I went to Petsmart to purchase an I.D. tag for my dog.The I.D. tags they sell there are the best!You pick the tag that you like and fits your dog’s personality, you then take the tag to the engraving machine that is right next to the entrance/ exit door and type in whatever you want on the tag and the machine engraves it perfectly!I am so happy with my tag! And it’s comforting knowing my dog has identification if she’s ever lost!I strongly recommend that anyone who wants piece of mind that their dog has an identification tag in case they get lost, this is an amazing product! And if not for Petsmart I wouldn’t have ever known about this!

I took my dog to get her washed and her nails cut. It went pretty quickly. The staff was very friendly. I felt comfortable leaving my dog with them. Very satisfied. Happy doggie! 😁👍

I do NOT recommend the grooming services at the north Blackstone location at all. We have a 1 year old miniature poodle and got back a hair less dog. Left her tail fluffy, her head poofy and the rest is gone. Eyebrows are uneven. The worst grooming I have ever seen. The very last one is a before pic. $75 total waste of money.

I came here to return items from a previous purchase that didn’t fit my dog and the staff was very helpful. They were able to process the transaction with ease even though I lost the tag for one of the items since I had a phone number with them. They also offered to complete an exchange for a different size.

My Dogs are Family and we love the fact we take them here and they are well treated. The Groomers are kind, patient and do a great job. Especially we need the FURMINATOR treatment. I like the fact I can drop them off a little early and pick them up after they are ready to come home. As a busy Fresno Realtor, I need to leverage my time and I appreciate they do a great job for me, So I can stay on task and enjoy my pets, doing the fun stuff.

When dropping off my dog for an appointment they tried saying my dog tried biting them, when he was clearly just nervous and didn’t even snap at them! My dog is the most timid dog ever and has never so much as growled at anyone. And not even two minutes in the grooming salon they rudely denied grooming him. Absolutely the worst service. Sorry not sorry.

Prices of pretty high there but once you join their club then it's not too bad. Of course you can still go other places and get things cheaper in some cases or online. Employees are nice and that is why I would probably go back.

The store itself is great! Great customer service and attentiveness, but the groomer I talked to was really rude, for no reason SO MUCH attitude, for absolutely no reason. I know the name but I'm making a point not to say. Do better I've worked in customer service for over 14 yrs so I get it but so much attitude for a simple misunderstanding is so uncalled for. Take a break or have somebody else assist.

Not sure if them having nearly no mammals is a good thing because they've all been adopted, or a bad thing because that's where my kids wanted to find a new addition. Either way, the location is quite clean and the staff at the door were friendly. There wasn't anyone inside the store that bothered to ask if we needed anything, so... not 5 stars.

Specifically regarding the pet salon:I've been coming here for quite some time, I figured it's time to leave a review. We have a nervous little wreck of a dog who isn't a fan of most people. We've taken him to quite a few grooming places and the cut always looked....just not good. Then we found Chris W. at this petsmart. She does the perfect cut everytime and even our nervous pup doesn't seem quite as nervous around her. 10/10 recommend Chris to anyone whose baby needs a new cut!

I came to the store today on 6/16/23 to buy fish for my aquarium, I've been a fish lover all my life, that is, it's not the first time I've bought fish, I felt like I was getting service from a robot, the guy took a very small jug to hold 7 fish that are relatively medium and need a bigger jug large, in addition to another aquarium I chose 2 more medium fish which he added to the same jug and finally put them all in a bag that was smaller than the jug bigger than the bag.

Beware!!!! Worst experience ever for me and my Dog. He came home with razor burn on his balls. His haircut it not styled its just shaved unevenly. He's been shaking his ears a lot. I think they got water in his ears. He's been hiding and not being himself. These groomers are not handling the dogs right. I will skip all petsmart grooming forever and suggest you do the same. Save your dog the pain and yourself the heartache and a vet bill.

They have friendly staff and it's easy to find products you are looking for.They keep sanitizer near the door, and do require mask inside the store during this pandemic.They run sales often, so keep a look out for deals either before heading out, or when you arrive.Giving 4 stars due to the fact they have a habit of not having enough cashiers. Or not calling for help when a line backs up.

I took my 6 month old puppy for beginners training. He loved it, he was so willing to do everything the instructor asked. She was very kind and helpful to us. He Graduated from the course and I am extremely happy with the outcome. We are excited to start next course.

Friendly staff we were able to shop for our dogs for their xmas presents. They had a great sale this past weekend! We picked up 2 full size dog beds so cute prints with paws and bones light blue color. We pick up a large cookie cane then 2 cookie trays plus a set of squeaky toy balls. They are going to be exacted when they see what they got for xmas can't wait to show them!!!

Store was super clean, staff incredibly helpful. We didn’t need particular help finding an item, but our kids were overly excited due to our recent adoption of a cat. And then they saw fish, and snakes and toys. The staff took it all in stride and actually helped tell the boys about the animals they were seeing and were just generally helpful to us. Will always return to this Riverpark location.

Came to get my dog groomed, normally go to another location closer to home but this location had the soonest available date. Made a big deal about vaccination certificate. I had showed vaccination record at other pet smarts. Never had any issues. Extremely disappointing, I wasnt even given any notice. The employee was also a bit rude.
