I have Dewey scheduled on a bimonthly basis. I never have to call them to set the appointment, they just give me a two day heads up and get it done. If I need extra services they do it free of charge. All I have to do is give them a call and set it up. I completely satisfied with their customer service. I’ll keep them as long as I can.

Did a comparison between another leading pest control company and Dewey for 9 months. And hands down the winner without a doubt was Dewey. Even though they charge a little more. Once I saw the results between the two there was no question as to who should stay and who should go. Dewey uses a much better product for my area. And the results speak volumes.

I love the service. With the weather changing, I noticed an influx of bugs trying to get in the house. I called and they promptly came back out and resprayed for no additional charge. Would recommend.

They are unprofessional. The tech didn’t do his job right and there were so many bugs still left and when I called they told me to give it a few days so I did and they still didn’t die. So we did the second service and it still did nothing. The tech marked that he sprayed certain rooms when he didn’t. We explained the problems areas and he acted like we didn’t know what we were talking about. All around there were scheduling issues and problems. Very unhappy so I asked for a refund because overall they promised to help fix the problem but didn’t do that. We still haven’t received the refund like promised and it’s been a month. They didn’t even spray for ticks like we asked and included in the inspection. The staff that provides service is great but their billing office is terrible and do not conduct business well, I signed for them to send me an statement by email and to automatically bill my cc but they are yet to do so and keep sending me bills by mail when my contract explicitly said I wanted emailed statements. They came to my door offering their service, I didn’t go looking for them which is what is irritating me the most. I asked the very nice guy that does the actually spraying tell the billing office to call me and have yet to do so. I’m chasing these people around and they can take their business elsewhere for all I care.

The technician, Dawson was inept and lazy. He left before the work was completed without saying goodbye or even letting me know he was leaving. He just disappeared, then told his office that the work was complete. The work was 17% complete, and even that was sloppy and below Dewey's standards. I called the Corporate office number and the boy who answered was very rude and indifferent. I called the Fresno Branch, and to their credit the woman who answered the phone was very courteous and professional. She connected me to the Branch Manager who was also courteous and professional. I cancelled my contract with Dewey and received a prompt refund, however, the good people at Fresno have no control over the appalling behavior of their corporate office. Dawson was clearly not a good indication of the quality of service Dewey has been known for since 1929. I must say that the Fresno Branch administration, Jerry and Mark are all that stood between a refund and a lawsuit. I believe that the person who answered the phone at the Corporate Office is the one that cost them many years of my future business.Services: Home inspection, Hornet & wasp extermination

We’ve had Dewey for quite a while now and they have been fantastic. The technician always sends a text the day before they arrive and everyone that we have interacted with has been polite and professional. It’s the little things, like making sure the gate is closed so the dog doesn’t get out and the cleaning of any cob webs that might pop up, that we appreciate. The pricing is great and we’re very happy with our service. We live on property and have no shortage of bugs and critters but the house and outbuildings have been critter free since they started.Services: Cockroach extermination, Bug & insect extermination

Not all services were completed so I decided to cancel. I had one last service left for that month when I decided to cancel. The guy that came out didn’t even spray, he started to de-web and didn’t even finish that, he was gone less than 5min, I was upset and decided why bother, also automatic payments were a problem when I asked them not to do that. Not all services guys that came out were unfriendly, They have some service guys that are awesome and do a good job.

Sales guy comes knocking at our door to sell the pest control services.Sales rep booked us for a deep clean, spider webs, removal of yellow jacket nest, and spraying our yard, around our house, shed, and dog yard. Paid extra for the service $119 approx for the upfront cost and would be $80 per month thereafter.Day of the "technician" arrival, monies had been taken out before he even arrived. Sales rep had written down the wrong address, so not off to a great start having to call them and make sure the "technician" went to the right address. Next part, you cant make this up... the "technician" arrived with a long duster and started dusting around the French door windows, moved to the side windows, and dusted the cobwebs. 20 minutes went by and all is quiet, my husband went to check on how he was doing and found out the "technician" Had left. Yes $119 for dusting a french door and two side windows. My husband called a number that was on his service number paper to complain, was told he needed to contact Fresno office. My husband said thanks and hung up. As my husband did not have the Fresno number he called corporate back and got the same guy. My husband asked for the Fresno number and the guy said "So you want the number now?" Long pause... "Because you didn't want it before" Soooooo rude.Long story short, my husband called the Fresno branch got a refund and canceled all future services. I bet the original owners who started the business back in 1929 are rolling in their graves and as for the "technician" (duster man) who checks on their workers work?

We engaged the services of Dewey Pest Control in the summer of 2022. Prior to that, we had used the services of another pest control service business for about 30 years when that owner retired. Dewey has met and exceeded our expectations. Their service is timely and regularly scheduled. The service technician, Martin, is professional and does an outstanding job. I have no idea if they are the least expensive service in town but, I can say without doubt, they are well worth their fairly priced monthly fee. We were beginning to have a roach problem. It started with us seeing a few here and there to seeing one every time we came into the kitchen. At first we tried to get rid of the problem ourselves. We set up bait, traps and powders but we just could not get rid of them. We decided to contact Dewey’s Pest control, Mark came out and assessed the situation. He was very professional and knowledgeable in explaining to us his plan on how to get rid of the pest problem. Well it’s been over a month since his service and we’ve been pest free ever since. We are extremely grateful to Mark and Dewey’s Pest control since we’ve heard how difficult it is to get rid of roaches. After the first spray I was very disappointed because I didn't see any change but after a month now I see the much better difference. I don't see the bugs where usually they existed in dark . I am now pretty much happy with their job. Very thankful to their manager who called me and listened to my concerns and special thanks to Mr. Bee who has been trying his best to get us rid of the bugs in our home.I am not happy with the information provided by their receptionists and also the guy who sprayed our home last year.
