I go to the Dollar Tree on East Kings Canyon in Fresno California because I can use the always find what I'm looking for the people and will help you if you need it you're very kind and courteous and it's as nice place to shop.I give it 5 stars and it's another one of pepper lights preferred places.

The store is usually pretty clean and stocked with merchandise .. you might spend a few extra minutes waiting in line though... The customer service made up for it. They were great very patient and willing to help me find anything I needed to find.

So far, this is the only dollar tree that always locks their restrooms. "No public restrooms".

They have some of the cutest home decor stuff at this one. The little owls are salt and pepper shakers and I'm in love

My 2 year old and I go in specifically for a helium filled balloon. But like always the tank was empty!! However ther was some low filled balloons on "display" (not for sale). Santiago without hesitation cut one down for my son. Thanks Santiago!! You're the Best!! Should be promoted to manager!

The lady named Victoria was rude. Bossing around a boy named Israel . No please or thank you. It's bosses like her that makes employees quit. I felt bad for him. She should be ashamed

Do not order online to pick up at this location. It's not worth it and a waste of you time.I Order iteams close to a month. And when I went to pick them up within my time frame. My iteams order were placed on the sales floor. And since it wasn't my fault they wouldn't replace them with the iteams on the sales floor. Overall bad experience.

Dollar Tree is great. You can find most of what you need there. We went there for gift bags but the lines were at least 10 people in each line and only 2 lines open so we left. So if you're in a rush this isn't the Dollar Tree for you because there is always long lines and usually only 1 to 2 registers open. Other than that the store is great. Usually always clean and employees are nice. The food products are miniature size though so if your cooking for a family of 4 you may need to get double the product. As far as waxers and brooms they are not worth a $1 even. They are very cheap and metal handles bend the first time you use them. The other cleaning products seem OK and the mold spray that says mold on it is the best for cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen sinks. It works better than comet and it's only available at Dollar Tree.

Associate Ivy needs customer service skills horrible attitude. I was just in and bought 50 items and the machine asked if I wanted cash back so I thought sure and then when the drawer popped open she said we don't give cash back and I said well then why did your machine give me the option she said you're taking everything out of my drawer instead she gave me the money and turned around and started to help someone else very rude management should speak with her

For over 3 years now, still an ongoing excellent staff and service. Usually highly stocked shelves that fairly easy to get to. Great customer service most of the time.

Horrible customer service from every worker, was ignored, wasnt helped, if they did help it was the bare minimum rude and short. They have no bathrooms for customers or at least thats what they told me. Go to one of the many other dollar stores.

They have a lot of great stuff for just one dollar. The only thing I don't like is the long wait line to pay. If they had more cashiers then it would be 5 stars.

I go there about once or twice a week, but ever since the covid-19,every other time I go they only have like half the stuff I need. They used to always be stocked up, now they're not. It makes me not want to go there anymore. 😞

It was $🌳 it was whati expected it to be one long line no cashiers called. Typical budget business attitude of store vs customers.. But they had a can of Planter's Peanuts 🥜. So kudos on that lol

This Dollar tree on KingsCanyon has quick pickup items for last minute shopping although not enough tellers so there will be a waiting time in line

Who's ever giving more then one star to this location is lying .. this place never has anything .. It's always dirty, staff is rude, and if you ever forget anything at the counter once you left the store they won't help you find it or give you your money back for it ..And thy give you a dumb reason why the manager can't help you that same day ..
