So pleased with the awesome customer service I received from Misty & Jean in grooming, they were honestly just fabulous with my Sadie girl!!! Needed to make sure I mention how amazing Kathy was as well!!! She's soooo knowledgeable abt what foods I can give my picky lil girl & which flea collar would work for my lil huahua, lol...overall I LOVE coming in to the store knowing I'm in good hands with staff like them...keep up the outstanding job guys & thanks for making my & Sadie's shopping experience a great one!!!

The employees were rude! No passion for my two dogs at all. At the Fresno office an employee named Ashley and her co workers were just rude. Ashley kept telling me “I’ll see what I can do but there are no guarantees” that’s all she kept saying. When I went to pick up my dogs the first thing that came out of the other co workers mouth was “these dogs were difficult” that is not the first thing someone wants to hear about their dogs especially if it was their first time getting a haircut! They didn’t ask how I liked it if I was happy with their cut, nothing! Then Ashley was cutting another dogs hair and I was observing her and she had no passion in her job. She kept yelling at the dog the dog almost fell and she didn’t care at all. I will never ever take my dogs back there again. Nor will I recommend someone to them. I had asked the employees who do i contact to make a complaint they didn’t seem worried or didn’t even bother to ask me was there anything they could do to help me. I want corporate to know these two individuals were extremely rude and it represented the grooming salon at petco and it was Not a good experience at all.

Ashley was inviting to me and very kind to my dog. She did a very nice job on her hair cut and excellent on her nails as they had gotten pretty long. Ashley took great care of my Loxie and I appreciated her. Great service and experience.

The grooming staff is always very attentive to our instructions, and careful with our pet. My dog also loves them, and never hesitates to go to the back with them for her wash and brush. The staff loves her, so it is a mutually satisfactory relationship ;).

Worse place to ever take my dog. The groomer for that day left my dogs hair uneven left 3 deep gashes in his neck that I have taken pictures of. Then tried to charge for things we said we didnt want at beginning of appointment. My dog is traumatized since the incident he won't allow anyone to touch him he always runs and hides under the bed now. He now has scared tissue from the gashes. This happened in April. So I'd reconsider taking your fur babies.

"Way overpriced" is an understatement here. Besides feeder fish, i doubt there's anything in the store under $7, including a bottled water. I understand the rising cost of living, but this is a national chain store. I'd expect Whities to adhere this mentality, being an independent business, but not this place.

I had takeny dog who is a regular. Asked them specifically not to touch his bangs. I felt they were cut to short the time before. My son picks him up and they tell him that the groomer who cut his bangs cut them shorter than she would have liked. They were not to be cut to begin with.

Cheyenne, and everyone else that assisted, were very helpful and friendly. Our dog is large and can be tricky to deal with. Cheyenne and the team managed to pull off the impossible. They got rid off our dog's stink and curbed his shedding.

This is the 2nd time at that location. And the groomer did a bad job. I had to ask for her to recut some of the longer pieces she left on my dog. And then when I got home I noticed her ear hair was uneven too. I will not go back at all. I’m looking for another groomer now. I should get back at at least half of what I paid for the less than par job she did.

Paid $15.00 for my puppy's nails to get clipped and buffed. Some of his nails had sharp edges. Looks like it was rushed and they only clipped them.

Idk what is going on with this location and why they can't keep groomers. They always cancel on us the day of or day before. I need to find a new, DEPENDABLE, groomer who knows what there doing but I swear there is a groomer shortage here
