I absolutely love Elaine’s Pet Resort! The fact that they share Instagram stories of the playgroups is a game-changer. It truly feels like we’re right there with our dogs, and it brings so much joy to see them having a great time. The team is genuinely caring and goes above and beyond to ensure our dogs are happy and safe. It’s reassuring to know our furry friends are in such capable hands. The transparency and care they provide make this resort top-notch. Five stars!

We board our big dog, Lucy here every time we go out of town. They have an additional service for her to get a bath a couple hours before pickup time. She is happy when we get there to drop her off, and they do a great job with her bath. They even email us a report card with a photo to let us know how she did. We highly recommend Elaine’s Pet Resort!

My pet went there for the first time was there for four days everyone that works there was very nice. When I picked up my dog she seemed to be very happy I had not brought her around other dogs, so she hadn’t been socialized with people or other dogs and adjusted very well. I will bring her back I felt very good having her there , I love the fact they send out report cards keeping you up to date on how’s she doing I loved that Pat as well as a picture of her.

I had many bad experiences in the past in different places in the area, to the point that we almost lost my rescue black lab due to a negligence from a facilities staff.I did my research again until I found the perfect place for my dogs.Since, the first time, I left my dogs, I feel confident to travel knowing that my pets will be safe and well taking care of. I had the opportunity to toured the facilities before our first meet and greet appointment. I was impressed of the cleanness and well-organized facilities,including ambiental music and air conditioning. The playground and water park are build specifically for dogs. My dogs are happy when I picked them up and they never show any behavior of mistreatment as they did before. The staff is amazing and very professional.They have a holiday events offering photos for our our lovely pets. Also they provide a report cards for every visit, so I can read about their behavior during their stay. They accommodate my rescue black dog because he doesn't get along with other dogs. He does have one-one time and playing time. My little puppy get alone with other dogs and he does have play time with other puppies. Also I am over protective with my dogs and I was able to call every day to check on them when I travel for a week.I am very confident recommending this place to other pet owners. It is pricy compare to other places around but I can't complain about the care of my dear pets. " Happy pets, Happy fur parents" ~ MP

I recently called to bring my new, 16 week old cane corso puppy here for a day care service to start socializing him with other dogs regularly and to help with his separation anxiety with us.When I called, the person on the phone asked what breed he was I said he was a 16 week old cane corso that weighs 43 pounds. I don't know if I lost connection on the phone or if they hung up immediately. So I called again about 30 minutes later and explained that I spoke with someone earlier and wasn't sure what had happened and explained again that I was looking for a day care service for my puppy. The other person on the phone asked what breed he was and I again said, he's a 16 week cane corso. The woman then said, "oh well he'll just sit in a crate all day unless he's outside for private play." And I replied, I'm sorry what? And she said, "yeah with that breed we just leave them in a crate all day. Or if he goes outside then he'll just be by himself."What is the point of bringing my dog to a day care service to socialize with other dogs and humans if he's going to sit in a crate all day? I can do that in the comfort of my own home without having to spend a hefty chunk of money.The representatives asked no questions about my dog. All of the people he has met have said that he's very sweet and calm.I think it's absolutely ridiculous that without even meeting my puppy or doing an assessment with him they won't offer me the same service as other dogs.I will be taking him to Brittany's Bark and Stay, where they said they will absolutely take him and if he has any issues THEN they will separate him and assess properly. This place was also cheaper and closer to home.

I had a job interview at Elaine's, but prior, I had no idea this place even existed. It was a bit hard to find, but once I found it, the place was beautiful! There were lots of trees for shade, but the parking was a bit weird.The inside was clean and inviting, and the women working the front counter were welcoming. I liked it when the dogs came into the building. The women knew the dogs' names, and to see how excited the dogs were was really funny to see but also reassuring that Elaine's employees take really good care of their client's dogs.I didn't get the job that I was applying for, unfortunately, but I'll be sending my 4-legged baby here the next time I leave for out of town.

The staff is friendly and caring. My cat can be a bit of a diva (she's a rescue so who knows what her life was like before) but the staff was very patient and understanding. I truly appreciated the "report card" sent updating my cat's status. I feel their prices are very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend them. 😁

We brought our kitten 😺 here for a 3 night stay. They were great with him. The progress reports are awesome and really help you feel better about leaving them. The staff was friendly, helpful, and responded everytime we contacted them. The prices are very reasonable. I Highly recommend this place if you care about your animals. We will definitely return.

My dog will staying for up to 10 days!! She should be able to at least have 4 SMALL items. Not just only 2!! That's ridiculous!!

We love Elaine's. This is the only boarding facility I will leave my kitty at when we are out of town. They take excellent care of him. The daily picture updates are really cool too.

If you love your dog, don’t leave them at Elaine’s.I left my dog at Elaine’s for a week over thanksgiving. It is supposedly Fresno’s premier destination for dogs, so I thought it would be safe to leave him. But the staff at Elaine’s lied to me on multiple occasions.First, they told me my dog would get to play with the other dogs. Which I paid for him to do extra because he loves other dogs so much. That was a lie, he was in solitary confinement for two days until a staff member let it slip and I complained. He was temperament tested the next day and found to have no problems with other dogs and then allowed to play. If I hadn’t been calling to check on him, I never would have known because they were fine with me being misinformed. When I complained to Debbie, she admitted that wasn’t their policy and he should have been temperament tested his first day instead of being confined.Secondly, they lied to me about how much food my dog was eating. They told me he was eating 100% of his food, but then again, when I called to check on him, a staff member let slip that “somehow” I’d been misinformed and he was only eating about 40% of his food. I was then told it wasn’t a big deal, and not to be concerned, but if that’s the case, why did they bother lying about it. When I complained about this to Debbie, she again admitted that this was against their policy.All in all, I paid $500 to be lied to, my dog be mistreated, and at the end all I got from Elaine’s was a dismissive attitude and a “sorry you’re mad” even though they admitted their actions were against their own policies. Think twice before leaving your pet here. They have no problem lying to you about how they are treating your pet, and do not care at all about any valid concerns. If you love your pet, don’t bring them to Elaine’s.

The staff was friendly, but for the price they charge and then be told that our puppy wasn't able to play in a group and yet be charged? There is a leash line that wraps behind her ear to the throat...Is it necessary to have it tight enough to leave a line after hours of being home? Weird bumps in her ears? Plus, they gave a complimentary picture of your pet, of course...the picture wasn't of our dog. We paid for her to be bathed, she smelled like they hadn't. Now we have a dog that's not the same as when we left her....its unacceptable. IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR DOG... TAKE THIS WARNING ⚠

Real nice staff they seem to really like the dogs, which is good. The dogs also seem to like it. One time we dropped our pug off for like 2 weeks and when we came to pick him up he was excited to see us but he kinda wanted to stay a little bit. If u need to store your dog somewhere I highly recommend this place. We get the rock star package or something not sure but they get a lot of play time and they also offer like a bedtime cuddle package. They will also clean the dog which is nice

I have taken my pet here several times and each time he has enjoyed his stay. Staff are professional and courteous when checking in on my pet. My pet enjoys the group play and the report cards are a great addition to the overall package that Elaine's provides.

I've taken my dog for 2 doggie day care dates and also boarded her for a couple of days. The staff are very friendly. They even text pictures of your fur baby once a day when boarding them.

My dog, Riley, and I are very happy satisfied with Elaine's. The facility is very clean and the staff is outstanding, caring, knowledgeable, friendly and loving. Riley has been well taken care of whenever I leave her either for day care or overnight care or the combination of the two. Thank you Elaine's.

We were really concerned that our big shepherd mix wouldn't settle well anywhere but elaines is now our must go-to boarding spot. We were out of town for 5 days, and while Lucy is a very low maintenance dog, we were concerned that she would be uncomfortable out of her routine. I give her long walks in the morning and at night, and she has learned to love the routine. Well, when we picked her up, she was as happy as could be. The get to know you time before boarding was essential. She walked right in and looked forward to her stay. The staff is very friendly and it seems like they genuinely care about the animals that stay there. We got a great report card when we picked her up, including the other dogs that she played with, and that she even played in the water, which she never does. Elaine's is on the price your side, but if you can swing the price, this is the best place to board your pet. We have tried others, with middling success. We are absolutely coming back here next time we go out of town.

Recently my puppy stayed at the Fresno location for a week. Im so impressed with the compassion and patience everyone had there. And by the way anyone who says the prices are a little high is ridiculous. For the package and quality for a pet that we consider family I was pleasantly surprised at the price. These days the treatment my pet and me received at Elaine's was refreshing. It allowed for me to relax on my trip and not worry about our Peanut. Thank you Elaines!

We have had our 5 ladies stay here on multiple occasions, 2 cats, 3 dogs. We love the fact that the dogs stay in 1 huge pen together since they have problems being apart. The cat room is amazing, lots of nooks and crannies to explore and a huge window for them to bird watch. We are very close to our girls, but feel better knowing they are well taken care of while we are away. Every staff member we have spoken with has been very friendly, we LOVE the report cards!! I have no idea why anyone would give this place a low rating, it is great!! The only thing I would ask for differently is a live web cam!! Would love to see the girls running around during playgroup. Thank you for having this wonderful resort for cats and dogs!

My puppy, Maui, stayed for 4 days while we were traveling this weekend. He came back so relaxed and pooped (can tell he had a good time). Appreciated the little daily notes and the photo of him they sent him home with. Very affordable and the staff was friendly, helpful and warm :) we will be using Elaine's again in the future. My pup loved it here! Staff was quick to answer the phone when I called to check on my dog. Staff are genuine animal lovers and are great at caring for the animals. Just picked up my sweet girl and she is tired! Guess she had a good time! :)

We recently took our 6 month old labradoodle for a one night stay at Elaines. He seemed to be in good spirits when we picked him up. My only issue is that our dog had never had a flea since we brought him home in February and after his overnight stay we have noticed quite a few fleas and we are now on our second flea bath to try to eliminate the pests. Im sure it is very challenging to prevent this, but nonetheless it was disappointing.

My Basset Hound (Molly) stayed here two nights last weekend. Super friendly staff & clean facilities from what I can tell. This was Molly's first time being boarded and my first time boarding a dog. Also, our first time at Elaine's Pet Resort. They offered that I can call and check on Molly and I ended up paying exactly what they quoted me (no surprise or hidden fees). They did charge me $1 for a photograph of Molly and a magnet frame. So cute they even gave us a goody bag for being first time clients! Will definitely return when I need to board Molly again.
