Unprofessional careless manager. She told me she'd be able to make extra copies of thank you card I had previously before I went into the store then we couldn't get it done. Tried to do copies then the photo came out black & white by this time I been there for almost an hour n a half I also missed my post office visit to mail them. Why tell me that id be able to make copies of the specific thank you card the same way then when we see the system isn't letting me get the extra 4 I need after being there for an hour she says it's nothing she can do. Like no sorry for the inconvenience no sorry for saying she'd be able to it through the phone I told her how many I needed. I spoke with a regular employee at first then spoke to her through the phone letting her know the specifics of the order. Literally wasted my time. And the person above her apparently is out for 3-4 weeks. I already spent so much money this week in photos. I never saw her each time I had a good experience until she was there. Very unprofessional, very careless. IF YOU DON'T HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THE STORE DON'T TELL A CUSTOMER SOMETHING YOU CAN DO THEN SWITCH IT UP!

I love the Pharmacy. Way better than the Kings Canyon and Peach store. I have not had one problem with my medication since I transfered to this pharmacy. My only issue is one of the store employees seems to be always watching and approaching me when I enter. I feel very uncomfortable and rill talk with the manager. Other than that I like this store. If the problem is not fixed with the employee, I will transfer my prescription from this store.

The worst pharmacy and worst cashier experience ever, they don't care to pay any attention to their customers, they walk by and ignore you. Shame. Took 20 minutes just to say hello. What a joke. Poor guy before me said he was waiting 15 minutes as well.

I had a great experience with the store manager Rogelio. As soon I walked in he greeted me and helped me with my items. I've been coming to this CVS for many years and never got service like this. Way to go Rogelio!!

Filthy.Absolutely filthy in the “consultation” room. You provide medical care in here and it looks like this?Also won’t accept the good RX coupon that has the CVS logo on it. For someone with no insurance and having to pay OOP for a vaccine those coupons are really important.It’s 20$ at the health department, but $120 here. Really wish I could have waited for an available appointment there because this is price gouging.Will say that the employees were nice.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. No was was around to help us find an item. The app said in stock but we could not find it so we asked the cashier and she said if you look and you see it we have it if you don’t see it we don’t have it. She refused to give us an aisle or area she Just kept saying if you don’t see it we don’t have it. Meanwhile the manager was just playing on her phone without a care in the world. These employees are ghetto.

WORSE Pharmacy ever get there to get my son’s medication just got out of surgery and they said they can’t until after 2 becase computers lock for lunch they really need to have different shifts to cover doesn’t make sense they close for lunch !!The Punjabi lady could’ve been more sympathetic when she speaks definitely switching over to Walgreens or Target !!!! Their like robots there no communication reminder YOU all have jobs because of US consumers !!!!

This CVS is very friendly. I get my prescriptions here as well as my vaccines which makes it so easy. The staff is always very friendly and work very hard. I always get a hello when I walk in.

People need to drop off and come back for prescriptions not hold up the line for people whose prescriptions are ready!! CVS employee's need to tell them move along come back we have other customer's!! They text constantly prescriptions are ready but when you go to pick them up they leave you sitting in drive thu for 30mins or longer. They need to read reviews and surveys. The Walmart style of CVS horrible pharmacy and customer service. Incompetent and not enough staff to handle demands. The wait is hours long for prescriptions and they never answer the phone so you can ask before wasting gas to pick up a prescription that is not ready. Not recommending!!👎👎

Despite having full coverage insurance cvs refuses selling covid tests unless you HAVE RX whatever. Why do you care if you are getting your money. The guy knew I was tested positive and he still invited me to the store to buy over the counter test, I have tested positive so you should not invite infected people to the store. Cvs can easily become a cheap liquor store, that's the only thing they are good for.

This is one place that I wouldn't mind if they went out of business. With an incredibly rude staff that acts like you're ruining their day by showing up to their store. I placed an online order to pick up an item in store and when I got there they didn't know what I was there to pick up they even went so far as to say that I was in the wrong store even laughing at me the whole time. Well they're right about one thing...I was in the wrong store because with that kind treatment I have no intention of doing business with that location ever again. This place gets a 1 star review I just wish I could give them zero stars. Just one more thing they need to change their hours online because it said they close at 10:00 but when I got there they said they close at 9:00 and they have the audacity to talk down to me they're the ones that made the mistake not me!!!!

Everything there is overpriced and coupon sales end up being the prices you can get at walmart. Theres really no savings. They take advantage of prices towards the elderly since thats the most population i see shop there since they are waiting for meds. Pharmacy phoneline doesnt get picked up after even going through the 10 automated menus. Dont even get text messages for meds on time. Im really considering to go the extra mile for meds at rite aid instead. Annoying.

This was the WORST experience I've ever had with any pharmacy. The lack professionalism and knowledge. They are rude and don't seem to have any sense of urgency. I called to make sure my son's prescription was sent and it was. I was then told to come in early because his insurance wasn't on file,Which it always has been. I was helped by a VERY rude associate Sophia who argued and had attitude the entire time that I walked out without meds. One easy call to another CVS and they had it ready in 30 minutes. It's Unfortunate we can rely on such a reputable company for medication our loved ones need. I'll be reaching out to her district manager and corporate.

Just had to get one thing from my local CVS 10 minutes before their posted 9 pm closing time walked up to the door at 8:50 pm and they were locked during their stated open business hours. Another person also walked up and was upset as well the workers inside seen us. If you want to close at 8:50 thats fine put that as your new closing time but don't in convince your customers.

I’ve had the best customer service at another CVS pharmacy until I moved and have sadly tried to use this pharmacy. I saw a doctor a month ago and they are just now “working on” filling those prescriptions. Other prescriptions my doctor sent electronically were apparently never received? So now I’ve gone in, called three times and my doctors office has called them in twice (after the electronic filing) and still nothing? The office even spoke directly to the pharmacist who told them some crazy story about needing an updated insurance card but never entered my prescriptions.Just how many times does this pharmacy need to have the rx’s Called in to actually get them filled? This is it for me. IF I ever actually get them I’ll be transferring them somewhere else immediately. Truly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Absolutely terrible ☠️☠️☠️, they never pick up the phone, they never fax anything, and have terrible customer service and sent my urgent asthma medication to the CVS at Fowler which was done intentionally because I’ve been calling the past couple of days to see if my meds were ready and when they said yes and I went to go pick them up they said they were at the CVS at Fowler. Don’t use this pharmacy, check if your insurance accepts others like Walgreens or Walmart pharmacy. This also isn’t the first time, like a year ago I remember they did something to me like this that was similar. Look at the reviews people...💯💯💯

One of the stores associate charged me $60 for a deck of playing cards and a case of 30 on 12Sep. Didn't realize until 2 days later. Kind of crazy. Should've kept my receipt, I don't care about the refund, I just find it crazy. I have no idea if this was intentional or an honest mistake but man that's a costly mistake if I had to put it.

I enjoy going to CVS as I can browse the aisles while my Rx is being filled. I like the open feel to the store and the courteous staff. It can be a little pricey, but I am glad to have this store next to my neighborhood.

What a JOKE this cvs pharmacy is. If i can give a 0 i would. The staff has no sense of customer service, does not greet you when they CLEARLY see you waiting at the counter. And they make you wait 30 minutes +. And the pharmacists, are also a joke. I have had 2 encounters with this one when i had questions about some meds and both times, he could not answer my questions while answering "oh probably?" and "maybe?". They are never stocked with my prescriptions and lie that they will be ready, and when i go pick it up, they say "oh we haven't ordered it yet". WOW. This happened twice. Thank god i switched pharmacies.

Called in 3 days ago and RX still not ready. When I called before I went in I was on hold for 20 min so I drove to pick up. Emlpyees yelling in store at each other that they do not look old. And dropping merchandise in the store laughing hysterically. Waited 30 minutes in store for them to fill my RX never asked once if Iwas looking for anything. I will be calling my insurance company.

I used to visit this store several times a month.The pharmacist at this location seems to think he's an MD refuses to fill some of my prescriptions and gives his opinion, contrary to the physician's.I had to switch to another pharmacy to get my medications. He actually told me to go to another pharmacy if I wanted my RX filled as prescribed.

This store is the worst. There is only ever one cashier and it takes forever. The line can be 10 customers deep and yet still only one cashier. You can never find any one to help because it seems it's only 2 people ever working. They need to hire more people or schedule more people because it's extremely frustrating.

The worst pharmacy ever the people running it making so many errors it's unbelievable especially for such an important position filling people meds. I highly recommend anyone to use any other pharmacy if possible.
