Love the employees, the store is always clean and well stocked - BUT - I rarely shop here anymore because often there are no carts! I go to do the weeks shopping and instead only get what I can carry. It’s too bad because I like the store, the people and the location. This has been going on for at least a year.

Regardless of having some of the highest prices in town I've always come to Savemart. This used to come with a few benefits. Friendly staff, short lines, clean/organized stores, and sanitary restrooms. As of the past couple years there is no benefit. The lines are outrageous pouring into the aisles with only 1 or 2 chashiers working. The staff is overworked and tired, store is a mess, and the restrooms are wrecked. To clarify this is all 3 Savemarts I regularly shop at, not just the West location. This store is no longer worth the higher prices, it's turned into a more expensive Foodmaxx.

I like the store layout and employees are helpful. But yesterday, I went and there were no available carts in the store or parking lot. People were following others out of the store to snag a cart. I left and went shopping elsewhere. It's sad for the store to lose money on stolen carts and I hope it can be worked out. This happens at a few other stores in the area that I go to (Petco on Blackstone/Ashlan for example).

It's a grocery store , what can I say ? Well actually they have a good size red pickup truck decoration for sale on top of one of the isles.. been there for a while now . I always want to buy it when I go there .. it's a bit pricey for a decoration . But totally cool none the less.

Great store with a good variety of products. The staff is friendly. Great cake person! So yummy. I have been having a problem lately at this location with WIC purchases, particularly produce. The last several times they were not purchased through WIC. I'm not sure if that is a store problem or a WIC problem.

Apparently this store has ordered new shopping carts - that's great, but in the meantime, they got rid of the old ones. Maybe they were a liability. So, there are very few carts to go around. I also didn't see any handbaskets anywhere. I realize this is probably a short term problem, but at the very least you could have put a sign on the door with an explanation. I had to hear it from another customer. You could have offered a free reusable tote or done something rather than leaving your customers cartless on a Saturday.

They put in self checkout but half the time it's closed and the other half there's only one or two stations open. I wish there was a closer grocery store to pick up one or two things

No self check out lane but expect us to wait in long lines that continue down into isles. Even Walmart has self checkout as do other save mart locations. Delete all the lanes you don't use and install a self checkout. Staff are polite so I'll give them that.

Very conveniently located at a major intersection, this is a great grocery store with various selections on most items. This is a mid grade, mid priced grocery store. This is not a budget grocery store with bargain basement goods of poor quality, nor is it a high end grocery store a la Whole Foods or The Market. Save Mart is typically cheaper than Vons.

Lots of people, lots of registers but only 2 open... with how much they jack up the prices of groceries, especially now, you would think they could afford to have more people running the register to avoid us having to wait in long lines... I find myself speaking loudly constantly st this store asking for more registers to be open... usually to no avail. The saving grace today was the very nice. Polite, soft spoken young man whi came to help us and even gave me a sample of the horseradish cheddar and made some great recommendations.

This one employee kept on following me I didnt know what his problem was...to where I didn't finish my shopping he made me feel so uncomfortable.he needs a write up...his name is Benjamin H...that was so disgusting i always shop at that store in peace and quiet but tha was my first time feeling so uncomfortable with that employee name Benjamin H following me all over through the store...he needs a write up

My Store as in my car drives there anytime we need something . Employees are always friendly helpful and even entertaining at times . I go at all different times always feel respected safe and helped if needed. The Store is Clean and the the Produce is the Freshest . Prices are higher but they are everywhere and Quality is always found here at this Savemart

Clean and well stocked especially right now for the holidays. Observing all the COVID rules. Surprised at how great this store is considering the surrounding area and people outside. Staff is friendly & helpful. My only complaint is how expensive this store is. I don't know if they are trying to make up for COVID related losses or keep low incomers away but it's a little steep in my opinion.

I was in a rush and did not have time to cook Easter dinner so I ordered the ham Easter dinner online two weeks in advance pick it up the Saturday before Easter.... Turned out to be a very delicious meal no fuss no mess no dirty dishes.... Just microwave served and eat will definitely do this again next holiday

Very good service, Gilbert was very helpful and professional. Francisco helped me out tremendously on thanksgiving. Without him it would of been a mess! Francisco showed great customer service and I can honestly say he is very good at the job. Can't say that about Dionna , she was very rude and when I asked for service she told me to wait rudely. Anthony was very helpful as well carrying the bags out to the car.

You need to pay attention to the dates , especially in the dairy section... not sure what's going on with the organic milk but it's almost always expired... weeks later and all the 1% organic milk expires today... at least mark it down... like I'm going to spend $6.49 on a gallon of milk that expires today??? Pointing the finger of shame at you Save Mart

A little on the expensive side. But a good place to go for a few items. A member will bag your items and help take them to your car if you need help. The staff is always nice and helpful.

Friendly customer service as usual. Fresh produce, shelves were stocked up. Checkout lines were short, quick, and clean. prices are comperable with other box style stores. If you live nearby, its very convenient for many reasons.

Great store with great deals and wonderful employees to assist you. Their crispy fried chicken and hot wings are the best I've ever had. I don't even like hot wings but theirs really are delicious. Best Savemart in Fresno!

Shopping was great I am handicapped and they have carts available to drive around to shop. They always have good sales on meats. Sodas, deli is always equipped with all the favorite meats and salads. Plenty of fresh vegetables so my shipping expierence was great.!

i shop here regularly because the people are very friendly. one of the employees even bought my grandmother a birthday cake on her birthday. the prices are pretty high and there are usually only one or two registers open. all around if you have the money this store is a relaxing place to shop
