This has just become my favorite Ross store. This was my first, but not last, visit to this particular Ross store. They have a large selection and a wide variety of items and the prices are perfect for me. They were a little short staffed, however, the excellent customer service that was provided by the employees that were there well made up for the extended wait in line. I would like to say thank you to all the employees working the night shift on Wednesday May 5th. You, are the reason I gave 5 stars and the reason I will be shopping there again.

Definitely a great place to find new fashion at a lower price and amazing style for less ..get your money worth buying at Ross and absolutely great brand at Lower price only at Ross

It's a pretty good store with a lot of selection of everything and also the best prices around town. The store gets pretty packed in the holiday season tho but otherwise it's got everything stocked. As always great store and close to home.

I went to shop with my toddler and I asked before heading to register if I were to buy a piece a furniture if I could get help carry it out to my car as I was not able to. The employee yes just get the tag and pay and we’ll help you. I paid for the couch and when I went for my truck I was told sorry we can’t help you. How is an elderly or someone with a disability shop Walmart, Target, or grocery stores help people carry groceries out to their car. How do you except me to carry a couch with my child in my hands I would have most definitely not bought it if I was told before they couldn’t help me when I asked in the first place. Very bad customer service and Ross policy. Also they saw me standing there and didn’t even tell me, I had to ask if I was getting the help, they tried to ignore me after I had already paid for it.

Waited in line for over 30 minutes. They had 1cashier for over 18 customers not including 3 customers with returns. I will never return to this store

Its close to where I live but its very disorginized, there were 10 employes and one cashier I had to wait 30 minutes just because the other employes didn’t want to Help out at the front. I am no longer going to be shopping at Ross.

Out of the three discount retailers at Marketplace at El Paseo (Burlington Coat Factory, Ross, Marshalls), this store is the smallest and messiest. It looked like a tornado, hurricane, AND earthquake occurred in the store. Now, let’s be clear, the store is messy because of the CUSTOMERS that throw the merchandise on the floor, the employees can only do so much. I think the company needs to hire more employees, however, to try and keep the store more clean. The line for purchases was long so I think they can afford more employees? I wasn’t able to look at merchandise because the store was too messy, so I left.

Hey there, I am a regular shopper at this Ross and just about every time I am greeted by a bubbly security person who goes by the name of SHAWNA, she always has a nice smile, she is so helpful when I do ask questions. I see her interact well with her co-workers and I notice she's awesome with customers, Ross needs more security like her in all of there stores.. :):)

I Love Ross always so friendly ready to help you. Clean lots to choose from good sales. Lot of Brands. Easy to buy or return for whatever reason. Restrooms clean. Dressing rooms big lots of them. Their there to help you find what you need. Ross is one of my favorite stores.

Great prices if you're looking for that last minute gift like jewelry for a birthday for a girlfriend or a boyfriend best place to find a good watch and a good price and those nice little sterling silver earrings less than 15 bucks but also they need more cashiers cuz I feel like I was at the DMV there and then other places

Waited in line for a half hour they only had one cashier seven plus in line .The part that didnt understand is that there was other employees there just standing around talking amongst themselves.So i put my items down and walked out .Very pour way to run things its like they would rather have the customers walk out them check them out .I just dont get it .....

Came during business hours (6:30pm) and was turned away from the fitting room because the fitting room attendant had to run her rack. I have previously worked at 2 different Ross locations and the fitting room attendant always was to remain present at the entrance of the fitting room. Someone would cover breaks, lunches, and rack runs. I’ve been turned away from Ross fitting rooms during business hours too many times now to return. No point in wasting time shopping if I cannot try things on. Very angry with my waste of time and the inability for your store to function during business hours. Thursday 3/24/2022

Manager Ariana at this location has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I noticed an item I had in my cart was opened with missing pieces when I got to register She still tried to sell me that item for the original price her response to me was that the item is only $5 and what do I expect...then walked away. Manager skills needs improvement.

I love going to Ross dress for less because it's like treasure hunting when you find what you need or want you get excited or happy and that's how I feel and another thing no one's bothering you, you're on your own little world looking for what you need and I like the great customer service as well thank you for being kind I do appreciate it 😊.

my daughter had misplaced her iPad and thank god the security guard got it and kept it secure , big shout out to her, her name started with a S ! This place is very nice , clean , everything you would like to come into !

We went to Ross looking for a dress for a teenager. We found so many dresses to try on that were tailored for juniors sizes. The prices were great as well. The dressing room was clean and free of clothes. The store was organized into sections that were easy to find and look through.

The Staff had great customer service skills. The store had a verity of items to purchase. It wasn't too busy. We were able to get in and out ratherly quickly.
