I went in to ask about cat grooming. Lisa greeted me with a smile and was able to answer all of my questions. I was able to take a look around and this looks like a wonderful place to take your pets. They had a full house and all the furry babies looked happy. I am looking forward to bringing my cats there in the near future for the lion cut. Thank you for being so welcoming and friendly!

I'm always so pleased with the entire experience. The whole staff is friendly, professional & I'm never worried leaving my dog there for his spa day. My dog always gets excited as soon as he sees Morgan & the staff. He comes out smiling, happy & looking super handsome! Plan ahead when scheduling because she books up far out. That's a good sign, that so many people are repeat clients

I have a large, intimidating dog who was traumatized as a puppy. As a result, he doesn’t do well with strangers and grooming was out of the question. After trying other groomers with little success, I was referred to Optimist. Wow what a difference they’ve made with my dog. His attitude has dramatically improved and they are able to bathe and groom him properly. Thank you for the difference you’ve made in my dogs growth and development.

I have two adorable furbabies who are a whole lot of personality in a small body and they did an amazing job with their summer cut. Snickers normally hates grooming and getting her nails touched and they were able to get them trimmed. Kobalt is a little bit easier and they are both super soft, smell amazing, and look fantastic. 5 stars will be back in a few months!

I am so impressed with this grooming shop! My maltipoo has been going to Morgan her whole life (she is 9) and when Morgan opened her own shop, we followed her! My dog has serious anxiety and actually loves going to Morgan. You can tell her confidence sky rockets once she walks out of the shop with her new cut and sometimes COLOR! Highly recommend!

This was my dogs (Husky/German Shepherd) first grooming experience. They did a great job! She's softer than she was when she went in, she smells great and she's such a brilliant white now! The groomer, Stephanie, called me to tell me she would be done in 15 minutes. They explained to me that she did a great job and the only thing she was nervous about was the dryer. They also said that she isn't quite shedding a lot right now but explained what to look for when she is. These are such a great things to know. I'm definitely going to be returning!

Gave this place a chance but was scorned by the staff as a new pet owner and didn’t feel very welcomed in person or over the phone. I came here twice.

My dogs and I have experienced several groomers in the area not having very good results or they are not compassionate. The moment I made the appointment for my larger standard labradoodle I love the way they handled the phone call and asked the right questions. Haven’t picked my fur baby up yet but can’t wait to see his new hair cut! The mother daughter duo is amazing I will be a forever customer thank you optimus pet grooming!

Wow, took my cat Chloe here today. Almost 3 years old and never had her groomed. They were amazing. She looks beautiful. Thank you ladies. Chloe will be back.

Took my 3yr old Maltipoo last Jan 29. Saving his fur for the winter. I specifically went in due to great review. It's our first time in the Salon. When I was asked about what trim I want. I told the groomer not short, his fur got some matting under by his chest. Recommendation was to trim evenly or it would look funky. 1hr 45min later his ready to be picked up. He got short summer trim. His head and tail was the only fur that's reasonably right length. It's stil 35-37 degrees. My dog shavering his so cold. Had to put sweater and heater just to keep him warm. It's expensive. Sorry but not coming back.

I think $85 for my dog to be groomed is excessive. The price has gradually went up over 2 years.
