The pharmacy Technicians I have had 2 incidents quoting the wrong price of RX $290 out of pocket when it was supposed to be $50 I verified 3 times what they were telling meThe rude unprofessional behaviors is unacceptable. I was told there’s a problem with my insurance and I am completely covered. What was said to me wasn’t true and it’s very concerning the staff needs more training in professionalism.

The manager at this location, is a complete CREEP!! He (the store manager) just watches me every single time I go in here for no reason at all. Its creepy. I have been filling my prescriptions here for over 20 years, since that store opened its doors way before this strange man was ever near a Walgreen's store. Its like he thinks he can make me stop coming in by following me around, giving me evil looks, and being rude when I pay for things when I've never stolen a thing or caused a problem in this store or any other. He knows I've never done a thing with all that surveillance to prove it. I never even acted shady. I do not know why he continues to harrass me. He is making my shopping experience at Walgreens into a negative one. He should be treating me like the valued customer of 20 + years that I am and not like a thief or an anarchist there to cause trouble. Unacceptable!! What's your problem dude???

Worst service ever . The pharmacy will be your worst nightmare. The pharmacist Daniel very unreliable for ten years I been getting seizures medication for my daughter. Even I call ahead for refill , with current prescription always always never fails , you can not get your medication on time . Out of stock . Or whatever excuses they can make .On many occasions they put my daughter life in danger ... not once but several times . I have to travel to a different Walgreens which is an hour from us just to get her medicine to prevent her for having a seizure. The thing is every month for almost 10 years we order this medication from them , same medicine , same dosage every thing yet always a failure . Or they don’t care because it’s not their child ... It’s time to transfer to a way much better pharmacy. Hopefully the very bad experience I had with this pharmacy will not happened to other customers . Putting the life of a patient , your loyal customers in danger

OMG! Will be transferring my prescriptions to a different pharmacy! NEVER returning here for anything whatsoever even if it were the only place open! NEVER recommending Walgreen's to anyone! Per Walgreen's Corporate they are now doing COVID testing thru their drive-thru. God help you if you get behind someone there for testing; I waited over 15 minutes while the lady behind the first car had been waiting 40!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Manager is very professional, courteous. Employees are very helpful will look up the product if unable to find what you need. The employees in the pharmacy management are so nice and helpful. Excellent service.

Worst pharmacy on the planet! Twice now they have taken 4 days to fill my script and act like it's no big hurry even after telling them I've got fever and infection in my lungs. No concept of information security as they have blurted out my home address and birthday before ever verifying who I am. That's happened a few times. I'm surprised identity thieves don't go to this place to get all the missing information they need. The staff at this store are all so incredibly rude. It's as if they have a terrible work environment, hate their jobs and take it out on the customers. Oh and good luck if you ever have an item you need to return!

The "drive-thru" has two lanes but don't only one works.The communication system seems to have reception problem which confuses the pharmacist.Oh well. Transaction complete.

The Pharmacist at this location was rude and lied about not having the prescribed medication that was sent to this pharmacy. We arrived at this pharmacy 15 min to 9 PM and he lied that he did not have the medicine. I told him that he will have to contact the Dr. and he was such in a hurry to close up the pharmacy he kept making up excuses. After a few minutes of going back and forth with the Dr on the phone, the Pharmacist miraculously found the medicine and was STILL resistant in making the medicine because it was too close to the closing time. This medicine was needed immediately for a possible critical illness. As soon as we got the medicine, he was out the door. This is very poor customer service and as a pharmacist, he should have been respectful, mindful, and patient in helping his customers/patients. Lying about not having the medicine could have cost a life.

I love Walgreens. I can easily find things without having to tour the entire store. Staffs are always willing to help. 4 stars out of 5 because of the neighborhood.

Store is clean, pharmacy leaves a lot to be desired, they never seem to have enough staff so I always have to wait at least 10-15 minutes just to be acknowledged and there have been several issues getting my multiple prescriptions transferred from CVS

The management there is very unprofessional the employees are so rude they don’t have no consideration for any customers their lack of customer service is insane they have no empathy for the elderly my grandmother is 92 years old management was very rude there’s an Indian man who is the manager I’m not too sure his name but he’s horrible he doesn’t understand the value of taxpayer money so he decided to call the police and when they got there he still gave me my prescription with a ego power driven self-centered non-American attitude he needs to understand The value of customers I hope his mother or father are treated better when they get put in a home

I HAD AN EMERGENCY RX TO REFILL,MY PHARMACY....DID NOT HAVE IT SINCE 5/5/19...TODAY IS 6/25/19.....I CALLED WALGRENS AT CLOVIS AVE AND KINGS CANYON AND SPOKE TO A GREAT PHARMACIST.....ERIC.......HE WAS SO KIND..HE CONTACT THE OTHER PHARMACY, GOT MY RX FILLED IN LESS THAN AN HOUR....THANK YOU WALGRENS AND THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH ERIC..🤗...CAROL DADIAN

My wife just got out of surgery and they want her to sit in the car for over an hour while the pharmacist goes to lunch. You just lost all our business for ever. I could see if she was already at lunch, but she was standing there. Really, how long does it take to put pills in a bottle!
