WinCo Foods prides itself on being an employee-owned company, so why not take more pride in your store? Can I get a cart that doesn't thump loudly throughout the store? Can I go through self-checkout without the majority of the checkouts being out of order? The floors are frequently dirty. The only reason I didn't give it just one star is because Winco typically has better prices than other grocery stores on the northwest side of Fresno. I've been coming here for more than 20 years, but more and more, I dread coming here.

On Saturday afternoon we did some grocery shopping at this store-actually we came in for bread & milk yet left with about 30 more items. Sound familiar? All checkouts were busy except for one & a man came toopen it up. I don’t remember his unique name but his name tag said he was Store Manager. He was efficient & very friendly - I’ll thank him here again for demonstrating to his staff & customers that service remains first. Maybe that’s why this is our preferred grocery store for over 5 years. Happy Holidays Mr Store Manager & staff!

Great prices on food and beverage. Kitchen utensils and dishes available. Holiday decor available also. Great pizza, chicken and potatoes hot and ready to eat at a good price.

I am grateful to Winco for their 24 hour service! I don’t like getting up in the early mornings! ( 5:00-7:00 a.m.) This is the only grocery store that has these hours!

Simialar to a Food4less but with a few SPECIAL features. Extensive bulk food section. Even bulk spices and oil. I suggest you bring your own reuseable bags to help cut down on plastic waste. Fresh sushi and a pizza place up front. Well lit and friendly employees.

Prices are always fair and cheaper. It’s always super busy and check out is always crazy but worth it. Parking lot will give you anxiety.

Do you want to go back in time? Would you like to see what the super Market of the 1980s look like? Look no further than WinCo. With signage, decor, and product selection that has not changed since the 80s- 90s, you won't be disappointed. However, what products they do have are good quality. It's like a dingy Fred Meyers.

Went there to get a few things. Had to get a few more greens because the shelf was empty of collards and the produce worker was so kind and went right back and brought us out boxes of greens... I even needed a whole 40 lb box of sweet potatoes. Produce guy went right in the back opened it up and showed them to me! Awesome! Checking out was a breeze, very little wait!

Great selection and prices! Most of the registers were open, making for a quick check out. Clean and well stocked for groceries and household items. Also conveniently located next to Costco.

Very Good prices!They have a very large refrigerated section.Some good product choices, but as in all the grocery stores in CA, some product brands and /or products may not be available.Better prices than Walmart and the rest.

This Win co on Shaw had mold on the raspberry if you zoom in all these packages had mold and what was weird is that a employee was there checking the produce that had this mold and he did seem to do anything and this was all the raspberries they had and they all had mold

I come here to shop for everything I need. It is like a one stop place for pet food, human food, cleaning supplies, kitchenware, and seasonal items. I especially like their sushi bar in the middle of the store, it tastes just as good as restaurant quality sushi.

This is my favorite local grocery store. The store has plenty of friendly employees. The shelves are usually full stocked and organized. Produce is fresh. The store is clean everytime I shop there. Prices are the lowest in the area. There is lots of parking and the area is well lit at night

To bad it shares parking lot with Costco, crazy people trying to get in the gas line there will kill you, they don't think stop signs apply to them. Still crazy parking lot. Better veggies now. Still best to shop before 8 am. Sunday morning early is the best time to shop! The remodeling is done and it's very nice

We ordered a 3 ft sandwich on 12-29-23 at 9:30 am along with spinach dip also with sliders. We were told we could pick it up on 30th the next day any time till 8:30 pm. We get there at 7:45 PM young man comes back says they don't have nothing in our name asked if that was the store we ordered from showed them my phone with their number on it. Manager Elijah comes out says there is nothing goes back comes back he finds the order on a piece of paper apologizes that it fell behind a box. He went beyond and offered slider trays had a spinach tray for us. Thank you Elijah you were sincere even though we were upset it seems to never fail something like this happens to us. Disappointed in the store not keeping the call in orders in a appropriate place.

WinCo is a Great location for food deals and great prices on food. Stores very well laid out and always been clean when I go in. Staff is helpful whenever I have the odd question. Highly recommend the bulk foods to find what you're looking for. Also highly recommend their pizza dough made fresh on site for if you want to make your own.

Prices are tough to beat. Staff are not. No offers to help me find anything. The 2 people that I did rope into answering a location question did not know. And, like always, the cashiers can't manage to push the dividers down for the customers to get to. They take them off of the belt and set them right next themselves, forcing the customers to walk up to the front of the line to get it. Or the preceeding customer to hand it to the trailing customer. Extend your precious little arm and push the dang things down!
