2/2/2024..I wanted to thank and acknowledge Store Supervisor Phillip and Associate Jada for their help on a purchase. Phillip allowed us to check if a piece of furniture would fit in our vehicle without having to make an unnecessary purchase. He went above and beyond as did Jada by allowing us to see if the piece would fit in our vehicle. This kind of service is what brings us back to Burlington time and time again. I am a police officer and my wife a nurse. Our philosophy is to leave the people we meet better than when we first met and Phillip and Jada did just that by taking an extra step. That is hard to find these days. Thank you for your work even if you may not think it was a big deal. It's the little things that make an experience better.

It's Burlington, it's big, messy, they closed the men fitting room, some cashiers were not very friendly and the one that charge me, charged 3 times the dame item and when I find out she was finding many excuses to don't refund me back.

Could be the biggest one in fresno. Could be cleaner and more organized. Burlington use to have so many suits and coats, but not very much anymore. Its more of Iike a Ross and Marshall's now

Out of the three discount retailers at Marketplace at El Paseo (Burlington Coat Factory, Ross, Marshalls), this store was the only store where I found items I liked and bought. Not sure if it's just because it’s December, but the store was packed with merchandise. The clothing racks are extremely close together, you can only go single-file down an aisle (how is this compliant / legal with ADA law?). It’s odd they pack so much merchandise into the store, but 25% of the floor space is blocked off by fixtures (why not open the entire store so there is a little more space to breathe and shop?). People would probably spend more money if it wasn’t so tight… Anyway, like I said, this was the only store I found multiple items to buy. If you want a good deal, you may find a good one at BCF.

Great place to shop For affordable clothing, shoes, household supplies, gifts, auto gadgets, electronic items. You’ll never know what you might find here! Great place for big and tall mens clothing the only affordable place when shopping 3x 4x 5x items.

Every time I walk into this store the employees make you feel welcome. Also this Burlington Location is so clean and well kept. The Managers and the employees are doing their jobs. Every thing is well organized. Also good bargain prices.

I was today years old when I found out that Burlington aka Burlington Coat Factory doesn't sell coats in late March in Central California. The cashier told me that it only stocks all sorts of outerwear during "the winter months"---- even though it's windy, raining heavily, and 47° tonight in Fresno.

Fairly well laid out store. They could have used more people cleaning up and putting back items and definitely more checkers, only two so I was in line for over 20 minutes. Checker was very nice.

Asked door greeter if they do store credit without receipt as to save myself time. She doesn’t know so tells me to get in line.... just to be told no they don’t.Worst policy in life. It’s 2021 EVERYONE let’s you exchange items that don’t fit for items that do fit, TF?So now instead of me keeping that money in your store I will get the receipt from my mother in law, get my money back and shop elsewhere. I will NEVER spend another PENNY in any of your stores and I will notify everyone I know that i do not want anything from your store either.

We baught a dress which has a shirt n coat. They put the shirt inside the coat n put the front side of the shirt other way around because it had a bad stain which we came to know as we got home n thought to try it on our daughter. we went to return it they never did so and kept saying that it was against their policy we just left the dress there n never got our money back. They accepted it back and never returned our money. Cheap manager cheap place. Be careful n inpspect everything u buy before u leave the store.The manager never hesitated to take it back but refused to refund our money....... and other associates were just laughing at us. We always go there n give them business but not any more......😠😠😠😠😥😥😥😥😥

The selection of baby clothes, shoes, and socks was a joke. I've come to this store on three different occasions and no selection. I don't know how the employees are because no one ever around. And only two registers open with a very long line. At least the store was clean.

Usually have a good experience in the store , staff is relatively nice and helpful . Had a bad experience with one of the cashiers Yvonne . Yvonne had a bad attitude from the moment I approached the register when I asked her to price check some items she seemed annoyed, with every question I had she had some belittling remark to make back. When I acknowledged her bad attitude she began to argue with me. I haven’t seen her before so I’m not sure if she’s new but I’m extremely disappointed in the how Burlington allows their employees to talk to their customers that way. The one of the store managers Margaret stood behind and allowed Yvonne to disrespect her customers, she didn’t step in to intervene or correct her wrong behavior.

The clothing, I realize is a discount clothing, but the store is very unorganized, it says large or extra large on the hanger, the tag says large, then you go inside to read small on the tag on the shirt. I believe that is called mislabeling.
