I just love this Rite Aid. I've always received excellent customer service here. The employees are friendly and helpful, and always make sure I have what I need. The store is clean and well-stocked and I know I'll find what I need. I really appreciate how hard the staff works to make sure their customers have a good experience when they visit.

Prescriptions not ready. Was told they could get done quickly and could wait. ! Over an hour later still not done! Young man at cashier so defensive making excuses. I told him not his fault I was frustrated as had I know I would not have waited! He told me to take my frustration down the road! So rude! I told him I wanted to speak to the manager! He said she would be right out. Another half hour! Found out she had left over an hour ago!

They need bags at self checkout there is never any there. Makes self checkout inconvenient when. It's supposed to be convinent but they are not do to have to go up to cashier anyway for a bag. Also causes problems. Very irritating they don't stock the bags there. But I don't agree with self checkout anyway..takes away jobs. And provides less service not cool

I do not actively visit this pharmacy, but I can say that they have an exceptionally friendlier staff. Especially the store manager, Diana, who is conversational and friendly. Always been greeted well across the years.

RUDE employees! I was getting ice cream and the girl named Liz was extremely rude and yelling across the store to another employee about getting paid for having to work through her break. She then messed up my order and seemed irritated to fix her mistake. Working in customer service you should be able to smile throughout your day even when upset and I was very unhappy with the customer service I experienced.

Nasty attitudes very I don't care you can call corperate!! They have item prices online but don't price match them for thier own store because they want you to do pick up order. Nowhere does it state "online only or exclusive" for price listed for the items. Took my business elsewhere. Never returning and not recommending!!👎👎

Went there for the first time and had a great experience. Went for covid testing and it was an in and out service. Got it done in 10 minutes. Walgreens took me a good 30-40 minutes last time.

The employee's that work at the pharmacy have the worst attitude ever. They treat their customers like trash. They clearly don't want to be there. I would NEVER recomend this pharmacy to anyone. I hope Rite Aid reads this comment so they make some changes and really pay attention to the people they hire. This is not a hate comment, just trying to help this business out.

Every time I come to this location the employee there is always lazy. They won't sell any ice cream after 8 and makes up an excuse "our machine is down for maintenance but my fiance was there prior at 730 and got some. Where is the manager at this location they need to fire her and hire someone who actually wants to work. Worst customer service.

Their pharmacy service can't beat CVS's service. It's sad because Rite Aid has been here longer than CVS and they don't even know how to handle their customers appropriately. Don't expect a call from Rite aid to remind you to pick up your prescriptions because they won't call you. Not only that but I swear, every single time I go pick up my prescription there's always a long wait in line. One inside of the store and a drive-thru lined up with about 3 cars with their engine turned off.-If my health plan didn't change, I would've still be at CVS. I would change my pharmacy but this place is closest to home.

Pharmacy Techs and Pharmacist are the worst!! Don't give accurate times on picking up medicine. Attitude is all I got. Night supervisor was no help. They don't listen to you , they just cut you off.. They don't even deserve a star👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Everyone in the pharmacy department is extremely RUDE and unprofessional as if their bitter @ their jobs . I’m not surprised with their negative reviews on google and yelp !ADVISE : if you have elderly or non speaking English do not send alone ! Always check with your insurance because they don’t go above and beyond for patients not customers !Starting with the pharmacist HENRY I don’t understand his English and second is SUE the Asian gentleman (worse) one he is si impatient and unprofessional he should be working in a warehouse so that he doesn’t deal with people all day ! Especially dealing with elderly !I contacted the store manager Nick he heard me out hopefully he can manage this situation.
