I ordered a Passion Tea today like I always do and it was the worst I had. What gives? You only have on good barista and I never see her anymore. You guys need to get your training together! No longer my go to for my daily Starbucks run.

Love the lay out of the store and the size of the parking lot the produce selection is my favorite (and the main reason I come) the staff are always courteous and friendly and the store is always very clean

Von's has a Starbucks inside. Best of all you can use your EBT card for cold drinks in here. Open early and closes at 8pm. Von's has good club prices in some foods. But I have to be honest, bigger clubs have even better yet prices and amounts. Other than that there in lots of parking here.

This is my local Vons. They are always stocked, friendly courteous staff and they have an in store Starbucks. Awesome!

Vons is cool . They have everything you could want and specialty items you won’t find at this stores quality elsewhere. They have beautiful flowers but the florist is rude and will not help you .Fast forward . It’s now December 2023 . A year since my last review of this Vons . The florist is still rude and charges cash if you would like her assistance or she will not assist you . The flowers are beautiful but the prices go up 10 times regular price on holidays . Price gouging at it’s finest.The bakery sucks . You won’t find fresh bakery goods here ever . And early birds won’t find anything here . It’s past 8 am and the bakery has a closed sign on the counter . Our surprise morning donut before school idea failed .I thought donuts were a guarantee early in the morning . Not here . But the deli wasn’t closed .

I used to stop by this Vons location almost daily to get a Starbucks coffee and a Breakfast Croissant from the deli department. Lately all I get is my Starbucks coffee and the team of Starbucks employees are awesome. Unfortunately the deli department is a hit or miss every time. Most of the employees are awesome like Cynthia and Juan and Carol. They usually make a great breakfast sandwich. The problem is half the time they don't have the ingredients in stock to make a sandwich. They generally are out of stock of croissants or are out of stock of eggs. I fully understand if it's once in a while but it's almost every other day that they are out of these items. The other issue is some of the new employees don't even know what a croissant is. As funny as that sounds they look confused when I ask for a Breakfast Croissant which is on their menu. Normally I would give this a 1 star, however because some of the team member go out of their way to provide excellent customer service I will leave it at a 4. Please coach some of the new team members what a croissant is and to the supervisor of the department, please partner with the bakery department to ensure that you have the proper ingredients to be able to fulfill a menu item on your menu. Thanks.

Vons is always a good experience. I shop there because the meats are always excellent, the produce is fresh and in good condition. (It als lasts longer than produce from other stores) The staff is always pleasant and helpful. I have requested help when I have large orders to fill (like 20 cases of water) the staff is always willing to help me pull the order and take it to my vehicle. I really appreciate that!! Try that at one of the other "discount" stores...

They do have the best quality produce and a great quality meat selection however they do have quite high prices. That's the only negative thing I can say about the only negative thing I can say savemart to has good quality meat and produce but they still are not as high as once I'm not sure why they don't lower their prices just because I do know that a majority of the people that are shopping at other places like save Mart would love to go there because they are pretty much on an equal playing field when it comes to the quality of items they have , they just need to take in consideration inflation and how much the average American can actually afford!But other than that I thoroughly enjoy the producer and I also appreciate how nice all the workers are!

The deli dept has gone downhill with employee's who fail on simple instruction on an order. There is a few good ones but alot not so good with attitude problems. Gave several chances even dealt with a manager for replacement order and it still was not accurate. Tired of wasting money looking for quality and not getting it here.

This location's customer service is pretty good. The associates are all courteous and helpful. They have quite a lot of different variety in their products that you won't find in the larger grocery stores. The only thing that could be improved is the bakery. One of my favorite things to buy from this location was their donuts. Just a year ago I would have said to anyone that would listen that their donuts are among the best in all of Fresno. Lately, I don't know if they changed baker, ingredients, preparation method, or all of the above but the donuts are just not good anymore. The dough seems different and the donuts are so greasy that you just can't finish them. I will continue shopping at this place because they have a lot of good items and good customer service but definitely not buying donuts any time soon.

I shop for customers orders here almost everyday. The store is always clean and organized. The staff is very helpful if you need help to find anything. The chicken is cooked fresh everyday as well as bakery items. If you are wanting a cake you need to go early because most are gone after 5pm. This is my favorite Vons for all these reasons but mostly because of the employees! They are the best. They always have a smile even when the store is super busy and they’ve had a long day!

My review is based on the bakery department. It’s horrible. In May I needed a white cake for my daughter. The lady in the bakery told me a certain cake was white. I even asked if she was sure because their was on area on the cake that was dented and it looked like the cake was maybe chocolate. She said with a little attitude I know what cake is what. So I trusted her and purchased that cake. However, the cake was chocolate and my daughter was very disappointed. Then today we saw a tres leches cake at the same Vons. It was horrible, it tasted like corn bread. The cake was so dry and disgusting. Tres leches cake is supposed to be very moist with a creamy taste. This cake was not moist at all, the only place that was moist was the very bottom of the cake. It’s as if they poured the milk mixture to the bottom of the pan and then put the dry cake in the pan, where’s your suppose to soak the cake in the mixtures by pouring it on top after poking a few holes in the cake. If the bakery doesn’t know how to make this cake then they shouldn’t butcher it and make this inedible knockoff. I then went to my local store and bought some ingredients to make my family the tres leches cake because no one in their right mind would have served this cake to their family.

Went to Vons at KC and Clovis for two items before 7:30 AM, brownies and butter which was $7.49 lb on Sale! Outragous. After seeing empty shelves for brownies, had to greet the bakery employee three times, just to be recognized. Maybe music during business hours is distracting the employees? After she turned her back to face me, she was zero help, just IDK answers about brownies. Total, yet small amount of wasted time. Left empty handed and dissatisfied. This visit didn’t deserve a single star.

I LOVE this Vons! So why not 5 stars??? Well, first and foremost, the parking lot has several homeless people. There's even the "permanently" parked, old-school-trashy-lookin' RV that's always in the same parking stall...Filled with homeless folks. I'm not hating on the homeless, but they leave trash on the ground...beg for money...& go into Vons & shoplift...Raising the prices for the rest of us. I wish retailers would do more to protect the homeless (by encouraging them to find REAL shelter)...And have some security that would discourage the littering, drinking, and begging for money. YES...This is California and our government has forsaken the homeless. BUT...Retailers have to do their job, too!

I’m not sure why meth is still employed here I grabbed a Starbucks cup that had a 50% off sticker when lots of them had the sticker and he laughed and shouted to the next register saying look at this fake sticker . The other cashier laughed and said yeah that’s not from this store announcing to over 15 people in line that I was putting fake clearance labels on cups. He then took the cup from me acting like I was going to steal it and refused to let me have it back I went to the Starbucks count and the girl said they NEVER clearance cups which is a lie. It’s all over social media vons has clearances their cups because they have high inventory. She had clearance stickers on her arm because she rushed to take them off. I spoke to the Starbucks manager the following morning and she said that should have never happened the cup was on sale. Their behavior was UNACCEPTABLE!

Vons is my favorite store. I love shopping everything. They have specialty items I can't find in other stores. And their employees are always nice and happy to help . It's clean and always stocked . I drive around 40 miles round trip. My husband loves there fried chicken.😋 atmosphere is just wonderful to. No hurrying or getting pushed around. Relaxing clean place to shop. Thanks to everyone who makes this store great .

I love everything about Vons, except the prices 😆 🤣. The store is pricey, but the selection is great. The bakery is not as good as it once was, but still good. They need to bring back the Marscpone cheesecake. They messed up not offering that cake anymore.

Clean, well-stocked, great choices for your budget. Friendly service and helpful Associates. I enjoy the calm and inviting atmosphere, including on those very busy shopping days.Their fresh baked goods are delicious. They've included choices for folks like me, with food allergies. Yum! The Deli serves up many varied tantalizing prepared dishes and meals for your rushed days. There are many options, including fresh fruit, for a nutritional snack for the Kiddos!! Starbucks and a flower shop for Mom & Dad.Granny likes flowers, too!😉

The store is clean and some of the staff is nice but twice I went shopping got my items, had them rang up and then computer issues and I could not buy my items. Twice the manager (two different ones) treated me like it was my card or I didn't have enough money. When in fact I did have money in my account. The first time I brushed it off as a fluke and just one rude manager but this second time she talked to me like I was lying. It was how they handled THEIR computer or terminal issues that had me upset. I will not be back, like they care but still all I can do is not spend money there.BAD MANAGEMENT 👎

I Love this store. It has every thing you could want..The people who work here are so sweet and helpful. They are willing to do any thing to help get you just what you want and need. I love Dave at the meat counter, he is my go to guy for my special orders. The gal's at the bakery are just as sweet and helpful as can be. They have the very best selection of produce I have ever seen . I have been a loyal customer for many years now and will continue to do my shopping here at my local Von's Store

The floral department staff was such a pleasure to do business with. She was courteous and enjoyable to make conversation with while deciding what to purchase. She stopped what she was doing to explain the pricing and showcase some of the inventory. I'd come back to this store based on her service alone.
