The store was organized and stocked with a nice variety of items for the home including indoor and outdoor furniture as well as housewares, health and beauty products, and grocery items. The employees were pleasant and helpful. Checkout was fast and easy.

Your security person is a creepy weirdo. He could have just said hi to your once regular customer, but no, he chose to glare and then watch me as walked to my car. Ordered what I needed from Amazon as I watched him awkwardly standing behind the column, looking my way. Learn some basic human abilities. I won't be back.

We were interested in buying a gazebo they had and there were 3 different prices $850 being the lowest. The sticker matched the description of the product and the other labels in the photo I’ve attached. The workers wanted to charge us double the price that was attached to the display. Poor customer service and the employees and managers were standing around talking in the walk way blocking customers from walking.

This store has things tat other store wouldn't have. I love strolling around here for random stuff. If you're looking for furniture they have good and cheaper furniture here.

I'm a pool maintenance technician. Soon to have my certification. Till then I have to find alternative ways to buy chlorine since supplier won't sell without business lic. It's a great store, I always enjoy stopping bye. They always have great prices and good stuff, The only one things that drove me absolutely nuts was, they had no baskets or shopping carts. So since I had my 3yr old with it made it pretty hard to shop. I didn't get what I wanted. I eventually went back alone but what a pain!

Great place to shop, great deals on well everything. Only problem is you have to make sure you get the deal that's advertised on the signs. Sometimes when the cashier scans the items and the deals or sales aren't applied which is weird. It happens sometimes not too often but I would pay attention to that. Besides that it's a good store.

all the employees were so nice. associates helped find items. helped price unknown price's on lost tags. discounted items with small flaws in them. carried heavy items and loaded car. thank you to sweet patty. thx to maria too. spent 4hrs in this store shopping. i believe it was awesome day.

Diamond and Jacob were great! Very professional and courteous. The store was clean and organized. Even though there was a crack head in the parking lot (literally) I would say the area was clear of safety issues.

Being it's the last 2 days of my birthday month ( being a member got me 15% off my purchase).I was getting everything I needed. It all worked out thanks Big lots

Positive experience. Although this store may seem ghetto to most because of it's location or maybe even reputation, I just want to say this store is very clean and organized. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. I have visited this location to compare prices on unique decorating items. I've purchased pillows, rugs, curtains, kitchen items, outdoor decorations and picture frames​. This store has much more to offer than most people think. I have always had a positive experience at this Big Lots.

Rude employee especially Stacey, ignored my help, horrible experience. Spoke to a few employees and kept referring me to another worker and it wasn’t going anywhere. I needed to ask a simple question and no one was unable to help so I had to go to another Big Lot locate in Fresno. Horrible customer services

Managers are completely rude, I was trying to return a furniture that I purchased at another Big Lots because they were the only ones they had the one I wanted but sadly it was damaged when I unwrapped the packaging. I wanted to return the furniture to this Big Lots on Kings Canyon because it was closer and they did not want to take it even though I had the receipt and original packaging that it came with. The furniture manager and another manager named "Tracy" kept being rude and making sigh noises at a very loud tone. I don't understand why they did not want to help me and make it easier for us and just have the return done there but after a while I gave up and went to the Big Lots I had originally purchased from.(It's about a 35min drive from where I live) I had no issues returning the item at the Big Lots from Shaw and Clovis and I had told them my situation and they were confused why they didn't do the return there.

I did not expect this store to be like it is. I figured it was a store to be like General Dollar of that sort. As I walked in to my surprise it was clean and orderly. More like Home Goods if you will. I usually don't enter into stores of this kind, but I will come back. This store has a bistro set that I've been looking for to put in my bedroom. So definitely I will be back!

I really love this store. They have great variety and selection of items for inexpensive price. The priced are so reasonable and most of the time much cheaper than regular stores. Pet food and beauty items are usually what I tent to purchase more often and I get good deals on food products

We come here a few times a year. The employees are kind and helpful. The store was in disarray because of it being black Friday. But the employees were working super hard to fix it.

Very busy here .Must be their furniture sales.2 trucks loading...I'm here for snack foods, like canned sardines.( prices went up 24 cents) crackers. Apricot jelly yum.I love Big Lots! I'll be back.

Big Lots is awesome. It offers good discounts! The furniture that is in stock looks so neat but some have their defects. Some food items are expired but other than that I would most likely return to shop here.

Customer service seriously need help. Asked for assistance, one clerk said he was helping another customer & would be right back. After 10 minutes I went to checkout to get the help I needed. I told her some man said he'd be right back but never came back to help. Her reply was""" he went on break""" !!! REALLY!!! I guess breaks are more important than the customers that shop there to pay your wages & keep your store open. Maybe I should shop some where else from now on

Two terrible employees are the reason for the two star rating. The first lady to help us was very dry and made us feel as if we were bothering her. As I was finalizing a recliner purchase, with another lady, whom was the only positive interaction we've recieved, my partner was looking for the restroom. As he was going to ask an employee a question she very rudely interrupted him to say she was on lunch. Just because you work in the hood, doesn't mean you have to act hood. Clock in and be professional.
