I regrettably recount my recent experience with Save Mart in using their rug doctor rental service. Upon completing my rental earlier than anticipated, I sought to return the equipment; however, I encountered challenges as there was no staff available at the designated desk on multiple occasions. Subsequently, I was informed during my second visit that no assistance was accessible for facilitating the return process. As a result, I delegated the task to my husband, only to discover that he was unjustly charged a $37 fee for the oversight, which was indisputably the store's error on 3/24/24. I hope that this feedback serves as constructive criticism for the establishment to enhance its customer service standards and rectify such mishaps in the future.

Another incredible convenience supermarket I personally like 👍, absolutely huge and feasible and this is the largest save mart I came across until now and it has everything starting with candies and ending up with tasty delicious seafood, highly recommend this supermarket and it feels like you’re going to Walmart neighborhood market and better .Isabella was an outstanding helpful agent who helped me locate some items instantaneously once I asked for help …and deli expert named Serena helped us I. The deli with delicious sandwiches and crab salads . They even have the rare enfamel infant formula that’s we’re shortage of recently. I just call em to confirm . Wonderful service and great staff ..

We have been shopping at this store for decades. Recently, it has declined to the point where it is just plain DISGUSTING... If they have an electric scooter available, it's FILTHY. ( I am disabled.) There is often dried blood in the meat section...Yuck! The staff are very NICE, but poorly trained. The entire store should have been remodelled a decade ago. We now go to Vons....It's close, very nice, and really clean! I have tried work to work with the management, and it's obvious that they want to be helpful. BUT, the corporate greed is overwhelming, and I can't do anything about that.,.(They even tried to blame everything on this poor homeless woman that often sits outside. We typically buy her gift cards to Subway across the steet as she is a very sweet lady, but just really needs help that our hopeless government (while wasting billions on a goofy high speed rail) fails to provide. Just go elsewhere.

Made me use the app to use a coupon. Their app is trash. It would not function. I messed with it over 20 min. Their computer engener sucks. The employee apologized that her hands were tied. I had to use the app to get the discount. Ridiculous!

Savemart Lemoore is a awesome store!👍. Best produce in the area, super clean store, always neat and well stocked 🙂. Not always the cheapest place to go, but 99% of the time they have whatever your looking for and in stock!! Friendly staff, always willing to help with anything needed and always open up a register if the line gets a little long!! Been a savemart shopper for 30+ years, highly recommend 😄!!

This particular store seems to be price higher than regular stores to me its just over price always have been always will be I only go there if it's something I need right away but it's not a store that I would actually grocery shop at bus#38&45 will get you here.

We no longer shop here due to the recent rise of bums, pan-handling, and begging. I hope save mart management will address this issue. We do not feel safe for an after dark trip to the grocery, and trips during the day are a reminder of the decaying state of the area. Recommend Vons on Cedar instead.

It was about 745-8Pm somewhere around there. My son and I needed to pick up a few things so we got our items and proceeded to the checkout lane. There was a tall white male with blonde hair working the register. He told me and my son no no, this lane is closed you’ll need to go to self check out. I thought it was odd but ok I get it trying to close down. We went to self check out and I started scanning , I kept getting errors on the screen and it was getting annoying. I turned around and saw that that same cashier had a line and was happily taking all these customers…. Mind you not one person offered to help me and my son with any issue we encountered lol. This ain’t the first time we have had issue with this location. Definitely going to stick with milburn location. Their store is a lot cleaner and better service.

Very clean, very organized store. Very friendly staff that is willing to go that extra mile to help you with any needs you may have. Have been going here since I was in high school and the only complaint I would have about the store is it can tend to be a little pricey at times but if you make sure and do it right and sign up for the savings card or whatever it's called you can get some pretty good deals that can lower your shopping experience substantially!

The store is just dirty to the point of being unsanitary. For example, there is a large amount of dried blood on the shelves in the meat department. They do not have any sanitizer near the meat department. They only have 2 handicap scooters, and one is just too gross to use.

They have a lot of great natural and organic goods there now. When they have sales, their prices are GREAT. The ONLY thing I have NEVER liked about SaveMart is that their employees aren't exactly the friendliest nor the most helpful. It won't keep me from going there if I need to, but I still wish they could be a little more friendly. Oh well. Besides that though, I can always find what I need. They have sales a lot so with their sale prices, you do actually get a good deal and save a lot.

One of the things I love about California is the friendliness of people that work in stores. I went in to buy vanilla ice cream for my nephew's birthday. I haven't eaten ice cream for almost 30 years. I asked one of the staff to help me pick out some good vanilla ice cream for the party. She was so nice and explained all of the different options. It is nice that customer service is such a priority here.

Placed an order with Claudia the decorator in bakery on 12/12. Walked in to pick up the order on 12/13 and she decided not to place the order with the baker that was on duty the for today. I spoke to the manager Bennett who was kind enough to refer me back to bakery with Dina so that I could select anything in the “back” of bakery and she was no help at all. She didn’t bother to offer help or any type of resolution as to why her coworker horribly messed up an important order for me the customer. This was the worst experience I’ve had at this save mart and they’ve officially lost me as a customer.

The store has a nasty smell when you walk in near the front end cap of the liquor area. Every time I walk in. Smells like dead rotting animal. The self check out is annoying as well. Always having issues.

It's a really good super market. They have bakery, deli w/sandwiches made to order , & some hot foods. Customer service is great. Highly recommend this and all SaveMart stores.

Great supermarket, always clean and tidy. My only gripe with the place is depending on what time of day you visit there is often a long line to wait in. They always seem to be understaffed. They are pretty good at getting more checkout lanes open when the lines get too long but this still takes time. While there are self-checkout lanes, I'm often purchasing alcohol with my groceries and thus can't take advantage of them. Other than the occasional wait in line this is a great place to shop.

I have shopped here weekly since moving to the area over one year ago. They're neat, organized, stocked, and extremely friendly. I started going here because it was close to me, I stayed because of the nice people who work here. Plus I really like earning E points to collect new knife sets, pots & pans, etc. Anyway, I can tell they strive for customer service. Parking is great, and I'm continually offered help to my vehicle. Worth the higher price than other grocery stores.

I thought their high prices meant better service. Not! I get 2X better service and better employee attitude and helpfulness at Walmart for Pete's sake!Last several visits had long lines and self serve shut down or broken. Butcher was just rude & ignorant. Maybe his kid was filling in while he took a nap?Neighbothood store but I'll drive further for better service and friendly people from now on.Save Mart, you're fired!

Awful experience at the save mart. I have shopped at dozens of save marts. This one has been the worst that I have shopped at. Cashier Monique on November 30th 2021 was extremely rude and did not help me when I asked her where a particular item was. The item I was looking for was a little Debbie snacks not only did she not know what Little Debbie's was she was rude about her answer when I asked if she knew where they were. After figuring out they were on aisle 3 I ran over to aisle 3 and found that they were completely understocked on all their snack cakes by little debbie. They did not even have nutty bars. Nutty bars are usually at every single grocery store you'll go to. Of course this save Mart was out of them. When I return back to the aisle my items were being scanned and there was someone who was there with me overseeing Monique scan the items in. When I returned she was rudely shaking her head and disgust and she scanned the Little Debbie snack that I did find. When I then told her that the customer does not want that kind of snack and wanted a refund she persisted to be rude and snappy with her movements. Once the item was removed from the purchase I was about to do I had to remove and refund it on my app and she had a really aggressive look shaking her head causing not only the bagger that was working but also the customers in line to shake their head as well. Monique should know that customer service is not handled that way and her actions also reflected towards the customers and the customer started to become irritated as well. If Monique had a little bit more experience she would know that if she smiles everything's okay the customers don't get upset but because she was in such an aggressive irritated mood all the customers were also irritated as well. Then Monique completed the order did not even look in my direction and stuck out her hand for me to grab the receipt. It was an awful experience at the save Mart because I found that there was several items that were not stocked. Most of the store did not have some the main things that are bought quite often at every store. Some of the shelves were bare. Usually when I go shopping for a customer I'm able to get every single item sometimes one item I'm not able to get but at this save Mart in particular I had to refund the customer for four items. The way the store was arranged was unconventional in regards to the way other save Mart stores are arranged. I cannot speak for all of the employees there because I only dealt with one or two. The guy in the back of the store that worked the meat department was very accommodating and helped me very much. However the person that was working the check stand. Monique, she was very aggressive rude and showed a lack of customer service skills and work ethic. I usually do not post negative reviews. And when I do it's based on customer service and quality of items. Not only where the quality of items at this store subpar but the person working the check stands was awful. Hopefully the employees like Monique and the shelves that are unstocked get fixed and become better
