The groomer butchered my Australian Shepherd. Didn’t finish her legs, or feet. Left chucks of fur missing behind her ears. Same groomer, same day, chopped at my yorkie’s body. Left her entire head uncut, didn’t trim her legs, didn’t finish her sani cut. And charged me FULL PRICE for a FULL GROOM. Contacted the owner. It’s been over a month and she still hasn’t contacted me to address this. Do NOT pay for your pet until you get to SEE the work they did. I was so upset. The groomers response was “it’ll grow, it’s not that short”. The picture of the brown Aussie is what I requested, and she said she could do it. Looks nothing like it.

Amazing job on my pets. Thanks again I will be returning. The price was very fair for the amount of labor required and finished product was exactly what I asked for. Both of my pets are easy to stress getting groomed but some how they did not over stress either one. Keep up the great work and I will recommend you to my family and friends. A++

Severely disappointed in the groomer, Nicole, that gave our yorkie a cut today. When we dropped him off, my wife specifically instructed Nicole that we wanted a light trim on the top of his head, no trimming on his ears, chin, tail, or back and sides. She was told, specifically, that we did not want a "rat dog" cut that they did one time before. When we picked him up, they did the EXACT opposite of what was requested with a extremely short cut all around. Lady at the counter said there will be a "note for next time" as if that would resolve the butcher job they did on our yorkie. We will never go to tailwaggers again and I would strongly recommend you consider elsewhere if you want to pay $60 for a full groom. We could not be more disappointed.

Staff was amazing. My pup looks great never seen his face cut so short like I request..very pleased with the service. Will be returning. My pup got a regular groom and with that came nail trim and cut. Also brought a cookie for my pup. Price was reasonable.

I’m disappointed with Tailwaggers wouldn’t recommend them they don’t know how to fallow instructions to specifically achieve a customer’s satisfaction left my dog looking like a rat with long hairy ears face has no shape charge 70 and don’t get wat you ask for I recommend ( pamper pet grooming ) $55 they do way better job they had no openings so I brought my dog to tail wager …even my dog looks disappointed that they Foq him up 👎 good luck with your dogs wen you bring them to Tailwaggers

If I can give them zero stars I would super unprofessional!!! Rude ! And disrespectful. And they try to get the job done quickly by shaving your dog. Don’t even brush it out. We paid for full service and they didn’t even cut our dogs nails ! Terrible

Ask for a bath shampoo gland and a trim pick my puppy up and he almost bald nothing. I wanted with a pink bow (puppy a boy) 79. For something I didn’t want I will never go back

I had taken my Pyper to Tailwagers for years, the staff is wonderful!!!Pyper passed away June 23, 2023 due to aging, she was thirteen years seven months old. I want to add a Great big thank you to Nicole and the staff at Tailwaggers, every time I brought her in she was happy to see everyone and when I picked her up she was a very happy dog. She loved you all and it showed, so again thank you.

I wouldnt even them this .they took me in introduced me to groomer.I told her wanted. Summer cut body leave his terrior face and shave ears.she shaved everything and so close underneath body was bleeding .they have u pay before seeing dog.talked with one person who said maybe got dog mixed up .I have text .asked for money back and so far nothing.i also sent pus so they k iw whatva yorkie cut is .

Very rude service they don’t communicate anything to u not helpful and they hurt my dogs to the point where they had to go to the vet. Over priced and they don’t keep thier word over the phone they said 90 and when I got their they charged me 500.

First time visiting this establishment. Our Girl means the world to us. We have a Goldendoodle and asked to have her hair cut really short. I would put past that my wife will probably groom her more evenly but the think that we got her with some cuts on her right back leg, where you can obviously see blood spots and now we have to treat her as we can see that it bothers her.Aside of that, no one told me when I book the appointment, that the payment has to be made in cash or check, although I told the person on the phone that we are new customers and this will be our first visit.Maybe the red light should have flashed for me when they said that they don’t ask for rabies vaccine or any kind of vaccination passport. Now I give it a second thought, for a first time visitor that seems really odd to me.

*Warning!! Negative review.* I brought my dog in to the groomer on Saturday, which was her 4th or 5th time there (never had an issue before this). When I picked her up she didn't want to go for a walk, she wouldn't take a treat, wouldn't eat or drink and the worst thing is that she was shaking uncontrollably and didn't want to be held. These symptoms have persisted for the last 48 hours and there's nothing I can do to make her feel better. The staff assured me that the owner would call me back and I haven't heard a thing. They said they would tell me if something happened and help me figure out why my dog is so traumatized to the point that I can't even comfort her. I am scared to think of why she is so skittish after this visit. I'm not sure what they did to her, but I will NOT be bringing her back to this establishment. I rescued my dog 6 years ago, she's a loving, trusting and a snuggling little dog. The dog I picked up on Saturday was NOT the same dog. This experience makes me sick!!!

This review is only for the dog treats that they make here. I've been getting my dogs a small cake from here for the last couple years and of course my dogs like it. The lady even made a good recommendation about some new dog food I was thinking about switching to.

HORRIBLE experience!Not happy with my visit at all.I found TailWaggers on Yelp and they had good reviews.My first visit they took my dog in and they were nice and professional. The stylist was Rita.Then when I got my dog back, she seemed very stand-offish, timid, and somewhat traumatized. She didn't go poop for a day and a half then finally on one of her walks she squatted to poop and gave out a painful cry as she did. I noticed this then checked her anus. It was red, swollen and a little bloody. When picking up my dog I wasn't notified of any injury or mishap that may have happened during the grooming process.I then took my dog to the vet as soon as I could. The vet said there was obvious irritation and inflammation of her anal glands and the right anal gland was sensitive and painful for her to the touch. They emptied her glands bc both were full and prescribed medicine so there's no infection. All this came out to about $90 and I had to take work off in the morning.When I called the groomers to let them know what happened, they checked with Rita, and reported back that nothing out of the ordinary happened. Which was clearly false because of the physical issues going on with my dog.They said all they could do for me was refund me 20% back. Then I pushed the issue bc how are you going to charge someone at all when you inflicted more damage then good. I paid an extra $90 dollars for a vet visit bc of them and instead of refunding the haircut and helping with the medical issues. Nicole, the person I talked to in charge, said they could only refund 50% of the grooming back.So $50 for the grooming. $90 for the vet visit. Took work off. And all they could do was give me $25 dollars back bc "the work was already done" and "mistakes happen".If you dropped your child off at daycare and they gave her back to you injured, would you still pay them for watching her? No. Because clearly they failed at their job.Not happy with what happened with my dog. She is family to me. And also not happy with the way they failed to fully rectify the situation.

This was my first time going to Tailwaggers on Cedar and it was amazing! The lady who helped me out (blonde) was so sweet and took care of my Kennedy ❤️ We will now be switching from Petsmart to Tailwaggers! They are not only priced much better but are so much friendly and compassionate towards your fur baby

Friendly service but save your money.i brought my dog in and she came out shedding like crazy after a grooming. The staff told me that because they loosened the base coat, she soulful do she'd make e now. Why in the world would I pay to have more hair in my house now! On top of that anyplace that only takes cash or a personal check to an individual is suspicious. #cookingthebooks
