I've only been here one time. I highly recommend this place. I came here close closing time. The employees were really chill and very helpful. I really appreciate that. I got a nice price on a 50 Liter bag of clay pebbles. I will definitely be back to shop again. I only looked at their inventory briefly but from what I could tell it was very extensive and they have lots of options and they carry soil in addition to hydroponic mediums. Very nice place and I can see why they're doing so much business here.

They have what you want. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about the massive range of products they offer or can order. Please don't feel intimidated to only buy a small bag of soil or a tiny bottle of nutrients, every customer will get the same A+ experience as I have over the years. Thank you!

Great advice, inventory, staff. They'd get another star from me if I could depend on items they stock. However they run out of items & can't predict when new stock will arrive. Probably the fault of their suppliers... but I need reliability.

I was greeted with great service. All the staff was very knowledgeable and never tried to up-sell me on other products.Highly recommend checking them out for any of your gardening needs. Great selection to choose from; including, but not limited to: Pet Products, every type and size of pots imaginable, pest control, nutrients, soil, compost, etc.!Big thank you to James who helped me out during my visit. Extremely helpful. It was nice being able to ask my stupid questions and not get looked at sideways, but rather get a professional answer.Only Hydroponics store I'll ever go to!

Staff was as friendly as could be. They had a special vendor day and I was given a discount on my bag of compost at checkout. Entire staff was very friendly and welcoming . Please bring cash or debit as they don't do credit cards for me this was not an issue but a little heads up for new customers.

I felt like a kid in a candy store walking to into this fine establishment. With so many gardening options presented, it was hard not to browse around the entire store. Staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend this place to all gardeners looking for amazing service, broad selection of products for various garden needs, and great prices! Super roots is great. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They have an extensive selection of nutrients and their grow container prices can't be beat. I also like their little reptile supply section tucked away in the middle. Great guys, great place.

If you love to grow for a hobby or for business, this is the place to come to. They have good deals on everything and lots of good products to choose from. The people are very friendly and knowledgeable. Just ask questions and they have lots of cheap bags of soil! Happy 420

Was disappointed the way they conducted business. I made a purchase and the cashier shorted me change and said sorry he don't have enough change. So instead of shorting themselves the cents they choose to short the customers. I'm not worried about the change but it's the principle was I really gonna break the business by them chalking up the change. Last time I shop there I'll pay the extra and go to another store as long as they conduct good business practices.

Great place for hydroponic growing needs, they’ve got the consumables always in stock, great selection of net pot sizes and plenty of nutes. Great used equipment for sale as well for people who don’t want to break the bank. One thing I would like to see is a wider selection of nutrient brands. They’ve got a few brands in stock but I would love to see Dutch Masters there

Best place on town for all of you're gardening needs and pet supplies, everything always in stock and if not always a day or two to order. Don't hesitate to come very knowledgeable people work here and they have answers to all of you're questions.

I liked that they were open because most grow stores shut down glad i got to get everything I needed. Lots of stuff to choose from for your growing garden. Thanks Roots! Only thing I can say that I didn't like was everyone wasn't really knowledgeable about the products but there is always time for improvement!

Most of the employees don't know what they're talking about, couldn't tell you what's best when you ask an opinion, act "too good" for the customers coming in&out, bad customer service- I have personally seen staff including upper management engage in verbal agressive fighting and attempted physical fighting with customers on multiple occasions. They HAVE GREAT PRODUCTS! DECENT PRICES. BUT THEY NEED TO REPLACE THEIR CURRENT EMPLOYEES WITH KNOWLEDGEABLE, EXPERIENCED AND FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES WHO DONT LOUNGE BEHIND THE DESK ALLLLLLL DAY.
