My recent encounter with the cashier at this location left me utterly disappointed. I visited the store with the intention of purchasing some balloons, but what I experienced was far from satisfactory.Despite being the only customers in the store, the cashier showed no willingness to help us find the balloons we needed. It was clear that they were more concerned about closing the store than providing any kind of assistance.To add insult to injury, when we finally managed to pick out our inflated balloons, I politely asked for a balloon weight. Instead of offering any assistance or even a simple smile, the cashier carelessly tossed the weight onto the cash register counter behind him and uttered one word “Here!”.As a customer, I believe it is crucial to be treated with respect and receive assistance when needed. Unfortunately, my experience tonight was far from meeting these basic expectations.

I wouldnt not recommend this dollar tree location for many reasons on many occasions maybe if they had a different night manger with good customer service and not be so rude

I'm impressed. Excellent selection of party items, candy, pantry, and other household items. They manage to keep it clean and have friendly staff, while still offering everything at $1.

Horrible service from the manager CC . She has zero customer service skills and instead of showing the customer how she can help she tells them how she cant help and its not her job to help get the balloons down if customer would follow directions and didn't let them go up we wouldn't have a problem so figure it out. CC is so rude no smile , no thank you for shopping here, no have a good day. Fortunately I found a nice man named Richard who was glad to help and go above and beyond thank you Richard. 😊 Now because of you ny daughter will have balloons for her birthday day.

Cristina was the best cashier they have, unfortunately due to rude management I’m not sure if I’d return during her shift. Cristina is moving down the lines as fast as possible. All while a rude manager marissa, is yelling at her to ask for donations. She obviously is hard of hearing because the poor girl was asking every customer. Leaving this poor girl up by her self, not only was she moving as fast as possible but still doing it with great services and a positive attitude.

We love Dollar Tree! They have most everything you need here just in a smaller size. The store is usually clean and the employees are always nice and helpful. Is does take a minute to check out so if you're in a hurry this particular store may not be the one to go to.

The manager named Elizabeth is very unprofessional. I was standing in line following social distance guidelines and the cashier on lane decides to put a closed sign at her register and walks away. I go up to the register as in next up and the manager being very rude says you were standing on the social distance square you need to see the sign that says she's closed. I had 1 item . I told the lady I saw the sign but usually when registers close they let the people already in their line finish up. Or at least say it out loud the line is closed everyone go to the next register. They did not. The cashier nor the manager Elizabeth. She said the store manager name is pang. So I'm going to try to get ahold of her. But apparently she does not have a email or contact info. Just that she's always busy and I just have to keep calling to get ahold of her. Bad store. Bad management you guys have. Elizabeth needs to be coached on proper ways to handle the public. She needs to learn basic etiquette.

Overall great store, But they have a really rude manger by the name of Carina or CC as her name tag states. I have witness this lady twice provide the worst customer service I seen for someone with the manger title give anyone in my life ... Shes so rude and has the worst attitude. Really think their should be a better way of training their "mangers".

This Dollar tree is outstanding. I found sports DVD,a book,and other stuff you can't beat the prices. This store is clean and well organized and the cashier is friendly and professional

I have been comimg here monthly for almost 4 years. Today i was racially profiled and i will not be returning. The cashier let a Latino woman cut in front of me and 1 other white person. She was not in line and cut right in front of us and we had already been waiting in line for 5 minutes waiting our turn.... The cashier was also Latino and i feel that is why it was ok for her to let the woman cut in front of everyone... Not very happy at all about this. I will drive to clovis from now on where i know i won't be profiled like this.

The cashier yells welcome to most customers but me for some reason. Even when i check out im not asked if i wanted to buy any bags to carry my stuff i bought. Not only that but i have to reach over the counter to get my stuff i purchased because the cashier was busy welcoming customers and asking the guy after me if he wanted to buy any bags. Okay mind u, i didn't buy only one or two items and im complaining. I had am arm full of stuff and was not once thanked for shopping there or welcomed there to begin with. I am not gonna go there to that store no more.

They wouldn't sell me a mask when i had lost mine. Ended up putting my self in jepardy because i had to use someone elses mask. Come to find out they didn't even have any up front. In this apedemic age they should have some up front for emergencies. Damb aleast have so suoer cheap disbable ones near entrance. Hope I don't get sick

My first trip to Dollar Tree for more than just party supplies/mylar baloons. My receipt totaled thirty six and some change. The following day I went back to exchange 2 LED candles out of the 8 I had purchased and 1 pack of incense minus one that I had burned. The 2 LED candles were broken when I unwrapped them and I was returning the incense after reading the particular brand sold at this Dollar Store was toxic and hazardous to inhale. Eventhough I had a receipt from the previous day the manager said I couldn't exchange the 3 items because the packages were open. I asked, how am I supposed to find out the led lights are broken unless I open the package and put batteries in it. She said, "it's a dollar, what do you expect". I said, for a dollar I expect most of them to work but a fair amount to be broken straight out of the package. I also expect you to exchange it for the same item as long as I have a receipt." She said, "well too bad, that's not how it works. If you open the package you can't return it even if it was broken." She then mumbled the the really cool cashier who had a look on her face like she had seen this terrible attitude towards customers a million times but was afraid to stand up to this tyrannical grouch based on right and wrong. We'll I don't blame the clerk for being fearful in this case. Anyone in a leadership role who walks away from a customer befire finishing her sentence has some serious insecurity issues and will likely take her frustrations out on you in an unfair way. So incase you missed it: Per the manager at the Kings Canyon and Ckovis Ave Dollar Tree, its policy to knowingly sell broken items with every intention of doing honest business. At the end of the day that makes it, Way More Than A Dollar Tree

Easy to find what you're looking for, great place to get snacks and candy for the movies, the only downside it they have no frozen foods at this location, but it's still a great store!

Love the employees here but the night manger is rude and a nasty person not sure how she still has a job working wit ppl if shes so damn rude !!!! I I tryed to ask her where the cat litter was and she blew right passed me this is the 3rd time I went and the store is a complete mess 2 cashier's on reg and shes walking around on her phone 🤬
