They actually cleaned it up store aisle are cleared room to walk through they have better shelving floors are walkable more stocked shelvesI live across the street they are more presentable I'm proud of my family dollar great job guys

Was supposed to be a grand opening! Store was dirty. Shelves were a mess! I wanted to get products listed in their ad and found it to be out of date. This is March 2nd, the expiration date on the soda was January 12th.I wasn't expecting greatness, but bleh! Let down by the experience. Easy fix, I'll shop elsewhere.

Unorganized and never stocked. The employees are completely unprofessional, talking about personal matters/goofing around in front of a line of customers instead of checking us out. Spend your money at a different location. 0/10 would not recommend.

The main issue I have with this store is the hours. If you are only open for a specific amount of hours, that should be indicated on your site. I have come on numerous occasions early in the morning and you have been closed. FIX the AC, or whatever the issue is, or be more transparent with your customers. It is so unprofessional to be so inconsistent.

Tbh, I love and appreciate this store. There's not very much of anything on this side of town. Family dollar is basically our mall lol they have a variety of things and they're usually very good quality when you compare other random brands. They are relatively fast. The only downside is that being the only store around here, it gets very packed at times and lines can be long. If you go at certain hours you can shop in peace and get out fast.

Not bad in an emergency. I'm glad the store is available in the area. The location isn't bad, but Family Dollar needs to do more in the way of security. Definitely need undercover inside, and uniformed outside. To much begging at the door by people on drugs. There's a Chevron I believe next door, that is clean and well lit. So the potential to improve is there.

There's not a lot of space between aislesand they have their boxes in the way of things you might need. It looks messy if the boxes are just going to be in the way. They should move them to the back until the workers can get to them.

This location has no air conditioning and it feels like the Mojave desert on the hottest day when you enter the store. I don't know how the employees work under these conditions.

I always find bargains here and alot of the stuff is already cheap,the animal stuff is always priced lower than other places and this is alot closer than anywhere else....they have the best body spray there it's only $1.00 and the scents are soooo nice,vanilla, twilight,pink,cotton candy and alot more plus they last after you spray not just fade in a half hour like most cheap sprays do and purse size helps. Good prices friendly people that's a plus.WELL HERES AN UPDATE FOR YOU!!! THEY RUSHED ME OUT OF THE STORE SO HARD AND NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO ANYTHING BUT THE CLOCK I DIDNT GET THE 1 BAG OF STOCKING STUFFERS THAT WAS MOST IMPORTANT. I HANDED ALL THAT STUFF 1ST ITS ALL ON THE RECEIPT AS I HANDED BUT BETWEEN THEM ALL CLOCK WATCHING AND GRIPING AND ME TRYING TO GET EVERYTHING IN THE BASKET THAT 1 BAG DIDNT COME HOME WITH ME!!! I BOUGHT 29 ITEMS 19 OF THEM WERE IN THAT BAG!!!! PLUS I HAD TO PAY $20.00 FOR ROUND TRIP CAB!!!! NOW HOW DO I EXPLAIN EMPTY STOCKINGS TO THE BABIES???

The service is always slow there when there's a big line is only one person at the counter to the rest of people act like they don't want to work and hide I have to hell out need another check or here in order to get somebody to come to the front it's like the workers don't want to work I don't like going to that store on Jensen off of elm Fresno California
