I have always been so happy with the professionalism and kindness of this team of groomers. They consistently work well with my dogs, and have been very helpful with my schedule and specific needs for picking my boys up after my work shift. Cannot recommend them enough! I also love the cute little bandanas my boys get! It's the best!

I have been bringing my dog and foster dog here for boarding and am very happy with their services. My dog as well as my sweet but very anxious foster dog always love coming here. It’s like they don’t want to leave! Lol They have fun playing with the other dogs and the staff is so friendly. Their toys and blankets always come back clean and washed. It’s hard for me to leave my animals when I have to go out of town but it gives me peace of mind knowing they’re well taken care of.

Kota comes out clean, groomed and happy! We love this place because they do an awesome job listening to what we want for our dog, don’t schedule out months in advance, and are very efficient day of in doing the grooming. All the workers are very kind- we will definitely be coming back!

The first and last time my dog will visit this place. I had my dog stay for five nights to include a full bath and groom. Initially it was to me four nights but I extended a night and requested an additional night and asked for his groom to be the last of the day so he’d be nice and fresh when I picked up on Saturday.Apparently, they misunderstood as they called me to pick him up on the 4th day saying he was groomed and ready. I told them that I spoke with someone the previous day extending his stay and asked him to be bathed and groomed end of day.I ended up picking him up on a Saturday to which I didn’t know they give you certain one hour windows for pickup. It would’ve been nice to know this upfront.Whatever clippers or shampoo they used has caused major irritation to my dogs skin. I asked for a call back from the owner and it was never received.This has never happened even at Petsmart or Petco. Just beware pet parents. :(

The host at reception was super nice and helpful. Nothing to complain about her, mostly the opposite.The place looks good but we were surprised to find our dog after two nights with deep cuts on her mouth, supposly because she tried (and succeeded) to escape the wired kannel were she was staying.Also, we leave her with her favorite new blanket and we got it back with the blanket totally busted (wet and super dirty).

See picture of our injured dog! Location: 298 W. Fallbrook. 93711. We specifically asked the gal NOT to shave his legs because the length was perfect, and we were afraid she might nick him. When he was handed over his leg had been nicked. She didn't apologize or bring it to our attention. Doggie is white....hard to miss. See pictures. No owner response owner

Major oversight leads to significant disappointment and financial strain....I am usually not one to write reviews, but in this case, I felt it was crucial to share my experience with fellow pet parents considering Brintney’s Bark & Stay. As a longtime customer who regularly boarded my pack of four Rottweilers with them, I held Brintney’s in high esteem up until a recent disturbing incident.First and foremost, I want to mention my dogs have always been treated well and they always seem happy upon pick-up. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and my dogs have loved the outdoor play areas. However, during my latest interaction, I experienced a grave mistake that has affected not only me financially but also my dogs' welfare.One of my female dogs was in heat during the most recent stay. I made sure to specifically indicate this information to the kennel worker while dropping her off and also wrote it on her card to ensure clarity. Unfortunately, a mix-up occurred, resulting in her being placed with a male and subsequently ending up pregnant.This mistake, while perhaps seen as a minor oversight by the facility, will cost me thousands in unexpected vet bills. We are currently in a time when Rottweilers are in significant surplus and finding homes for potential puppies would be incredibly challenging.What disappointed me further was the response from the owner when I explained the situation. A mere 40% discount on the stay was offered in response to the substantial financial strain this will put on me. And on top of that, I was informed that I could no longer use their facilities due to their mistake.This incident shows a lack of responsibility and accountability on their part. As someone who had also referred many of my boarding and daycare clients to this facility, I am saddened to say that I will no longer feel comfortable recommending Brintney's Bark & Stay after this distressing incident.In summary, while I had previously positive experiences, this major oversight is indicative of a lack in meticulous care and customer service, which is vital in the business of pet care. Be cautious when entrusting your pets to their care.

Brittany was originally my groomer. I started at Bark Avenue & followed her to the Bark & Stay location. She was good. I liked her. Slowly, I was passed over to Sabrina as Brittany got too busy between her two locations. Sabrina was just starting to groom but I gave her a shot. She was not good at it, my dog was continuously cut crooked, but at least no wounds. So I gave her chance after chance & saw no improvement & still paid full price & tipped. She is a very sweet girl, but not a good groomer at all. I kept requesting to go back to Brittany. They'd set the appt, I would go, only to find out when I picked up my dog that Sabrina was still doing the grooming. Times for keeping her got longer and longer. Once they had my dog for over 8 hours so I finally stopped going to them altogether. My mother, however, continued and now she's getting similar treatment. They call her last minute to reschedule for weeks later, completely forget to do the dogs feet & nails, or say they don't have time to do this or that at their appointment that has been scheduled for a month or more. We are nice people. We pay. We tip. We're nice. We and our dogs don't deserve to be treated this way. If you're looking for a groomer, they are too busy already, look elsewhere. If you're getting similar treatment as us, you're obviously not one of their priority customers, so look elsewhere.

I needed a place to take my Choco for the day. He's a spoiled 🐕 doggie. I appreciate that Mica and staff took him in for a day, and he had a bath and nails trimmed. Plus, a little trim on his bottom. They were good to my Choco. So whenever I come back to California for special occasions or finacés work, and I need a day spa for him. I'll definitely look you up. Thank you also for being flexible with me and being able to pick up my Choco a little late. I appreciate your understanding and patience.

I called short notice and luckily she was able to accommodate us. The whole staff was very friendly with us. I even called to check in. I requested baths before pick up which they were also able to accommodate for me as I have 2 large Dobermans! I would highly recommend them! I even watched some of their grooming which was amazing! My boys were very happy with their stay!!!

I have a Great Pyrenees rescue and she was super matted and in desperate need of grooming!! Britteny was so patient and kind with her, even staying late to make sure that she was in the best possible condition. My dog was super nervous to go, but when I picked her up she was perfectly content to hang out. This tells me a lot about the way she was treated. Plus, she looks and feels great!! I will be back with my other Pyr and will happily use them for boarding too. Britteny is very knowledgeable and you can tell she loves dogs! So happy to have found this place!!

Amazing! The staff was very accommodating and treated my bully with love and affection. They even filled out a report card for him. He was so happy staying there! I want to thank all the staff for treated my baby with care. Highly recommend this place for boarding.

Well to start this was my first time leaving my dog at a kennel and will be the last . First of all my dog is deaf she is a bully and about 3 years old . She has never been aggressive with people but 2 days in to my vacation and telling me I have to pick up my dog ASAP she was being very aggressive. So I called a friend to pick her up and he was appalled by what he witnessed they had my baby girl in the back n the dark her water was knocked over they had not fed her in two day they and they charged me for two days this place has no experience with dogs with disabilities she was alone in the dark no water no food no one would feed her it was cold and dark and she has never been alone before. They traumatized her if you love your pet stay away from this place .I’m thinking of filing a civil suit based on the way she was handeled they took a movie of her just to taunt her. They removed her harnes and put a thin checker on her neck

I love bringing my dogs to stay the weekend at Brittney’s. They get so excited every time we pull up, so I know they have a wonderful time. The staff that watches the dogs give them a lot of attention and play time! Will continue to be a repeat customer!

I brought my 4 year old dog to board for 4 days. I called ahead of time and asked if they can handle preparing my dogs wet and dry food diet, and they said yes. I came with my a box that had all of my dogs food, toys, CBD treats and instructions on how to feed him. When I arrived to pick him us I was giving food back and two of my dogs CBD treats were gone. When I asked no one knew what happened, but later with more pushing I was told that they couldn't find my instructions for feeding him and that another dog had broken out and ate my dogs CBD treats. No one called me when this had taken place and I was screamed at and talked over by their employee Nancy. I was told that it wasn't a big deal and that I shouldn't be upset.

Brittney and Sabrina from @brittneysbarkandstay did a fantastic job on my fur babies, Pooka (great pyrenees) and Dug (shih tzu)!! Brittney and Sabrina are so patient and skilled! Dug has been coming to see Brittney for many years now and she treats him like he's her own! It was pooka's first time ever at a groomers and Sabrina and the crew were extremely patient and understanding. I highly recommend and will be bringing them back again!

Allowed our two dogs to get out. Recovered them both but only after one of them was hit by a car. We are devastated. She was a very fragile dog to begin with and now who knows if she'll recover fully.
