Needed a new phone. Upgrade. Had old phone since Oct 2022. It got to a point where it wouldn't keep a charge. And it was an Insurance claim ... refurbished. You pay $8 a month for Insurance. $40 to put in claim. A phone that last a year...thinking about getting an old time Landline.

If I could I would put a zero star review on Cricket Wireless. I just wasted the past three days trying to transfers my phone numbers to a different company. They have the most rude customer service representatives I have ever met. They hanged up on me so many times. They told me I had to pay my suspended lines in order to transfers my phone numbers to a different company. I asked where it’s says in their company policy and they never sent me proof via text. I talked to multiple representatives and I was always told different information. They placed port protection on my phone numbers in order to keep our phone numbers. I can’t believe how badly I was treated and disrespected we were. How can anyone work like that? How can they work for that kind of company? They should be ashamed. All this company cares about is money.

Wonderful customer service. Just got out from the store at 4pm today 7/20/22. Wanna said thank you and very appreciated to this one lady customer service I forgot to ask her name. She's so patient and got my no service phone work again. Very recommended to friends and family.

Went in to switch my phone from AT&T to Cricket, spent about an hour trying to get AT&T to transfer my number and the entire time I had the most helpful associate (named Jerry) walk me through the process of getting a new number, setting up my new account, explaining auto pay and signing me up with my new HBO account. Wonderful customer service and wonderful employee!

Rude customer service. They treat you one way to make a sale but as soon as it is done forget it. Purchased 2 phones including all accessories spending quite alot and then for a screen protector to come off within a week 2 weeks if that is not acceptable. For the amount charged and paid it should last the lifetime of the phone. Not recommending.👎🏼👎🏼

Go to another location, these people were not helpful at all. I bought a tempered glass off them 2 weeks ago, it lifted off fromWho knows what. I went see if I can get it replaced at the Shaw location, they were willing to replace, but were out. So I went to this location and they straight up were like no and not even willing to really help.

The plans they have are good that's it. they claim to have 1 costumer care but they can't help you they just send you to the main office which is texting. Piontless I pay twice 80$ thinking I had insurance on my new phone nope I did not. well so much for being with them since 2011. Time to look for a different provider.

I don't see why people are complaining saying they have bad service or give you phone's that don't work. But I guess that's their experience, as for mine I've been with them for 7 years. Always been helpful, love their service. I wouldn't go to no other phone company.

do you want a non working phone ? this is the perfect place to get it. I purchased an iphone 5 though this bad store. My phone worked just fine then they decided to put a sim card in and that made my phone stop working, They refused to provide me with a new phone and i was left without service. good job cricket you are as incompetent as a company can get. On top of that people in there are extremely rude.

I was disappointed that this FACTORY store charges significantly more for accessories. $24,99 tempglass @Blackstone and serria vista is $29.99 @ kingscayon and willow. I hope you get shut out of the neighborhood.

IN THIS CRICKET STORE THERE ARE THIEVES!! I left my wallet there the other day and I was told it was found and put away. I came back to this store to get it and was told it came up missing. Well it didn't just grow legs and walk away!! I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE. Now They're under investigation. PLEASE DONT GIVE THEM YOUR SERVICE. THEYRE THIEVES AND LIERS THAT WORK HERE!!
