Hello,I was referred to “Poodle Town USA”, when I got there I was kindly greeted, my groomer came up & introduced himself & ask what I wanted him to do to my dog, we talked about it & agreed on a cut, I was not disappointed! He did a great job & will continue to bring my dog here! I referred a friend of mine to take her dog here to, they called & was able to get her in the next day! Also, an awesome job. Best cuts my toy poodle has ever gotten. We’ve been going to them for 3 years. He’s had several different groomers and all have been great and consistent. We’re moving soon and are so sad because these are the best groomers!!

I took my baby here a few months ago, and after a month my dog was scratching really bad in her ears. It got so bad she started whelping because they hurt so bad.Needless to say after many visits to Abby Pet Hospital, the cost of over $600.00 for vet bill. I will not bring her back here. I was always treated nicely and they seem to treat my baby good? I just want them to pls be more careful please. I couldn't afford that Vet bill but no different than our human kids, we will do what we must to make sure they are feeling better.

I've been taking Austin to Sandy for over 5 years now. She's warm welcoming and so loving to my poodle. Their prices are very reasonable. His cut always comes out perfect. I love their new location, and the rest of the staff is also very friendly with my Austin. The best place you can go for your poodle cuts!

This charming little shop is the ONLY place I will ever take my dogs. They love their groomer, as do we. The owner is the most awesome person you'll ever meet, and they do an amazing job! I love these people!! If you're looking for groomers who care, this is the place! A+ in my book!!

My Chihuahua furbaby, Peanut won't let anyone touch her toes, let alone trim them, without pitching a major fit and sometimes drawing blood. That was until we met the miracle workers at Poodle Town. No fuss. No muss. We couldn't believe that was her on the table giving loves to her groomer. Never say never.

Please do not bring your dogs here to be groomed. Dog washers and groomers frequently hit dogs with brushes in the face and back when dogs pull away. Dogs are often left in cage dryers for long periods of time with minimal ventilation. They often clip nails so short they bleed and say things like if the nails don't bleed you’re not cutting short enough. Owner Sandy also tricks people into working for her as a dog washer then lets them go without pay. Dog groomer Carrie is very unprofessional and has zero respect for your animals.

I started coming here almost 10 years ago when it was just Mom and son. Their warmth and stellar grooming has earned them a larger space and a couple more technicians. My Johnny 🐶 goes to David who calls him Big Daddy and smothers him with love! Always a pleasure to walk through those doors!!

I was a faithful client of Sandi's for close to 20 years. Was always very happy with the results. My Maltese were beautiful after their appointments. However, since they've moved to their new location I've called NUMEROUS times to make an appointment. And for reasons unbeknownst to me I NEVER received one returned call. I considered these people almost like family. Our last interaction was just as pleasant as they've been for years. So I have absolutely no idea why Sandi decided to "ghost" me. But she obviously has and to be honest it truly hurt my feelings. One would think after soooo many years of taking my babies there I deserve some kind of explanation. But I've received nothing. That's just simply BAD business! Now I go to Central Bark and couldn't be happier.

At first glance I thought the dogs looked amazing. Then I looked at the groomer who looked like she ate the canary! I look closer at my dogs to notice 3 to 4 long razor scratches along her little belly up to her chest, one across her each cheek. My other dog had three similar scratches. All I could do is take my dogs and leave and I said I would never go here again. When I got home, I noticed my dog’s neck had a 1 inch wide cut!!! The fur was slightly blood stained. My dogs are veterans to getting monthly grooms for over a decade. They’re also very gentle seniors, 10 lbs. They always receive the sweetest praises for being so gentle and EASIEST TO GROOM! My mind cannot justify why my dogs were so abused! I’m writing this review because I I did not protect my little fur babies but I can warn you so you can protect yours.

Took both of our dogs here, one of which had been rescued/found by us a week earlier….she was in terrible shape, knots everywhere, goat heads stuck all over her as if she’d run through a field, she’s very, very small too. This place does amazing work, ecstatic when I finally picked em both up, work was amazing…my dogs seemed so happy too. Definitely recommend anyone who wants great care for your loved ones to come try this place out, reasonable prices too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍

I normally don’t write reviews. However I took my senior dog to this place and I was not informed of any accidents or incidents. I even asked how the appointment went and nothing was mentioned. However I noticed my dog had an eye injury. It’s been two months and several vet/specialist visits to find out she was hit hard enough that now there is blood in her iris of her eye which cause damaged the eye permanently. You can see blood and the cut on her eye. She also did not eat for 4 days after the appointment and now is fearful of scissors and groomers. Just a warning…

my four doggos love their fav groomer, Carrie! they always looks super dapper and smell fresh. they're all different breeds and sizes, but Carrie tends to each one according to his/her needs :) highly recommend!!

Poodle Town customer from 1985 through 2010. There are NO BETTER groomers in the County of Fresno, I swear on the Bible! Awesome litter groomers for first puppy cuts. Parents went also, same day! I had 5-12 poodles groomed same day. Carolynne was awesome and Sandy is fabulous too! I left my heart ❤ at Poodle Town. R.I.P. Bailey! So excited to be able to respond to Google's offer to rate Poodle Town! Thank you 😊

Went in at 5:00pm on a Friday and they welcomed my dog and I with open arms. Called Petsmart 30 minutes prior and she said, it’s too late for that service. A nail trim, seriously? Staff at Poodle Town was very down to earth, great area, my dog loved them, and very reasonable prices, what more could you ask for? Poodle Town is now my place to go for all Luka’s needs. Thank you POODLE TOWN!!!

Dave or David (I apologize if I'm mistaken) did an amazing job in taking my 2 dogs in from the beginning. It was the first time I took my dogs to the groomers so they were super nervous ,one of my dogs even had an accident in the front lobby & as a owner I felt supper embarrassed. My dogs automatically liked him after he comfort them. After I picked them up they were really happy & looking great! I look forward to there next appointment soon. Thank you so much for such a great experience.

Cut my Yorkies face to Short asked for a round face on both of my dogs and didn't get it. Then he told me that my Yorkie was not a silky Yorkie. I was really upset. Called my seller that I bought the dog from and she denies that. I was really hurt over that. Paid $2,800 for hin.
