This is the place to go for hard to find parts for your plumbing/electrical/etc. projects. The attachment bracket for my bathroom faucet handle broke. They didn't have a replacement at Home Depot, but the guy told me to look at Fresno Ag. He also told me that the people working at Fresno Ag are retired contractors, so they know their stuff. He was right. I took my faucet handle to Fresno Ag. The guy had to search for a while, but eventually he found the attachment bracket I needed. When I got home, the bracket worked perfectly, and my faucet was back in business.

I needed specific bolts that are hard to find.The gentleman who was working in that department was very helpful, smart, and polite.He is a great employee, and I will be looking specifically for him in the future. The store has it together. Very much so! Thank you.

I like this place! It's a bit of a drive, yet worth it. They have almost everything you can think of in a hardware store, and the staff there actually are helpful! You don't have to chase one down like you do in the large stores. Plus, the free popcorn is a plus!

Was looking for a replacement kitchen sprayer hose, John in Plumbing cleaned out the current hose & didn’t charge a thing. Hooked it back up & it was working just fine.

On line help is actually better. Older men there seem to be grumpy? Younger ones are more kind. But I find things there I wouldn't find anywhere else.

Staff was excellent, knowledgeable and informed. Inventory was exactly what I needed. Prices on some merchandise ( including snack foods) was excessive, so I will only shop there for specialty items.

Out of all the hardware stores. This one is my favorite. There is always someone around to help you there. Never no need to search isle to isle. They have a wide variety of everything to choose from. I alway find exactly what I need. By the way, they have frozen take & bake cinnamon rolls. 🔥💯

All I can say the manger need to talk to there employees how to be nice. I got me a pro pain tank. The young lady was rude the second time she ask me if I wait to sine up for reward points the second time after I spend 100 doller the first time but you going to ask me the second time when I got a 4 doller item. 2 I went to plumbing I ask for help but some old man was being a skart chaser. But it's cool there is A 99% chance I will not come back over here

Hands down the best place to shop for hardware and just about anything else. Cleaning products, paint, custom cut glass, electrical, lighting, plumbing, AC, gardening and even work clothes and boots. They have maybe 6 specialty counters where you can find help in any department. Maybe a little higher priced than the big box stores, but you will have no trouble at all finding enthusiastic and friendly help. You'll save time. Time you'd have to spend wandering and searching in a big box store. This is the place to go.

Not too happy with this hardware store. They have prices on the shelf with a sign and all the merchandise lined up and would not honor price on the shelf. The manager made all sorts of excuses and ripped the sign down. Not good customer service and very unfriendly considering their mistake.

My favorite local place to get everything I need for home, garden, and projects. Very knowledgeable staff and great prices.Excellent vegetable starts are in! Picked up a flat of strawberries and marigolds! Also one HUGE Black Beauty Zucchini. It's ridiculously big, it's going to be one heck of a producer.

If you are wanting a place to get in and out quick this is the place to go (mini home depot/Lowes). The customer service isn't the best but if you already know what you need it's worth a quick trip.

Their bbq section is ludicrous! Weber, Egg, Traeger, outdoor pizza ovens, so many choices. Their wall of rubs & sauces, also ludicrous! More than helpful staff. Not sure if I imagined it and I didn't see it, but I thought I smelled free popcorn!

I'm sorry to give the 2 star review for all the great employees that do work there. I am a long time customer and the staff is usually great, but today one of the managers (younger little short white guy) was extremely rude and unprofessional not only to me but the employee as well.

Great store..wife and I went in to grab some paint to her her new office. Everyone there was so helpful and kind. Great service only one was the girl at the front register. She wasn't as cheerful, not a thank you or did u find everything ok? But can't blame her its just this generation. All and all Great store find from paint,tools, and clothing etc.
