I just want to briefly allude that the pharmacist I dealt with was incompetent and oblivious. Walgreens was my primary pharmacy, and unfortunately the pharmacist at the drive thru stated she couldn't find me when I already picked up prescriptions twice at the same Walgreens. I didn't pay mind to this confusion mistake, however the worst thing is that it took them 6 hours to transfer my insurance to CVS although they called me to get my permission to do so.CVS pharmacy called them three times and every time they said they'll transfer but never did until CVS closed and I had to wait for the following day to pick it up. They're totally unreliable and absurd customer service because they weren't efficient in the process and my son couldn't get his eye drops and had to wait.

On 4-23-23 I was at the store doing a huge shopping pay DOORDASH order and was struggling to find certain products. So being on a time limit can bring on anxiety and stress trying to complete my shopping task on time for my customers. A Walgreens associate named Phil came out of nowhere, and was my knight in shining armor! He asked me if I needed any help, and the rest was history! He knew where every item was that I was shopping for! She was fast, smart, professional, concerned, kind, and beautiful customer service skills, 100%! Phil save me and got me on my way to deliver to my customer. Thank you Phil, for being that special associate! Walgreens and the world need more people like you!

I love shopping at my neighborhood Walgreens. It is a very convenient location. The staff are all friendly, courteous and helpful. The pharmacist and staff are knowledgeable and thoughtful. The size of the store is perfect. It makes picking up my RX and household essentials quick and easy.

I have come to this pharmacy since it was built. I really appreciate how hard the Manager, Ani, works to make sure all medications are filled correctly. She genuinely cares for each customer and works diligently to make each visit as painless as possible. The tech assistance are great, too. If one is patient and respectful toward these professionals, they are polite and respectful to you. It is rare to have such a good rapport with a pharmacist, and I am most grateful.

This is a pretty nice Walgreens with mostly nice staff, except one of the managers who is always every rude. Very clean and organized store, however. I've never used the pharmacy here though so I can only comment on the store itself.

I tried to write a review through the walgreens listens but apparently I was 1 day late submit the survey. But I have to say I been to several Walgreens before and I had never had an employee do what this pharmacist did. I came to pick up my prescription and unfortunately one of them wasn't covered under our military Tricare insurance. Just when I was about to pay this young man named Bryan told me to hold on while he got me a coupon that cut my medicine price in half. This young man as busy as he was really didn't have to do that but he took his time to help me out. That is something I won't forget and I will definitely be switching this place to my regular pharmacy. Thanks again Bryan!

good luck getting a hold of a pharmacist. "walgreens please hold" and then click. over and over and over and over. No one ever gives you a chance to speak and no one answers the phone. Horrible way to run a business.

Geez. The wait times to get prescriptions is unheard off. Now I see why companies like Amazon and mark cubans pharmaceutical home delivery company will kill rite aid, cvs and Walgreens

By far, the slowest pharmacy on the planet. I go here often because I literally live across the street. It does not matter what time you go during the day. Morning through night, expect to wait in line (even when there is no one at the pharmacy) The staff is extremely friendly, but the service is slower than molasses. I do not know what it could be. Doesnt matter, if you call in advance to get a refill on your RX or simply buying over the counter items. Always seem to be a huge wait for EVERYTHING. I never write reviews, but this is place is so ridiculous I had to take some time out of my day to write this.

Slowest pharmacy ever. I was in urgent need of a medication for my baby and since he was vomiting, I thought it would be better to use the drive through. After waiting for 30 minutes, I left to get Pedialyte from SaveMart. Went back to the the pharmacy and again waited 20 minutes in line. It was really frustrating because no one acknowledged I was there or let me know that it would take x minutes before I could be helped. When I was finally addressed, they took by prescription and asked me to come back in 20 minutes. That's the last time I'll use that pharmacy.

I just moved here from the east coast and tried to get prescriptions filled here. I have been trying to call for days to talk to the pharmacist because I just had surgery and can't drive and I either sit on hold for 30 mins at a time with no answer or I call to the front and they transfer me back to sit on hold and never be answered. I will be moving my business to Rite aid immediately.

On some items they want to scan your ID...yeah that'll never get hacked. Yes eventually it will and if you don't think they aren't using it for marketing purposes you are wrong. Walgreen's: " we just found anpther way to intrude on your privacy". Done with them.

So I couldnt find a product and I asked a clerk what Isle it was on she didnt walk me to the product in fact she gave me the wrong isle. Then when i went to check out I had bought a can soda well same person was checking me out and she had rubbed her eye then put her hands where i drink out of the can. I will never ever go back there again just incompatance.

I went to pick up my sons 💊 and Katie in pharmacy said that there was none ready this is after we got call from Walgreens saying that it was ready, she has terrible attitude towards customers she told me to call back tomorrow, after I drove home I got call from them saying that suddenly it was ready, really poor service.

Been going here for over two years, only a hand full of good people at this location and Ani is one of them. The store manager and assistant manager have no clue! Made several call to the corporate office so they know and just don't care.
