Super clean, managed well, self pet wash. They also have pet grooming when a place opens in the schedule. Excellent customer service with an incredible supply of shampoos and conditioners along with towels to wash and dry your pet. The water temperature and blow dryers are not as loud as other places I have been to.There are easy steps to get up into the wash tubs. Which is a game changer for me. After having a hip replacement this year has made it difficult to groom my dog at most places that require lifting my pet into the wash tub. My pet weighs in at 37 pounds so being able to walk her up steps and into the tub is a great opportunity for me to groom my pet more often.The price for self pet wash are a quarter of what I have paid at Petco or other facilities. Again, providing the opportunity to groom more often.I also am amazed with the quality pet food, grooming supplies, and treats available here at a truly reasonable cost. And they offer a very high quality pet snack, for free, at the end of the grooming process.Great experience for my pet who absolutely hates to be groomed. However, she is far less stressed at this facility than any other place we have used.

Bathing my three dogs at home was always a hassle and it drained me completely. The worst part was cleaning up all the hair, making sure they were dry, and they weren’t shedding more fur.Ive always wanted to take my dogs to get groomed but one it’s so expensive and two I don’t know how my dogs will act. But after my cousin told me about this place I’ll never go back to bathing at home or digging deep into my wallet!The employees are so kind and will lend a helping hand if you are struggling with your pup who don’t like being bathed or dried. So don’t be afraid to bring your dogs! It’s a 10/10 experience here and I encourage anyone who reads this to give this place a try. You’ll always find me here bathing my beloved dogs ❤️

I am absolutely over the moon to find this self pet wash. It is set up with the dogs safety and grooming comfort in the fire thought of the design and implementation of this business.The owner is extremely helpful, caring, and takes a wonderful approach in offering advice. Truly a great leader!Lexi was not as anxious as she normally gets being groomed. And she was very pleased and patient. Which she typically is not. When we were done and I unhooked her and put her leash on she very casually walked herself out of the tub and sat next to a dog waiting for it's human.Easy check in and check out. Secure and safe. Attention to detail is ever present with an emphasis on quality of care. Very responsible business owner. Even when an anxious customer confronted the owner - he remained cool. I on the other hand felt the customer was being obnoxious, demanding, and unreasonable. I am still uncertain why he just didn't get his dog instead of making the dog anxious stretching to the end of the lead. Anyway, the point is this owner could have been a little more aggressive under the circumstances. And he would have been in the right.I will definitely be back, now, on a regular basis. I wish I would have known about this place a year ago.

I've been here twice and will continue to come back they're the best! Everyone is so incredibly friendly and helpful. My dog was very skiddish because of the hair dryers and they helped me with tips on how to wash him effectively with no added stress. They have the best shampoo selections and even a no tear face wash. I will gladly drive across town to continue coming here!

I will never ever wash my dog at home after usingTop Dog Pet Wash. I took my new foster dog in this morning for a quick bath. It was a great experience for both of us! Chris taught us the ropes and helped us select the right products to use. The whole process was relatively painless (at least for me, my dog may say otherwise). I also didn't have to clean up my bathroom either! That was a major plus in and of itself. I without a doubt give Top Dog Pet Wash my highest recommendation!

Why have we never taken our dogs before?! Seriously!I normally bathe my dogs outside with the hose. It's been too cold for that lately, and they both needed baths. We decided to give Top Dog a try today. I will never wash them outside with the hose again. This was so easy. Top dog has a great set-up with several wash tubs with steps for the dogs to easily climb into. Everything was clean. They provided several kinds of shampoos and conditioners and even a wash just for their faces. They have microfiber towels to dry with before using the blow dryers that are super gentle but very effective. I was super impressed that they also have heavy duty aprons to wear while bathing your dog so you don't get soaked. Great experience! We will definitely be back for all their baths!Oh, and the gentleman working the front was super helpful!

The gentleman at TopDog went beyond expectations to help us shower/bath a shedding Siberian Husky. He had personal experience with the breed and offered some great tips and techniques on blowing out the undercoat. Good value and the relaxed atmosphere means you stay focused on the dogs and ensure they are having a good experience. That's all you can ask for. Highly recommend the service and will be back.

Everything you need and all the time you need for $20/large dog. Easy parking. They loaned me a leash. Dryers work great, many options of name brand dog shampoo and conditioner. No wait on a Sunday morning.

This place is awesome. I'm a 5'1" 66 year old woman with a 85 lb. Shepherd Lab mix. I was a little apprehensive as this was our first time. When I got him there he was so nervous I couldn't even get him to eat a hot dog. Kathy ( I think that was her name, I was nervous too) one of the workers there helped me get him in the tub I don't know how she did it she's little like me but she picked that dog up like it was nothing. I was able to bathe him blow dry him and he seemed to love it. I will definitely be going back..

I'd give them more stars but I can't. Such a wonderful experience we had this afternoon washing our 15 year old dog Supai. They were helpful, thoughtful and gentle in showing me and Supai how to get through this bath. Supai loves water, but not baths. The level of experience that was shown was amazing! Me and my dog are coming back here soon and I would encourage anyone reading this to do the same!!!

I highly recommend Top Dog Pet Wash! I'm so glad I found them. Our German Shepherd always walks out of there clean, soft, fully dry, and fluffy (better than the groomers). Stations are fully stocked with everything you need. The water temperature is perfectly set. The staff is very helpful, welcoming, and friendly

Took my 2 large dogs for a wash. Tipsy is a border collie mix and Steve is a pitbull. I liked that there was a placed to tie up one dog while I washed the other. My dogs when together can act up. They barked a few times when other dogs walked in. They were fine with the worker who approached them multiples times; even helped me tie one dog into the bathtub. The tubs are nicely spaced. I was anxious when I thought a dog was going to enter the tub next to me and I’d have to hold my dog but the owner seemed to place persons in a way to keep the peace. Shorter tube and taller tubs to accommodate. Will 100% be coming back. Everything needed is there for you to use. Recommend highly.

This place has everything we need to wash and dry our dogs at a reasonable price. If your dog has picky skin, odds are one of the available shampoos will work for them. The baths are at varying heights so just about anyone can bathe their dog easily, and they provide aprons as well. The baths are always cleaned after each customer and nothing ever looks grimey unlike the baths at the bigger pet stores and farm supply places. The employees are always friendly and helpful too.

Perfect! Even my exceptionally whiny half husky girl enjoyed her warm bath and super efficient blow dry! Thanks for the help, instruction and super easy service. What used to take me half a day at home was complete in 45 quick and easy minutes. Why did I wait so long? Petting a clean fluffy pet is so satisfying!! : )

Today was our first visit and it won’t be the last. The service is affordable and the staff is kind, patient, and very helpful. Our dogs did amazing (we thought we would struggle more) but we didn’t achieve it alone, the staff helped us clam them down and stepped in whenever we struggled or had questions.

Been going to Violet for years. She was great. Had a misunderstanding about the time to bring our 3 dogs in today. The new groomer CX all 3 dogs bc I would of come in 5 min late. I called the owner and he raised is voice and was terribly rude. Said I was costing the groomer money. ( I guess this new groomer does 3 dogs at once) Will never go back!!!

This is the best place to go in town whether it’s for deshedding, grooming or self wash station.Chris and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I moved farther away, but still won’t go anywhere else.Great prices, great customer service.

I normally go to Top Dog Wash just to do the DIY wash (which is excellent), but after my normal groomer had recently shut down, I found out that Top Dog Wash also offers grooming services and decided to give them a try. I went 2/2 for a grooming appointment with Valentina and was very satisfied!! I’ve went to a few grooming places so far in Fresno but have never really LOVED the cuts that they’ve given my dog (even my main groomer I kind of just settled on the short cut they gave her). I’m glad I found top dog wash, bc Valentina really took the time with my dog Benji and she came back softer&cuter than ever! I have a doodle mix with very shaggy hair so getting a cute short cut on her sometimes looks wierd, but Valentina did a great job!! Thank you, and she will be my go-to groomers! :)

This was the first time I ever used Top Dog and I absolutely loved it! I called a day prior to inquire about the services/ how it worked and the gentleman on the phone was really knowledgeable and sounded so friendly. The next day we went in to wash my husky (who isn’t the easiest to bathe) and the staff was extremely helpful with showing my boyfriend and I how to use the tubs, where the shampoo was, and how the blower worked. Honestly such a relief! I will definitely be returning and highly recommend.

Owner is really kind and helpful. We brought in our newly rescued stray cat and we really didn’t know how he would behave and react to everything. He did great beyond all expectations. The owner kept checking on us. Gave us a non-slip mat for our kitty and even brought out a quieter blow dryer for us to use. We highly recommend this place!
