I have given their grooming salon so many chances to do better and they continue to fail. They canceled our appointment for tomorrow because my dog is 4 pounds over the limit for the groomer that is working tomorrow. (She is 52 lbs and the groomer’s limit is 48 lbs.) I wouldn’t be so upset except for the fact that we have taken my dog to this groomer for the past several years. We have an account that had all of our dog’s information in it and we book using the online system with that information. Why am I just getting a call the day prior to the appointment canceling the appointment? My dog is 5 ½ years old…she hasn’t grown at all in years. Why today is it an issue so big that you cancel the appointment and don’t have availability to rebook her for over 3 weeks? It’s because your grooming salon is not well run and you have people making decisions that should not be in a position to make those decisions. Do better.

Ordered a donut collar. Confirmed order. Went down to pick it up and they said they were all out. Went to the shelf and picked up said collar. Prepaid with Klarna. They charged me already even though it was “sold out”

This is the only place I will take my cat to get groomed in town. Marquita, Rita, and the rest of the grooming team take such good care of my cat and she always comes home happy and comfortable. The grooming team also help me with recommendations on products that she likes so I can maintain the grooming on my own at home. I would highly recommend the cat grooming team here to anyone with a cat.

The parking here is horrible because of the entitled, selfish drivers that inhabit this area. I get trapped in my own parking spot every time I've come here, as morons driving bigger-than-life trucks don't know how to park in just one spot and incredibly, end up parking in multiple spots at strange angles that block parked cars. The store itself doesn't have nearly as many choices for cat supplies as other Petco locations. The people who work here aren't particularly friendly or helpful. This is the Petco I go to only if all others are sold out of the food I get for my cats. In my opinion, this Petco is the weakest one in terms of product choices and customer service. The one on Blackstone Ave is awesome though- I highly recommend going there!

We like bringing our dog here for grooming and getting the specialty food she needs. The retail and grooming staff are friendly and eager to help. We saw Jessica on our visit for grooming today. She was great helping our dog feel more relaxed and went the extra mile to make her feel comfortable. Highly recommend.

My husband was on Herndon left lane to Cedar. This baby kitten darted across Herndon.he tried to catch him. Kitten got wedged in the rear wheelwell and hubby call 911. FD . Took 2 fire personnel to get it out. Over 100 degrees. And had to turn left turn on Ceder. My husband thought, oh good grief. Its probably mushed. 💞 YES Miricle Kitten. NOTHING burnt, no blood. Selection and availability on some items are hit or miss but the consumer service is usually very good. There are a few times the employees have gone out of their way to help track down an item and answer specific questions.

I had a terrible experience at Petco in Fresno. I came in looking for cat supplies, but was extremely disappointed to find that the store had hardly any cat products. It's called Petco, but it seems like it's only for dogs. The store was also very dirty and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting - I had to hold my shirt over my nose just to use them. It was obvious that the bathrooms had. Or been serviced in a long time. So gross!When I found a spray that I needed, I looked it up online on Amazon and found that it was $9 cheaper than the in-store price. When I asked if they would price match, they said no. I ended up leaving the spray behind and ordered it online instead.Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience at this Petco location. I would not recommend this store to anyone and I suggest you go to Pet Smart in Hanford, instead.

No greeting. Only employee I encountered was at the checkout. Absolutely zero personality. He was sitting on a stool and seemed irritated he had to stand up to assist me. Two stars because you had what I needed.

There wasn't a lot to chose from yet somehow very messy. I went for a leash for my 2 dogs, shoes, and a collar. We only found shoes that would fit and one color for chose. It was likely a remodeling or something cuz the store isn't typically in that type of disorder. I will go again bcuz I had more satisfying experiences then not.

I took my dog and cat to the vet co clinic. We made an appointment prior to showing up. There was a line it moved smoothly and the dog and cat got there shots relatively quickly. I would do it again.

It's upsetting to go to the groomers and be turned away because your pet has stickers in their fur. The whole point of a groomer is to deal with dirty dogs. And to say you don't have time for it when it's a scheduled appointment makes no sense. She didn't even try to work me about what they can do. I took time out of work to make this appointment, so it's very frustrating. Definitely won't go here again.

We've been coming here for grooming for several years now. They are usually pretty efficient but they have lost our paperwork showing our dogs rabies shots are current several times. You should be able to show it once, they scan it into the system and you're good for 3 years. However, we've been asked to bring it in on more than one occasion in the last year. I know that they've had some staff changes but, things should still run smoothly.Overall, they do a good job with the dogs and they come back home happy. Recently, they've added a disposal fee $7 (which isn't listed anywhere that we could find) for expressing the glands, that's on top of the fee to do it. It adds up when there seems to be a separate fee for everything. A bath, nail trimming and gland expression cost almost $50! Listed price was $30.

I had a great experience here! I've been to the Vetco clinic and their grooming station and all of the staff were very nice and friendly, you could tell that all of them genuinely loved animals! My puppy Lucas also loved it, as he got the chance to interact with other people/dogs. It's very clean and organized as well, things are very easy to find here.

Refused to sell me a $0.49 feeder fish even though I had a proper tank because "they're dirty fish".They had over 50 fish in one tank and wouldnt let me keep two in a properly filtered 20 gal tank.I have kept two goldfish in that tank for two years and theyve been fine.Make it make sense.

I love Petco. It’s quick to get in and out, the staff is always very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. If you can’t get to the store, you can get free same day delivery with orders over $35. Repeat delivery can be very convenient too. Many services available to help you get the perfect care for all of your animals!

I love the location this Petco is in. Its definitely in a bit more of a clean & tidy shopping district or center. Have no complaints about the workers there either..they were actually very helpful. (Well, as much as they could be..) Either way, they were super friendly, & def more knowledgeable than I initially was anticipating..unfortunately though, no matter how nice they were or how good they were at their job..the fact that the shelves in sooooo many of the isles, (pretty much most of them) of the store, were completely bare, was extremely disappointing. Even more so, for me personally bc I drove veryyy far out of my way to go to this specific Petco, (even tho I have 3 different Petcos that are a lot closer,) but I drove the extra distance bc the app online had the item that I desperatelyyy needed listed as available in-store...only come to find out after driving all the way there, that their shelves are literally half - to completely empty.. and then when I ask & try explaining the situation to a employee there, im frustratingly/annoyingly met with the same old typical answer given to every customer who inquires about any product, if it's in stock or not. The answer "whatever we have on the shelf is all we have." So yeah, I guess maybe it was more of a disappointing experience than I thought at first lol. I guess they still get points for their actual physical store placement, & the help from their friendly, (otherwise completely useless,) store employees they have there though.. 👍👎🤷♀️🤦♀️

Everyone seems great except the groomer Alyssa. Our dogs were scared and she couldn’t seem to handle it. She called us about “behavior issues” she was going to continue services but we elected to pick them up anyway. She then says they aren’t allowed back even though she was going to finish. Makes zero sense. Dogs didn’t bite or act aggressive. Just barking and scared of the dryer. Unprofessional.

Took my 14 year old dog to be groomed. Was 10 minutes early they didn't want to put her in a cage so ask us to wait for groomer no big deal. Groomer was 15 minutes late coming back from lunch. And when she came out to get my dog she was in a really bad mood not nice to me at all. Took a look at dog said she was to old for her to clip. She's a small dog 8 lbs in good health. This lady had a Problem never taking any animal back there employees were rude and she was really rude

Took my puppy to the vet clinic for shots. Vet was super sweet and encouraged me to ask as many questions as I liked. She and her staff were very informative and made me feel welcomed. They also made the check in process super simple and to the point. Would recommend.

Good store for quick supplies if food or most treats. The store has been cluttered lately and many collars /leashes not stocked well. Food choices for animals does not appear to be an issue.
