I understand why this pharmacy has a lot o bad reviews and I am according with each comment … I went to this pharmacy to ask how can I transfer a medication to another pharmacy because I really needed it and Walgreens does not have it. An Asian Women assist to me and he really doesn't know how to talk to customers it was a simple question that she didn't want to answer. I will never be back at this pharmacy the service is terrible …

The cashier on 01/09/2024 gave customer frivolous and misleading information regarding product discounts. The line was super long and only one cashier who made a disabled senior citizen wait in line for the second time to complete his purchase.

They always take long. I need my prescriptions and they never have them and when I go to get them it takes 2 hours. Get it together people it’s crazy

Yeah worse Walgreen I have ever been. They can't even accept my coupon. I will not be coming back ever. The store basically falling apart. Maybe corporate will see this and do something about it. But Walgreens only owns the property. I know they are individually owned.

My family has been dealing with this store for over seven years. Prescriptions were supposed to be ready today since I was in store six days ago ( which was too early) to pick them up. I came today which is the day to pick up. It’s not ready. You would think that for a customer that has the same prescriptions that has refills that a pharmacy would have products in stock. If more than one customer has the same or similar prescriptions that the supply would be stocked! And do not use automatic refills because it doesn’t work. This place need more staff especially during peak times. It makes no sense to wait in line for 25 minutes to pick up prescriptions. This department needs to do better with customer service.

The pharmacy is HORRIBLE! Please do not waste your time here. I’ve waited an hr in a car at the drive through SEVERAL TIMES! My 91 yr old grandmother uses it bc it’s near her house. But honestly - I could be anywhere else in fresno or even Clovis and get my prescriptions faster. The workers are unkind as well. I’m not sure if they are over worked but it also seems they are under staffed. I’m going to have her dr send prescription else where! Walgreens on kings canyon and and chestnut sucks all the time! I’ve tried to be patient but I’m hella done!

Just got my covid testing done here. There was 1 car in front of me when I got there. I waited about a minute before it was my turn. Right when I got to the window it was right on my appointment time and no one was by the window. I waited for 15 minutes until someone finally came up and check me in. The process took about about 3 minutes and then she took forever touching the computer and writing stuff down then walked off. During this time, a car behind me backed up and left even though there was a car behind it <it was that slow>. I waited another 10 minutes until a different worker arrived and hand me the the equipment asking if I've done this before. I replied 'yes' and then she left. It was quite different from the first time and so I questioned on what I was suppose to do, which she wasn't in sight again. Finally she came back and answer 'Yes'.. I quickly took the test and put it back into the bag placing it into the slider. She took it and left. I sat there dumbfolded. Was it done? She didn't come back so after so I asked 'Was I done?" , no one answered. I drove off after 2 minute of waiting. Worst experience ever. No instructions at all.I expected more from Walgreens. Now it's just another Wal-Mart service, ohh the fastest service ever. It could've been a maximum of a ten minute stop, but these people who work here sure love their damn job. Thank god I don't shop here, it would've drove me nuts.

I already had bad experience with this Pharmacy in the past, but half of my prescription was sent their by accident, wanted help for my baby girls prescription, had to call a few times, just wanted my baby girl to feel better. But the lady that helped me had no patience with my situation and was the rudest. Gotta admit, dont ever want to deal with that Pharmacy, not even if they sent it by accident. 🙄

Pharmacy needs to have more than one employee taking care of customers. Sitting in drive thru for 10-15 minutes waiting to be taken care of is unexceptable.No one else in line. This is a continuation every time. I'd reather go to where my business is appreciated . I'm pretty sure I'll be changing pharmacies . I don't appreciate receiving a text telling me my prescription is ready I get there to pick it up and it's not ready there's only one person apparently working in pharmacy now customer service sucks manager doesn't care enough about taking time to listen to the people that pays their paychecks I would personally never go back to Walgreens I am and have moved my pharmacy to CVS at least they care enough about their customers to make sure their needs are met in a timely manner instead of just waiting and waiting and waiting personally you need to do overhaul of management and get that store running correctly

This walgreens lunch is between 130 pm - 2 pm . I was waiting for until 245 when I decided to call inside and see if they were going to commence to the drive thru appointments which starts at 2pm . The lady hung up on me ,they were inside still on an overdue lunch laughing when they were suppose to beattending appointments , I asked her about it and she hung up on me .! 9-6-22

Walgreens needs to close this pharmacy!!!! Walgreens is the worse pharmacy I've ever been too. Went through the drive thru window, 2 cars in front of me, spent over 20 mins for one car to finish. Car in front of me had to keep pushing help button just for someone to help them. Took me 45 minutes to get to the window. Who wants to spend an hour in a drive thru! Cars are leaving behind me.. Never again I will never go back!!

My first time in this store, was disappointed! Poor customer service in pharmacy. My 94 year old dad denied covid vaccine because his insurance could not be verified. We were there for 1 hour with appointment. I thought covid vaccine is free for all!

Horrible customer service in their pharmacy. Pharmacy Manager Kimberly Selkner is very rude. I was scheduled to have surgery on a Friday, I went in on Thursday afternoon to pick up my prescription that was sent in the day prior only to have Kimberly tell me that she decided not to fill my prescription because she didn't "feel comfortable" doing so. She did not bother contacting my surgeon's office to let them know, she just simply cancelled my order. My surgeon phoned in and was speaking to her and she hung up on him and told a nearby employee she was not filling that prescription and laughed. I was standing across the desk as she proceeded to tell her employee she wasn't doing it even if my Doctor ordered a rush just because she felt "they were rude" I got home and called to ask for her last name and employees refused too on a "personal decision." I was left with no prescription the day before my surgery.

Very clean facility inside and out. Every employee you past as you enter and shop through the store, greet you with a smile and make sure that you're able to find what you're looking for and willing to take the time to answer any questions you may have. Pharmacy personnel are very friendly and knowledgeable. The only negative is that the pharmacy wait time has increased. About 6 months ago I was able to walk right in and get my meds within a couple minutes. Now the line is usually about 10 people and I was able to walk right in and get my meds within a couple minutes. Now the line is usually about 10 people and the wait is about 30min. Not sure if its new procedures or new personnel, but if they are able to get the wait time back to a couple minutes to pick up meds, I will definitely give 5 stars.

Went in a few days ago to grab a tub of formula and got in line, there were about 4 people ahead of me, the line was not moving because the first customer was doing a return. They opened up another register in beauty about 10 mins later & a group of people behind me went to that line instead. I decided to stay in the one I was already at. The cashier Neng opened up the register across from the line I was in & helped the two women in front of where I was at but as soon as the lady in front of me & I moved over he looked at me & said theres only one line (meaning the one I was originally in) I was confused why he was able to help the other ladies who were in from of me. I brushed it off & decided to just move to the other line that was open in the beauty department since the one I was first in still didnt move. Once there I turned back to where Neng was & saw him helping multiple people that was in line behind me after refusing to help me after I was line line for over 15 mins! Worst customer service experience Ive ever had.

Today I needed to go to Walgreens and I noticed the security with the long hair was their so I decided to leave and drive to a different Walgreens. This man makes me feel very uncomfortable, he checks u out and makes it obvious and try’s to have conversations which is awkward, discomforting and unprofessional. Apparently I am not the only one . He’s done it to a friend of mines and he’s done it to one of my male friends mom. I will not purchase from this store if I see him at the entrance.

The manager is RUDE and does not need to be in customer service what so ever. She got upset because i advised her she was not helping with the issue. She needs to be retrained. When i said i was calling corporate she advised me that she does not care cause they will not do anything to her and she called me out of my name.i will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

Nobody was neither inside not outside except me I sat there a half hour the lady comes to the window after I honked and pushed the button thinking everything was funny. Apparently they can't even answer a phone and will ignore phone calls just fire the staff and hire people that will actually do their jobs a small prescription shouldn't take all day to fill out
