Absolutely wonderful!!! My girl Leah is so timid and anxious and Heidi was very gentle and caring with her! Not to mention when I picked her up she was completely dry. We got a bath and shedding service for my shepherd husky and everywhere I’ve gone Leah is always super damp. Not with Hedi though! Thank you so much. Leah looks and smells great! All of the staff are super kind and attentive. My mom takes her poodle here and I decided to give it a try and I am so glad I did!!! I definitely booked my next appointment before I left.

I absolutely would recommend this place.. Heidi is wonderful with Baloo and he is a little wiggle worm.. He always looks wonderful when she is done and prices are good

My experience was only meh. Front desk staff was amazing. The groomer came out and I told her specifically what I wanted (deshedding sani nails paw pads) the deshedding was done and some of the feathers trimmed to make it look tidy. But the sani wasn’t done causing the poop to get stuck or the back end fur to get dirty, nails weren’t even touched (supposedly they weren’t that bad yet when I took them to the vet for their annual check up the vets said they were very long and with a little peanut butter they were able to clip his nails so the excuse “he didn’t let us” makes me wonder how hard they tried) and not doing nails can affect the health of the paw and joints. Their paw pads were also not even touched if I didn’t have a meeting to get to I would have taken the groomer in the back and literally shown her how to do the work I paid her to do. I told them up front inside to be a dog bather in training to be a groomer so I knew exactly what I wanted and knew what I was looking for only reason I didn’t do the baths myself this time was due to a moving from a different part of Cali and none of my stuff was with me to do the work needless to say I will not be retiring I feel like it was a waste of money.

When we first walked in, we were greeted by absolutely everyone and you can definitely tell they are animal lovers ❤️It definitely made us feel much better because we took in a very timid dog.They are conveniently located in a shopping center and be sure to always call ahead and have a scheduled appointment.

all 3 of my babies come here + they LOVE adriana!! she's gentle with the one puppy that is scared of everyone + she's also so sweet with my two older doggos :) i love taking them to their appointments knowing they're well cared for + loved!

First of all the lady who answers the phone is so rude. I called to make an appointment she gives me attitude over the phone l, & tries to act smart with me. Second of all, they try to charge you for everything. My dog went in got a BATH and some tick shampoo & my other dog got shaved down her spine & the groomers response was Im sorry I couldn’t proceed. Dont just shave down my dog & leave her like that. I left paying $140 & they still asked me for tip for what for a job you did not do. I don’t see why I was charged for both dogs full haircut services. So rude! So unprofessional taking my dogs elsewhere.

They did great with our little pumpkin! She is a very scared dog and they took their time and didn't stress her out. Will be bringing her back every six weeks because she seems comfortable with them after trying other groomers.

I took my Princess to Central Bark for the 1st time today for a nail trim, they are absolutely 💯 amazing w/animals,very professional,Greg & Naomi were over the top 👌 with each client that came in including myself,I would recommend Central Bark to anyone/everyone 💯😊.

When they cleaned inside my dogs ears, they left a bunch of water inside, and inside one of his ears was scratched. My dog had been shaking his head and ears for hours and hours due to the irritation, and not acting like himself. Took him to the vet the next day and they had to clean his ears again, and said he had an ear infection. Now he needs ear drops for 14 days. First picture is a few hours after the grooming, the second picture is the next day.

Parker has been getting groomed from Elisa at Central Bark for over 5 years. I tried 4 different groomers before I found Elisa and she out shined them all. Parker loves spending his hour with her getting his biweekly wash and cut. Not only is she great with Parker but she is dependable. It has been nothing but a wonderful experience for the past 5 years.

One star is too much. I had been going to CB over 2 years with two 8lb little Shi-tzu twins. Last time I went my dogs received a bath but didn't get their hair cuts. Of course I paid for their service before I saw them, $90 +10 tip! I asked why didn't they get their haircuts? Their regular groomer Misty screamed at me "You didn't ask for that, you said just a bath!" I said I could have bathed them at home. I did request them both to get haircuts, like I always do. She said then "I'll have to charge you the full price". That's $110. I said I've already paid $90 plus your $10 tip, just for two baths, and when I called I said bath and cuts. She refused to give them their cuts without charging me again. Worst customer service I've seen. She clearly just ripped me off. I don't recommend her, and her grooming is mediocre and that opinion isn't just mine but her rude behavior and unfair business ethics keeps me from going back there. It cost me $100 to see her true personality.

My pup sees Heidi for his pampering. He smells great after he's done and Heidi is really great with him. He's a bit on the skiddish side, and she tries her best to make him feel safe. The other staff is friendly too and the facility is lovely.

Our first time taking our family pet to a spa the staff their were wonderful they did an amazing job with my pet she was so happy when I picked her up and she looked so good!!! They did a really good job especially her ears can’t wait for her to go again .thank you gals so much!!!

The staff is amazing and the groomers are friendly. They are great with my dog. He always comes home happy and well groomed. The only downside is it takes a while to get an appointment and the staff doesn't call back right away. I usually have to call them to set an appointment. However, it's worth the wait.

Central Bark is wonderful! I take my two yorkies along with my dad's pug terrier mix to Samantha. She always does an excellent job with them. They come home looking cute with their little bandannas or bows, smelling so good and acting happy as can be! It means the world to me having a groomer that we can trust with furry family members.

I personally liked and didn't like my experience here. I personally would not gone back if it wasn't for the excellent groomer that I had. First I'll write why I liked it and then why I didn't. The groomer was helpful in educating me on what suggestions he had for my dog. He ended up really liking him and was very kind. However, there was a secretary that scared me out of my mind. She ended up telling me that they were going to sue me because I didn't have my dogs vaccinations. First of all if you knew who I was you would know that I am so NEW to all of this. I am trying to do the best to get informed. When I asked her if I should come back to make sure that he had his vaccinations she said well you already signed so that would be on you not us. I was scared out of my mind and called my relative to make sure he had his shots and fortunately he was up to date with everything.I'd rate the groomer a 5 and the secretary 0. She needs to learn how to educate a customer that isn't aware and new to the facility. Instead of belittling a persons knowledge educate them.

my first visit (of many more) to central bark!! My Kitty has a very hard time keeping herself sanitary clean. after my last groomer carelessly kept clipping off her wiskers, I decided to try a new groomers. CENTRAL BARK is the ticket. STEPHANIE had her in and out in a jiffy! my precious kitty came out looking beautiful! clean, neat and tidy. She didnt look like she had been to the groomers, she came out looking clean and well kept! smelling fresh and most important, she had her whiskers intact!!! I have 8 cats, and One dog. we have a new groomers (I advise you too) CENTRAL BARK! easy to find palm and Bullard Opus 1 shopping center!!! Ask for Stephanie... she listens!

We have been following Daniel for years with our pup Rendina, and love him! This visit we brought our lil chihuahua too who can be a little cray, so we didn’t know what to expect. We are sooo happy with how their cuts and total grooming turned out and thankful for Daniel’s patience! The staff there is friendly and comforting! Thank you!
