Denise the cashier is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met working in customer service. For years I’ve been coming to this Foods Co and she continues to show a bad attitude. She is loud and obnoxious to customers and talks behind their back after they walk away. She laughs at them even with the current customer in line making fun of other people. Then has the audacity to say that people have a bad attitude when she’s the one showing a bad example. It’s annoying how people like this still work here and get away with it. They make customers not want to shop here and are uncomfortable to get in that checkout line when she is there. She will also dismiss people by telling them to go to another checkout stand when she doesn’t feel like doing her job. And if they don’t go to another line she’ll be snooty about it for staying in that line she’s in. Maybe the other lines are shorter and there’s no wait, but maybe the customer doesn’t feel like moving all their stuff after they’ve already placed it on the belt for check out. Either way, don’t laugh and be rude to people, just display courteous customer service as you should be doing. She’s especially rude to ebt customers who don’t always need a bag but if they happen to ask for one she’ll be a smart as about it. So instead of worrying about how your hair and makeup is done or how much perfume you put on, (which is too much), you should be worrying about providing excellent customer service to your customers, so that they have a pleasant visit and will want to return to the store again. Because believe me, people avoid that line if they can. Do something about this cashier Foods Co.

Absolutely love this bakery!!!! Not only is the cake the best in town without the markup prices but the customer service is awesome as well. Rita and Alice are great workers and deserve a raise!!! Thanks girls you really make this store for me!!

I work late and coming to the store. My groceries for family at five is pretty tough for me with all the time I’m at work but every time I come even if it’s at 11 PM at night there’s two people here and I didn’t get their name they are very very helpful but I see them here every night so they must be a manager. He has hair. She’s a white lady with a dark hair. Honestly, the whole store is awesome. They don’t mind opening the register however, long the line is right before closing they would open a register so other people could go there just to help me learn how to clip coupons like isn’t that awesome that’s just amazing thank you both and I don’t know her name but it’s they’re amazing Thanks.

This place is very cool inside on a hot day.! Everything is in spacious Isles. This is clean grocery store. It has other things in the parking lot with it. Plenty of parking. Great prices. I would recommend it.

I would give it a 4.5. Meat prices are excellent, especially the sale prices. Fantastic produce department. Caters to the Hispanic products also, which is fine for me as I like to cook those types of meals. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Update 02.02.2024 Things seem to be the same, a few items changed around. But scored a chuck roast for $4.49 a pound, a good deal.

This foods co 3053 outside lighting is horrible they keep retrofitting the light bulbs but not changing the fixtures to LED Please change the post fixtures and wall light fixtures foods co on kingscanyon and west Shaw have this led upgrade and there lightning is so much better I do not feel safe with this old lights

I found Foods Co's to be competitive and reasonable. The produce are well stocked and fresh. The organic produce have a good selection. The check out registers were staffed accordingly that the lines and waiting times were reasonable and thoughtful. The check out team member who helped me and the security guard were professional and cordial.

Shout to Edgar and Joshua. Very helpful. Gilbert was "too busy doing something else" and doesn't "do that". Had to tell him to ask someone else to help then. Amanda was all about pushing her dust mop regardless if a customer is pushing a heavy shopping cart that was difficult to stop so I didn't run her over. Then I had to get it moving again. Some employees just don't realize that they only have a job BECAUSE of the customers. They could care less about customers or customer service. "Not my job" is NEVER acceptable in a retail store. I don't care what your job is. "Let me get someone for you" is just as easy.

The people that work there are wonderful, always friendly and helpful. However, there selection on many items are very limited.their produce section is very nice but some produce is over priced . They have no nondairy icream. They have a very limited frozen vegetable selection. Isles are small and often cluttered. Food Co Shields Ave could be a great store if corperate put more effort into the store. Also if they would brighten the lights widen the isles a bit and have better selection on many items. Food Co could be a Win Co quality store.

I walked in yesterday and i smelled heavy smoke i couldn't shop at all due to how harmful it was breathing in there. i now find out that the store caught on fire just a couple of days before i went in. The fact that they were allowed to re open without a proper inspection shows how much they care gor our health. This store needs proper ventilation before someone gets sick.

Have enjoyed shopping here for years. I love the variety of Mexican pastries at a really good price. Great produce department. I'm always finding markdowns and sale prices which really helps keep down our grocery bills. Cashiers are quick and things move faster cuz you bag your own groceries

This store never let's me down. From the prices to the people I love shopping here. The meats are always affordable and I recently found out the bakery customizes special occasion cakes at $26.99 for a half sheet. This price cannot be matched by anyone in town! There is hardly every a wait in the checkout lines and the employees are always so friendly.

This place only has one cashier working every time I come in and there is always a line. They also don't have self checkout, or rarely have it open anymore if they do, so you are forced to wait in long lines.They need more cashiers.

I got hurt working in the back then advised by management not to see a doctor then fired after dealing with upfront management for months and asking to be moved. I was told I'd be eaten up and spit out if I moved to night crew, threatened, and told It is impossible to speak to the district manager. Meanwhile, night crew needed people. Corporate did nothing to help the situation even though I have multiple incidents documented. Upfront management is terrible and I will never return to this store. I'm sorry. 😪

So I had a family pack of taco meat from foodsco , and when I put it in my pan to cook it I found big pieces of white latex glove. I'm very disappointed, step your game up Foods co . I will never get meat here again. I'll stick to getting it at WinCo .

I wanna post great review for the bakery and that Birthday cake they made for me . It was A+ #1 and exactly what I was looking for in this 49er cake . Excellent work . Very nicely decorated . This employee that made this cake is good at what he/ she does . Thank you so much and I will be returning for more and I will recommend you to all my family and friends .

I went to Foods Co last night and my cashier was Steven who wasn't happy to help me check out. He had a visibly unfriendly demeanor and also didn't tell me I'd missed some items that I purchased. He let me leave the store without the missed items then didn't document it, so when I went back today to collect the missed items, they weren't written down in their log book and the manager said that since they were on the conveyor belt, she can do nothing about it, because it was my responsibility to take them at that point. Bad customer service, Steven the cashier needs to be retrained on politeness and customer focus.
