Have always taken my golden to the PetSmart for the grooming but this time , the wait was more than 2 weeks , so thought to try this place , Crystal happened to groom my baby , she is a very gentle and smiling girl , quite satisfied for my first time , my golden was still little damp , probably didn’t dry completely after the bath , hence was little smelly of the wet fur , she missed to do his ears but nevertheless, Will go through her in detail next time ….charges were less than PetSmart and it’s closer to home , so will definitely go back

I brought my cat here to get a bath and a shave. He's extremely anxious and nervous. They did a great job and really cared about my cats overall health. Because of his nervousness they weren't able to shave him entirely, but we were just concerned about the matting. They were able to bathe him, remove the mats, trim his nails, and brush him out. The staff were really nice, quick, and efficient. I think their prices are reasonable.

We ended up with two beautiful cats - a tiny 5 pound Persian and her enourmous 15 pound son whom she was "carrying )" when found as a stray several years ago. Sadly, their prior person passed away and they needed grooming by the time we adopted them.I was not interested in grooming for appearance, but rather for their comfort. Cristal performed the grooming and she did a remarkable job. It was readily apparent that she really cares for animals and I was so pleased with the service that I will definitely bring them back and ask for her specifically next time.They also were providing services on Sundays, which was highly convenient as most cat groomers appear to be fully booked for months in advance.Happy Tails and Cristal get my highest possible recommendation for providing pet grooming services.

Cristal did an excellent job with my dog. He hadn't been groomed in over 6 months and was matted, and she did a beautiful short cut on him and was wonderful with him. Price was very reasonable for how much work he was.

I spent an outrageous $150 on a cat haircut and they didn’t even cut it even, my cat had effed up cuts on her which is normal for certain areas but not these. Hella funny but I’ll never take my animals there again. Sorry guys.

Rachel is soo amazing!! She always treats my baby (puppy) so good! She always so friendly and my puppy loves going to her!! She does such in amazing job with teeth brushing, nail grinding, cutting/trimming doggy hair my puppy always feels soft after her visit fresh breath and smells clean! Ask for Rachel when booking an appointment!

Very reasonable with pricing and honest. Our pups feel fresh and clean after their visits. I dropped off a pup we rescued. I knew she was skittish and had some anxiety problems but I never knew just how bad it was. The groomer was very honest in telling me that Pup trembled the entire time she was there. She also pooped the whole time then had diarrhea. I felt terrible for my pup but thankful they let me know. I now call mobile services for her but use them for our other pups.

Set a grooming appointment two weeks in advance. Arrived at the appointment, but the groomers clearly forgot about my appointment. They asked if my dog had been groomed before, and when I said no, they turned us away. Would not recommend- simply a waste of time.

Bev has done my dogs and cats for a long time. She is the ONLY groomer I will use. My dogs love her and I still don't know how she manages to shave my cats (but I highly recommend it in the spring). I love the environment of the new shop and the convenience also. She listens to what you want and provides it. I enthusiastically recommend this shop to anyone who will listen.

I made the mistake of booking with Lisa. She seemed to have a bad attitude when i got there .When i picked up my dog Bella Lisa lectured me on my dog having problems and not being trained. My dog has been to several other groomers with no problems.Lisa told me it would take a couple hours and she would call me 20 minutes before she is done .After 3 hours i called and they said she was finally done.The hair cut was way too short and Lisa doesnt seem to have the energy or patience for this job. Ill never go back. Aweful experience.

I had a grooming appointment with Lydia for 930 and when I showed up 10 mins early she said I was late to my appointment and had another dog already on her table. She was very rude and just made excuses. I will never go back.

I have been taking my dog to Happy Tails for a long time for grooming and have always had a great outcome This last week I took my dog again to get groomed and the groomer was very short and somewhat rude When i picked my dog up she complained that he was afraid of everything and gave her a tough time This was a groomer that was new to us when I got my dog home he started licking his rear and paws and lower tummy Upon closer inspection I noticed that he had razor burns everywhere and hair had been gouged in various spots Ive never had a bad experience before and this saddens me I wish I knew the name of the groomer so I know never to let her touch my dog again The other groomers there are great

Bev is fantastic! We wouldn't take our little Shorkie to anyone but her. We drive down from the mountains but it is definitely worth the miles!
