are going to have to go to a different groomer unfortunately.

Let me start by saying that I had taken my dog here since we moved to Fresno in the summer of 2021.All together I had taken her 3 times before the last awful experience.First of all they took forever to do my dog’s usual grooming (I dropped her off around 12pm and they didn’t give her back until about 6pm).Then they forgot to call me to let me know that my dog was ready,again she had been in there for about 6 hours.Lastly when I picked her up,she looked horrible!!!! it was not what I had asked for even though I provided the groomers with pictures of what I wanted and what they had done in the past.They claimed that they were busy and that the groomer who started the job had left early.I was so mad,honestly horrible experience.

VERY DISSAPOINTED AND ANGRY! I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for my 2 dogs to get groomed at Wizard of Paws. Spoken with a lady who scheduled me for Wednesday, September 21st at 10 am. She took my name and number and my dogs names and what I needed done regarding grooming.I arrived only to find the door is locked and closed. You just lost my business when I more than likely would have been a customer for years. If there was a change in schedule, I was not contacted. I called to see what was going on and the voice-mail is full so I Could not leave a message. Stay away from these people who schedule grooming and are not open for business.

Very nice help. The groom was B+ maybe A-. Accommodating. Was charged $70 or $75 and the books all showed $50 to $60 for all other visits for that day. My inside dog is extremely gentle to groom and gets groomed monthly. Left feeling gouged.

First time customer...my mom recommended this place. I called and made an appointment, but when I got there they didn't have me on the books. An employee told me it happens a lot. Very bad first impression. The 1 star is because they were nice about it. I was not. Would have given zero stars if I could.

Just had the best experience with my Ziggy dog worked him into my crazy schedule and Molly definitely went over and above and will definitely be my go to groomer and my dog is very important to me . Thank you very much 5 starts definitely well earned

We used to love this place, but sadly, not anymore. The first time we took our Pomeranians there they received such a great haircut. We then returned for a nail trim and it was also good. The third time we returned we picked up our Pomeranians and everything seemed okay, but overtime one of my Pomeranian’s fur was not growing back even. His hair grew back in patches. Around his neck it will not grow, along with two areas on his back, and a huge area by his tail. He looks very silly to the point that people ask us if he’s sick, and what is wrong with him. It’s pretty embarrassing and we are so saddened by this because we have read that once it is cut too short in a specific area, it just won’t grow back. Shouldn’t these groomers know as professionals the limited length for Pomeranians?Thankfully my other Pomeranian is fine, but the younger one is not :/
