Hours have changed, see the picture. Good pharmacy staff, but the store is understaffed due to corporate. Can sometimes be a bit of a wait for prescriptions especially in drive through. Better to come into the store.

Cashiers are rude talk about throwing their fist at customers 😒 just because transactions didn't go through the cashier guy say to the other worker that he about to throw some fist cause my card didn't go through. Very rude and the way they just stand around do nothing they have the urge to talk badly to the customers. Horrible won't recommend this place to shop at probably go somewhere else next time. Thank you

Called and set my medication on auto refill and for some reason it’s not. Called a second time to do the same thing and again it’s still not on autofill. Two weeks has passed and still waiting on medication that’s put on back order that has to do with health conditions. Diabetic medication and still don’t have it. Staff is very rude. As I was just going through the comments why do it seems to be that only caucasian people have good experiences From this location?????? Kind of smell like discrimination to me

I shop here frequently and my experience has been great every time. Everyone is very kind, happy, helpful, and informed. The pharmacy staff is incredible and understanding, and their service was above and beyond. The wait lines are very short, and often, there isn't a wait at all. The entrance and parking lot and isles are always very clean. Occasionally, they have really nice deals on random little things. I got the best little dustpan I've ever used for just a quarter and some pool noodles for 60 cents. Their grocery and food selection is small, but FoodMaxx is right next door, so why would you be buying food here? They have an excellent selection of home-care and bedside-care essentials, otc medical supplies, a variety of medicinal creams, and health and wellness products. I am always able to find what I'm looking for.

I like this store alot becuase it's close buy they seem to make an effort with customer experience I've seen a significant improvement however sometimes it seems a little dead like there's no greeter at the door but at times there are and when there is one he's really nice. I feel like there really pressured to prevent anymore theft from happening so this could be why the store is struggling to find a balance becuase how could you not have a little hostility toward people when your job is at stake. This is all because of the area but I am grateful to have it. Overall I really like there employees they feel like family.

I'm not a fan of this place. Look, I understand not all places let people off the street use restrooms. But lady have some reasoning an companion. As an Amazon delivery driver in Amazon uniform, at the time of asking . we don't have restrooms in our vehicles. So we depend the kindness of business. I'm sure the cashier shoed me off, is a frequent Amazon buyer shame on you ma'am. If I would have known how I would have been treated I wouldn't have bought somthing from them in the first place.

I Was denied Western Union services. The manager Nick stated they don’t have the funds and it’s 5:38pm. I was told to come back tomorrow afternoon and MAYBE he will have funds for the western Union.

Slow drive thru services! Literally waited 45 minutes with 2 cars in front of me! How is this possible? Poorly ran drive thru services being a pharmacist! How can you get your pharmacist license being this unorganized?

This location is great because I can get weighed accurately at the HIGI Station in the pharmacy! -I'm quadriplegic and unable to stand - I go to Rite Aid about the same time each month to accurately monitor my weight

I like this place since it's close to my house, I like the people there most of them are nice and helpful but there was this one guy who wasn't helpful, he checkout our stuff but I told him if I can get an ice cream as well but he didn't want to get it for me and told me I had to wait in the other line for that?? Like come on it's not asking too much and I am paying for it. He didn't have to sound rude about it but whenever he's there I am not going to have him help me anymore. Bad customer service from that guy.

I originally turned to Rite Aid because my pharmacy wasn’t fulfilling my needs. Thought Rite Aid was better until my Mexican caregiver wheeled me around in my wheelchair and manager and staff treated me with prejudice! I was appalled. Returning to an old standby that I’ve had for years. New and improved isn’t always better.

I’ve been here several times and I’ve received very good service. Customer care are very friendly and try to keep us safe from some people that are out side the store asking for money or trying to steal things. I just feel that you just need more supervision in the night at the parking area. Other than that I’m happy with the service.

Literally NEVER EVER answers the phone in the pharmacy. NEVER!!! You will have to drive there to see if your prescription is ready and they will tell you it's not. Every. Single. Time.

Staffs are rude and manager is worst. They all look miserable, and lazy.Not helpful at all. A 45 yr old man with gray hair trying to buy alcohol that forgot his ID and they didn't sell it to him because of their stupid policy. I mean really?!! I can understand if you look 35 yes, by all means card them. but 45 .REALLY?!!

5 to 10 minutes of bargain hunting ,they did the security scan aisles bit, soon after was approached by an armed security guy following me around asking if he could help me! Bought a micro brewed cream soda and the clerks start telling me that they don't sell single beers! Sales discounts are really weird but at least the line was short... gee I wonder why? Stop harassing your customer base you freaks!

No stars!! Thats what I would give. I’m a very calm person. Rarely ever do I get upset or mad. As I was explaining to the person where you drop your prescription off. I was leading up to my question. I got eye rolls then a sigh. Like it exhausted her to just hear me out. After I explained it she said corporate won’t let us dispense a certain manufacture’s medication. It’s what ever corporate tells us to give out. Well thanks for being rude and pissing me totally TF off. As I’m sitting here another lady is going off because she’s was rude to her as well. I swear after my prescriptions are filled I’m changing pharmacy’s!

I know it's not a good area but I don't look homeless or strung out but yet have been accused of stealing & watched like a hawk. I have nothing to hide. But they are rude from the front check out staff to pharmacy staff. I'm DEAF & it's always a problem to them that they have to take a lil more time with me. I get the big sigh, eye roll🙄🙄 that they think I can't see. Plus the last straw, the pharmacy, only gave me 30 of 60 pill medication. I went back & they said its me cuz I'm deaf & should've checked my meds b4 I left store. Actually she to me word for word"ITS IMPOSSIBLE FOR US TO MAKE A MISTAKE"‼️😤😤😡😡…so I asked her if that's so, why would I need to check my meds b4 I leave store if u people are perfect ⁉️⁉️❓❓👎🏼👎🏽

Never going to forget the rude worker from the checkout!! I needed a bag of ice and since the only good bag was on the bottom of a bag that was open I had no choice but to lift it to grab the closed bag. The ice spilled. It wasn't even half the bag!! I notified the worker and he immediately got mad and said "woooooow, you spilled the whole thing! hmmmm what a mess." he continued to grunt and complain on how he now has to clean it up! although I said sorry and that the bag was already open he still acted like a douche. Workers like that make companies look bad.

They are nice people there, they just get too many thieves that go into their store. Sometimes they forget not everyone is there to rob them. So I play with them when they start to follow me I'm the store, I just can't believe it works.

So I go in with my brother and cousins, looking to get a bottle and just walking around looking for light bulbs to but they were exspensive so I go get the bottle with my brother and Cousin. And my cousin putting chapstick on (it’s winter lips get choppy) and the undercover wants to kick out my Cousin because I saw him smoke his chap stick

I went to rite aid to get my prescription they told me they had it and then I they told me to come back later so I went back later about 2 hours later and they lied to me they didn't even had it in stock why do they lie to the customers that's very unprofessional thank you

My girlfriend was passing kidney stones we drop her perscribtion of on a Monday morning around 10 am the pharmacist we spoke to told us the medicine will be ready at 2pm we show up she walks in 15 min wait she speaks to the pharmacy staff the lady tells my girlfriend her prescription isn’t at this pharmacy we ask to speak to another lady she tells us it won't be ready until 3 pm we let the staff know what my girlfriend situation is we wait another half hour to receive 20 pills on top of the pharmacy staff are chatting around checking there hair with there cell phones rite aids private security is stalking us circling the aisles wondering why we are walking around the store the end.
