Came to exchange not refund (with my receipt) for a hair product that didn’t work for me. The cashier wasn’t able to help, so she called the the manager in charge Willow, After opening the product Willow didn’t hesitate to let me know she could not refund the product because it was used. I explained to her it didn’t work for me and all I wanted was to exchange it. We went rounds I even pointed out the refund policy which states if you aren’t happy with any purchase, they will gladly take it back. The first column and the refund policy. Willow even called her manager just to deny a simple $4 dollar hair product. Poor customer service at its finest.

Busy. Went to get sodas and some other stuff. It's not only them but they all seem to be out of rubbing alcohol. Nice people there. Always helpful

The food there is always expired so make sure to check the dates. I bought hotdog buns and they were molded didn’t see until I brang them home and opened them i bought 3 bags 🙄 I tried calling the family dollar 3 times to let the store clerk know so they can check and remove the ones with mold on them off the shelves but of course no one answered🤦🏽‍♀️ . I live down the street from this store so I’m there often and so I’m always on my toes even with the clothes or other items always just double check even the prices they are priced wrong most the time then when you go to check out it’s more than what it’s listed so they need to double check while pricing

Love the prices at family dollar but it is soooo messy and crowded. Isles have piles and piles of boxes and displays blocking them. Can't get their shopping carts thru the store. Some isles are so blocked and crowded you cant even walk down them. Then you get to deal with them stalking shelves blocking even more of the store. I'm in a wheelchair and had to sit at the very front of the store while husband tried to find what we needed. We ended up leaving empty handed and went to dollar tree. Doubt i will be back. Not handicapped friendly at all.

This Family Dollar is exceptionally great. The staff are courteous and attentive. The products are good and priced to sell.The cashiers make you feel welcomed.

This is my favorite Family Dollar. Manager so helpful & friendly, as well as employees. They ALWAYS welcome me with a smile & offer of help.This is the cleanest, most organized, store.
