My family and I have always shopped at and supported this Walmart our whole lives, however, in recent months, we've had bad experiences with poor customer service from their staff. The staff are unusually dismissive with negative attitude when we try to ask for assistance.One instance, we were trying to ask for an item that needed to be unlocked, however, the staff was very impatient and grabbed a random item instead of listening to what we were asking for. This caused a bit of confusion and we had to correct them that this was not the item we were looking for. Instead of being patient and taking accountability, the staff responded with a bad attitude. We quickly checked out and left the store because we didn't want to deal with any more bad interactions.Please be more mindful and empathetic towards the community because we're also doing our best to not make your jobs harder. Thank you and I hope that this situation will improve soon.

Absolutely awful. Went on a Saturday late morning and it looked like what you’d expect a store to look like during off hours. Not during a busy weekend morning. Staff stocking everywhere, carts blocking aisles, and everything in disarray. I can look past all that, but the staff moving the carts and doing the stocking definitely belong on the off hour shifts. Super rude, acting like the paying customers are the ones in the way, just generally all around terrible folks. Then you have the cashiers back now and none of them seem happy to be there either. The cashier scanned my stuff and then told me I could grab my own stuff off of the first conveyer belt because she was too lazy to move a 12 pack of Gatorade. All around garbage place and should be cleaned up. If I come back I’ll be doing my shopping in the off hours and with self check out.

While on travel, more than 3000 miles from home, my glasses became bent and needed to be straightened. Dashed into the Walmart vision center at store number 02001 and was assisted by. Liduvina T, Who was the state licensed optician who was working that day. In very short order, she had my glasses completely repaired and did a very professional job. Liduvina was there for me in my hour of need, and she acted in a competent, professional and pleasing manner.

I wish I can give them 0 star if there is any option for that, I went to this Walmart and looking for something I was not able to find i asked 6 employees (6 employees) all of them said they don’t know where is that item then I asked one of them who should I asked do u have anybody who can help me she said yes my manager I asked her where is your manager she said she don’t know oh my gosh if u don’t know anything why r u working there please hire some people who has sense of humor who knows how to do customer service I was shocked when one employee told me u can read the signs where is what I was like oh thank you reminding me about those signs because they are more helpful as compared to you.

I would like to share my experience seeking assistance at Isle 17 in Walmart. I needed a blow dryer but encountered difficulty as the help button wasn't functioning. After a brief search, I approached several Walmart associates for assistance, but unfortunately, none of them had the key required to access the item. Despite my patience and persistence, the situation did not improve. One associate mentioned they couldn't locate the person with the key, leaving me waiting for approximately 20 minutes. Eventually, I approached another associate who seemed to be heading in the direction of Isle 17, and to my relief, she had the key. However, her response was far from satisfactory. She appeared visibly annoyed at being approached for assistance, showing no empathy or apology for the inconvenience caused. This lack of customer service left me disappointed with my shopping experience at Walmart.

Do not come here they treat you horribly and the products aren’t worth it. i’ve gotten food poisoning here, returned boxes of hair dye already used and the cashiers are incredibly rude along with the security guard. if i could give 0 stars i would. it’s a waste of time and money here ALL these associates have attitude and won’t help you. they also do illegal searches. just save time and don’t come here

Everything and seemingly everyone is focused on theft you can feel the darkness and tension from thst negative mantra that is oozing from every lead assistant Mgr.. Mgr supervisor which believe is "Walmart we don't trust any F dz x nyone" 1, other I don't understand why kids that are working there now think it's okay to drop the F-bomb all the time or gather in group s if 3or4, well congregating in the middle of an aisle to the point where you have to ask them to move out of the way you have to say excuse me to get them to move, And then they do so silently they don't even say excuse me or sorry let me get out of the way... nothing Well I guess I'm old as, Cuz I feel finally disconnected from the youth and ive started quoting my dad? N.

If I could give no star I definitely would! No customer care at all, they could never direct you to the correct place. Employees are always in their own world. This is exactly why I prefer Target !!!!!! Walmart sucks to the max

By far they have the worse staff ever. Each staff we asked for help looked like we were bothering them. I'd think spending over $600 they'd treat you with a little respect. Go elsewhere this place is a joke!!!!

It's Walmart what do you say that is Alfred something different than the other Walmarts except it takes forever for them to come and unlock glass so you can buy items. It is also very awkward along with being a pain in the neck when they take the item that you want to buy and they say they're going to put up at a register and you have had gotten a couple items behind glass and then you go up and they're like yelling across all the check out lines and grabbing things and asking if they're yours and other guy it's very inappropriate and embarrassing when you have someone working there ask if some female product is yours that was brought up and you have all these people looking at you like you're a weirdo it's very demoralizing uncomfortable and inappropriate. I believe there are a number of things behind glass that could be put in your cart they don't need to be bringing everything up to the checkout line and make people do that type of stuff to purchase items. Besides that the staff is wonderful

They don’t answer phones.i called to see if my ring is ready which I dropped off February 15 and no one answers they keep hanging up on me so unprofessional. I called for like an hour straight bakery only answered and sent me to service desk and no answer

I was told 5/10 items I ordered for home delivery were unavailable. Substitutes unavailable too. So I cancel the order and drive to the store. Everything was available. So I asked an employee at the checkout about it and she said there is nothing they can do, it happens every day. So then I called the help line and explain the issue. The person literally replied, "so, what do you want me to do about it." No wonder it's all screwed up. Nobody cares, lol. I have to laugh it's so stupid.

I try to exchange and item but customer service told me that they don't exchange it anymore as of February 1 but they still have the return policy sign it say within 90 days of purchase with or without receipt. They take that sign off if they are no longerDo that.

I would definitely give a no-star if there's that option. I normally don't shop at Walmart (especially this specific store). I would avoid most times and if Target was few blocks down, I would rather spend the extra gas and money at Target for a better shopping experiences. This complaint is against Customer Service and the way they processed my return transaction. They need further training and perhaps the managers need refreshing too. I bought a little heater last month. After 2 weeks or so, I noticed it was making loud noises and the heat wasn't efficient. I took it back to Walmart (within 30 days w/ my receipt). The Customer Service associates said they couldn't grant me my refund because I didn't bring back the item within 10 days, but they said I can do an exchange. I told them I dont want the same item and I would rather buy it elsewhere. I ask for a store credit, they said they couldn't but the policy online says they can issue a store gift card if a debit/credit card is not available (which that is also my case). I ask one of the gal where I can find the store return policy and she directed me to go online. I ended going back to the store to talk to the managers to help me find the policy that justify what the associates were relaying to me. They also told me returns are only valid with a receipt and no more than 30 days. However online says you have 90 days with or without receipt. I read their exceptions & guidelines on the return policy and for my specific item (heater), there is NO 10-day defective rule. My item is not listed under the "restriction/special instructions" list, nor the "exchange only" list, nor the "items ineligible for return/refund/replacement" list. My item falls under the "receipt required" category and it states in fine print:Must be returned within below number of days, with a receipt, to obtain a refund or exchange; see notes below for more details:30 Days• AppleCare+*• Cooling & Heating (e.g., Air conditioners, Heaters, Air purifiers, Humidifiers, De-humidifiers, Fans, Indoor fireplaces)So technically my refund can be honored but Customer Service refuse to grant that to me (due to their inability) to know their policies. I felt forced for having to pick another heater to exchange, when I clearly have expressed to them that I would rather buy a more quality one elsewhere. Talking to the first manager, he was more approachable, understanding, and have some empathy. However the second manager Cameron was not that professional, not easy to communicate with, showed very little interest, and was in a hurry to dismiss me. Manager Cameron you're in the wrong field, especially retail, if you couldn't handle a simple and calm conversation. In my opinion, the store would need to do was to defect my item and send it back to the manufacturer for a credit. But why make the customer find an exchange item and refuse a refund. Definitely not a good business pratice, especially when there's no restriction on my item. Definitely needs training in the Customer Service department. It seems like the store just randomly throw in their own policy.

I believe they’re racist and only hire a certain “Race”. I had all the right background in job history and experience and apply many times and they never call me back. I move to another town and get call back quicker. Fresno is a messed up town, they only hire one or two races here

Went in bought contact lens liquid and used the coupon it came with lead cashier not even a manager said we cannot use the coupon the manufacturer left it on item they just sell. What a dumb experience. Don't bother buying stuff with coupons here!!!
