They have excellent customer service but one of them cashier/manager is terrible 😞, Diane was obnoxiously rude and lack of sincerity and totally incompetent to be a manager or in charge . I was looking for enfamel infant formula milk and her response was totally unprofessional and extremely disrespectful. I come here everyday cause we live across street , but we’ll definitely stop coming here because of her rudeness , I’ll bring it up to the management and complain..there’s better save mart who offers excellent customer service management than this place …

We just walked in last minute for a wedding cake! The people at the bakery were so nice and took a cake and made us a plain cake for picture cutting in just minutes!! We are so very thankful and appreciative of the work they did! The staff was very professional, friendly, and were absolute life savers! Everly and Danny in the bakery were so understanding and even went out of their way to ask us what flavors and frosting we preferred. Evelyn even asked about borders for the cake! It came out beautiful!

I was at the store on 4/16/2024 Diane was the cashier that didn't acknowledge she didn't ask me if I needed a bag because she was to busy talking to other employees about her family she has poor customer service and lack of people skills also I noticed the store owner only responds to positive comments now I know where Diane gets her attitude from.

Unlike Von's, they have advertised items in stock, but CHECK YOUR RECEIPT !!! The app does not work when clipping coupons. I added all the digital offers to my list but none of the items discounted at checkout and I had to return to the store to get it fixed. This is very deceptive to the customers that do not check their receipts and an inconvenience to those that do.

Worst Savemart location ever unhelpful and rude staff even the manger, three times you have to wait for soo long for cashier and they don’t care. I will never go to that location anymore because I complain to the manager and he didn’t take it serious.

It appears I have not updated my rating. Since I am older and disabled it is nice that I can go inside get one of the electric carts and do my shopping when I need to. I hight challenged and can't reach much on the top shelf so the staff help me when I need it. Isles are wide and the staff are always friendly.Not sure who designed the parking lot and disabled parking sucks and frankly much of it is simi dangerous. The proper way to design disabled parking is that when the disabled person exits a vehicle the person should never need to move behind other parked cars or cross a street. This Savemart has only two such spaces and I'm not sure they are not shared by Jimmy John's and they are pretty far from the store. The other 4 disabled parking places are out in the lot which requires the disabled person to be in traffic.

The store is fine, the cashiers and staff are wonderful. However, I went to the pharmacy today, Tonya was wonderful but the woman she was working with made me feel so embarrassed. I was getting my booster, so I lifted my sleeve and she saw my skin condition. Some parts are darker than other parts of my skin, I can't do anything about it. She gasped and loudly asked "IS THAT A RASH?!" I had to explain to her that no... That's just what my skin looks like.

Apparently when you order a sandwich from the deli one of the signature ones they will make a different one of horrible quality for you… They don’t even know what goes on the signature sandwich… I guess next time which their won’t be one you would have to stand directly in front of them and tell them how to make it step by step… instead of a turkey club I got ham salami cheese a whole bunch of random toppings and no mustard or mayo a totally dry sandwich also took them 10 mins to make the wrong sandwich…. Horrible service really disappointed no effort made here to make anything quality this deli is trash

I just want to let you know that your employees closed before 10pm and I have been Faithfully coming to your grocery store for almost 2 months and actually all of my friends have been spending their money at your grocery store for years and years and years. absolutely was not 10 p.m. yet... I even showed the time to the guard at the door and even though it wasn't ten pm he still wouldn't let me in knowing that your not supposed to close until ten pm and its Friday night am really insulted I have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars at your store..I can't even get in the door when it's not even 10pm yet that's pretty insulting. ..

Meh. I couldn't find the crackers to save my life, apparently they are on isle 14, which is between diapers and greetings cards amd the frozen food section??? Then I went to where is said "sparkling water" to find Bubbly waters, NOPE, guess again. They were by the pharmacy? This is not the place to go when you are on your lunch break or have limited time. Super frustrating.

idk about you but it seems this is not the same polite savemart. In the past three months in this store that I have shop in for 20 years managers have become unprofessional. thery are to rude cashiers in front of customers. Managers come up and give employees hell while im am standing there checking out with 500 + in prodouct half froozen items. Then walk away and not help the situation at all. Shame on u savemart upper manangers. I spend 1500 dollars a month with three boys but no more after today. Something happened here and it dont feel like im valued at all. Hope you fix it soon because from a business standpoint this was the worst customer manger service i have ever seen.

Got rang up twice and they fully EXPECTED me to drive back on my own dime and my own time to get refunded money they basically stole from me. They should state they will reimburse for gas and time wasted because of their mistake but nothing of the sort was mentioned. One star for terrible customer service.

I get my cakes here. Great price however this time it was leaning to one side (first time). There cakes are delicious and it's always exactly what I want Everytime. Great customer service Everytime, very friendly even to my children. I don't give a five because the prices for groceries sometimes a little too much for a little bit 😁

I’ve been to many Save Mart grocery stores in the central valley and have almost always had a hard time when trying to get service specifically at the meat/deli/bakery departments. However, this location in particular really goes the extra mile to assist and fill the request. Great service 100%!

We bought pre-made Tuna Salad from your deli. We were very surprised that it was sweetened with sugar and corn syrup. It was really sweet and disgusting. Who puts sugar in tuna salad!! And why would you do that? Will never buy it there again.

Whenever I come into this store, there is generally only one check out open possibly 2 between 5 to 6 pm. Yesterday, I was in the store at that time, there were 5 people in line, called for a checker 3 times and no one comes to open a 2nd line. Customer service is the ONLY thing that stands you apart from other grocery stores. Your employees generally do not smile, or make you feel good. I have been in there when managers are on the floor talking to employees and there are lines. As the customer, I am the most important person in the store. I would think you would want me in and out of the store quickly and smiling. The customer service in this store needs to improve tremendously starting from the top down. I have been a loyal customer for 10 years but have started shopping in other stores due to the service I receive.

I would like to give this store 0 stars. I ordered a roast beef sandwich from this store through DoorDash. The sandwich had no meat in it, just old bread and some veggies. I’m not sure how you make that mistake. The manager didn’t even apologize said she checked my order and that’s about all she said. I guess that explains it, inept manager, inept employees.

Great store! I just moved to Fresno and Love Save Mart! This is the one that I visited a few times so far. I love how clean the store is and how much inventory they have. The prices are always good, there is always a discount going on for something.

For a quick trip to the store they are ok. Don't care for the day crew they quiet and rude at times. I have been there in the evening hours the afternoon cree or employees are much better more pleasant.

This is my go to grocery store for a few items. I don't usually do major shopping trips here because they are priced higher than Walmart and Food 4 Less. The high rating is for the service I receive when I go there. The staff is always super nice and helpful. The lines can sometimes get a bit long but they get back up to the registers usually pretty quickly.

Stopped in to shop for some items I'm unable to find at my local Walmart Mkt. Found exactly what I needed, plus some more items on sale! The store is clean, & loaded with so many varieties of products. The lighting is comfortable, and my cashier was friendly! I recommend this Save Mart Store.

I like the store, but they have the worst box boy I have ever seen. You don't lay milk flat and put cleaning supplies on top (laying flat). You put frozen food in the freezer bag not mixed with dry goods. You don't put pies in the bag on their edge. It's like he did as he pleaded after I told him how I wanted things packed. 1 more time and I'm going back to Vons!
