Way too expensive, constantly overpriced and terrible quality, they don't carry any other brand but Purina and its sub companies for feed chicks are overpriced and not even the employees know what their looking at. They are around 5 to 8 dollars for a chick and 20 to 25 for Ducklings everything I've bought from here has broke within a week. On top of it all the ducks I bought from them to give them one last chance were all mixed NOT pure breeds I've got a blue runner that was mixed with a brown runner, a khaki Campbell mixed with a mallard, a cayga mixed with a Rouen, and a Rouen mixed with a mallard! They are not trustworthy in any way. At least the employees are generally nice, and try their best to deal with what they got.

Great store to get your farming and pet supplies. Very welcoming store employees willing to answer questions and help get the supplies you need. From tools and clothing to equipment and animal supplies this place has it. Also don’t forget to walk outside for larger items and products they sale that can’t fit in the store like trailers and large bins. They also rent trailers and refill propane.

Customer service is the worst!!! I wanted to buy a safe today for 1400.00, long story short, I spoke to the manager about what transpired and left the store. I will go and buy a safe at Sportmans Warehouse.

Went in for the Pet Wash station, it's solid. Depending on your dog, bring your own brush and shampoo. They have a general Oatmeal shampoo and a demat one.For $10, it's fantastic. I don't get all wet and my bathroom doesn't smell like wet dog!Definitely coming back

My review is for the pet washing stations. I was very disappointed to find how dirty the area for pet washing was. The brushes and other bathing items were dirty, full of hair and the overall room was nasty. It was disappointing to have to bathe my pet in there and I won't do it again. I hope in the future someone regularly cleans and maintains the room. It appears this has been an issue for at least 5 years based on other reviews so I highly doubt the store cares at all.

Best place to buy farm supplies I bought 4 ducks here and they are doing fine and laying eggs then I bought 10 ducks they are doing fine also but they are still small so I have to wait till they are ready to lay eggs

I've been coming here for awhile now buy all my feed and bedding . I understand a policy of having to buy 2 or more Lil feathered babies but when they only has 3 of one kind they told me I would have to take 3 I explained I had one that hatched and it only needed a buddy and I guess I would take the 2 if I had too but it would be helping out if i could take the 1 and leave the 2 buddies for another family i didnt have a place for 4 baby ducks. 😔 I was trying to save one from being lonely. They wouldn't then sale me the 2 . I don't understand this it could have helped and worked out for everyone. I'll stick to the local feed stores customer service is always more personable anyways.

This is one of the worst tractor supply stores in Fresno.I went there to get some PVC plumbing parts and they were out of just about everything. Most of their galvanized pipe and fittings are gone. lot of empty shelves absolutely horrible place managers. Doing a horrific job. I don't see how that place is still in business. I will never shop there again even if my life depended on it.

This posting is for truck drivers. If you’re planning on getting a load to deliver here think twice. They just don’t care about our time and they have no problem to tell you in your face. YOU HAVE TO WAIT. I had to wait over 14 hours just to unload 1 bundle of 3 little utility trailers that take a mere 5 minutes to unload. Very rude people. Totally disgusting. I’m not coming back here for sure.

Customer service was great. Just got our first set of chicks, and the sales person helped us get everything we needed. And the checkout person gave us some great tips on what to feed the chickens once they got a little bit older. Awesome service, great advice, love the store

“Do you have LPS?” Blank stare. “Its a penetrating oil. I bought my last 2 cans here but don’t see it”. Register guy V looks it up on register. “I don’t know.. I don’t think so”I say- Is there someone here that would know? V replies, “yes but they are too busy”I say: Too busy for their customers?Yes.. so I say Ok. Thats amazing… -and I walk out with a condescending “have a good night” parting shot from V as I walk out the door to never return.There was another gal waiting for a question to be answered standing there with me.I think they’ve forgotten where there paycheck comes from. It is a pretty neat store. Lots of different stuff. Was hoping to find boots that were on their website but they didn't have any in stock at the store. After looking around the store I did find other things I liked and the kids got some stuff too. Also seems like a place for people with pets. Lastly, the clearance section had some really great deals. I'll be returning for sure.

We came in around 6pm to use the pet wash station and I had noticed there were no towels. So I went to ask for assistance to get more towels. I saw a girl who had was heading to the back to cash out for the day and I politely asked her if we could get some towels and she rudely said no were closing. They close at 7pm…. And I guess I had a blank look on my face and she said we close at 7pm and shut it down an hour before. I’m really disappointed in the service I received. Upon checking out we double checked with the cashier about the pet wash station hours since they’re different than the stores and she said that they close it down early to clean and prep it. Which I completely understand, however, when we first arrived the door to the pet wash station was unlocked and no one approached us saying it was closed. Very disappointed in this store and the employees that were on shift.

I always find something unique there, never on my list, but all stores have friendly staff and clean restrooms. And they even have what I'm looking for in animal food. Never a bad visit, always stopping at each one on my travels abroad. The center of the stores always have something different for the seasons, not found anywhere else.

First thing...when you walk in, the smell of rubber, machinery, pet supplies, etc., enter your nostrils. It's a great way to start your shopping spree! Lol.It's amazing how this store seems to carry much of the things that you want that the 'larger'stores don't have. Every nook and cranny in Tractor Supply has something you might need.Three times I was approached by staff asking if I needed assistance with anything. They were obviously watching me, as I went down every single aisle looking at everything, lol.Bottom line is, they're attentive to the customers who are inside their store and that is much appreciated!Thank you staff! Five stars!

I didn't actually find what I went there expecting to find which was a spanner wrench. I did end up buying some clearance items and some cream sodas that I'm wishing I would have bought more of. The workers were very laid back and extremely helpful and friendly. The cashier even took down the phone number of the customer in front of me and was going to call her about an item once it came. Its the kind of place where as soon as you walk in you feel like your among friends. I like places with that kind of atmosphere.

Came at 6 pm to get propane tank filled. Rude overwhelmed unprofessional worker stated he wouldn’t do it because he had too much to handle. Unacceptably poor customer service. Need to find more competent personnel

I had called this store a few times and the customer rep picked up a few times and hung me up. So I called again the next two days later to check their inventory again for the Rubbermaid livestock tanks. The rep picked up and hung me up again, but before they had the chance I commented that I might had to leave a review for this location. Which after that comment and being hung up, I tried again. Once I called again the gentleman on the other line picked up. He asked me what can he help me with, which I asked about the Rubbermaid tanks. I asked for two sizes and he put me on hold for about 10 seconds and picked up again and said they were completely out of stock. Made me wonder if the guy even wanted to be there. Call the clovis one instead if you guys need to check on some inventory before going in.
