We had a fantastic experience at Valley Animal Center. We adopted our two kitties same-day after spending some time in the cat rooms. The staff was so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. We were able to get a free checkup at their clinic within 4 weeks of the adoption, which is really an incredible deal. They also gave us some food to take home for the cats which was really nice. We are so happy with our babies!

Every one of my poms (and poodle mix) gets there shots from Valley's. Since my first experience here, I've never gone to another place again. The staff is so nice and caring. They helped me the first time by informing me about what shots were for what and have handled my one aggressive pom with care. I love Valley and have recommended them to my older sister as well.

It was so hard to pick my forever friend. So many beautiful cats with different personalities. I wanted 3 different cats, but decided on one, Arabella. She is perfect! She mended my broken 💔 from the loss of my 18yr old, who passed away, Freya!!♥️

I love this place. I do all my volunteer work with them. They do so much for the animals. We need more places like this. They're a no kill shelter and the animals they help have room to move around. It's about as humane as it can be for an unwanted animal. Please, if your considering getting a pet; come here or any shelter to get that pet. When you buy from a breeder, even a reputable one; you do more harm than good. There are to many animals who need homes. SO ADOPT, DON'T BUY.

I went to Valley Animal last year for the first time to adopt my first dog. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about all their dogs, caring for them, and any behavioral problems you may run into. My first dog had severe separation anxiety, but Valley Animal is incredibly supportive in helping manage any behavioral problems with their adoptees & I was even referred to their in house trainer to help with his issues. At present, he still has separation anxiety but it is in far better control than it was when I first adopted him. I recently adopted a second dog from Valley Animal. Again, staff were incredibly friendly, patient and knowledgeable. They acknowledged my concerns regarding how the dog would get along with my present dog & allowed me to do multiple meet and greets until I was confident enough that the dog would be a good fit for my household. I highly recommend adopting from Valley Animal, especially their long term residents! If I was allowed to have bigger dogs no doubt I would adopt again I also get my dogs checked at the clinic and getting vaccines is super easy! Vaccines are walk in basis, super quick and easy. I also get my dog’s nails trimmed at the clinic as he does not allow the groomer to touch his nails.

This facility does quick and excellent work, The staff there loves animals and during tough for times of my life they were extremely generous with their services.There was one summer where we had to keep an entire litter of puppies. Five new dogs! We live in the foothills and it was a particularly devastating year for insects, fleas and ticks in particular. I brought in 3 females over 20 lbs. at that time both me and my mother were struggling to make ends meet and I had three female dogs to fix, The staff will not proceed if there’s parasites present, and the flea and tick treatment was $10 per animal, I barely had enough to pay for the procedure. Together the staff donated the treatment so that we could get our animals taken care of. Professionally, nobody does that anymore! The staff understood our position, instead of judging us, they helped us. I have sworn by them ever since.The only reason I reduce them by one star is because it takes a very long time to get an appointment at least it did the last time I made one.Almost 10 years later we still have three of the five dogs, They were the best dogs we ever had.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful! I got my 10 puppies their first set of shots before noon right before they took a lunch break. Very short wait time. I highly recommend them for clinic services!

Difficult to get a person to answer calls, could provide more info on how services work n how to get correct place to contact. Very busy, but willing to answer questions. Pleasant, would have been helpful to advise of what categories avail for care needs. “Drop off” etc.

Love this place they offer affordable care for pets from clinic to nail trimming and medication refills!! So great full to have a place like this so us not so wealthy people can still get quality care for our pets!!

This no kill shelter is the best. I have gotten two cats from here, one who had lived at the shelter for many years. They genuinely care about the animals, have a low cost clinic on site (I got a male kitten neutered for a reasonable $40) and you can go in just to pet cats no strings attached if you're feeling sad.

Dr Medina was engaging and patient! She seems to really love animals and has a friendly, truly kind way about her! Her assistant, Miera, (I’m probably misspelling her name) was also a sweetheart and explained things in detail and procedures we questioned. We’ve found our new vet! Another detail is that everything smelled fresh and was clean without it smelling like disinfectant and urine, as has been our experience with other places!

The cats here seem to be very well taken care of. They aren't in any cages and live in rooms with plenty of toys, food, and water. I got the best cat here and she came spayed and vaccinated.

Beautiful and clean shelter ! Staff is super friendly. I love that they ask many questions and give you lots of info when adopting an animal to make sure they will be fur-ever loved and cared for. We adopted Phil yesterday and he’s a dream ! Already a champ with his litter box, so sweet and playful with my kiddos. Thank you guys ! :)

Thank goodness for Valley Animal Center.I desperately needed my dog to get some vaccines which no other vet could take her in the same day. My local vet recommended Valley Animal and sure enough they have walk-in vaccines. I ended up getting other vaccines as well and nails trimmed. Worth the drive. Great customer service and very friendly staff!I recommend them!

Most loving shelter ever! Staff are so good with these animals. They always need catfood and care donations. A wonderful way to get a love fix. Cats are in areas where you can go in visit and pet till your hearts content. No kill shelter. All animals are fixed and up to date on vaccinations. This baby is a cutie!

Best place ever!!! The staff is so amazing and truly care about the animals there. They are so supportive even after our dog adoption. They are always willing to go above and beyond for the furry friends. They make sure you feel confident and comfortable with which ever fur baby that you have an interest in. They work you and guide you in the entire adoption process. If your looking for a fur baby definitely check them out first!

I got the most beautiful dog tags from here the other day. Watch out because the individuals up at the front are really fun to be around and you will lose track of time. They also do dog shots on the other side. Another thing that is amazing is they have a dog park they you can take your dog to. If your dog has its shots and has extra energy this is the perfect place. It’s $10 a month or $100 annually personally I have two huskies that get random bursts of energy. I highly recommend you checking it out.

My wife and I constantly go there every month for our cat’s flea and tick treatment. I enjoy how they decorate the clinic. You can tell that the people who work there that directly work with the animals truly care about them.

My only complaint is limited spay/neuter availability but that's because of the demand- not in their control. The facilities are always clean, staff is always kind and knowledgeable. My pets are healthy because their services are financially accessible. I'm so grateful for this facility.
