I haven't been here in a while clean lots of stuff. Only went in because they were advertising 60 percent off summer furniture but they were still priced high with that sale. A little disappointed. But staff were friendly

I was looking for a specific item and provided them with the skewer # . They looked it up and walked me right to the item. I appreciate them not just pointing and saying it should be over there. We were coming from Visalia toClovis for a Dr.’s appointment. Since this was a new store to me , I appreciate them taking the time to help. 👍

Most staff were professional and courteous, except one in the back at a desk/register. If you're standing at a register, expect people to ask for a price check. It's part of your job, no need to get annoyed.

Good new store. Went in for a bookshelf and found what I wanted. Also found a bed that I plan on returning to get. The staff, especially Andrea was very nice and helpful. There were multiple at the checkout and they actually called for a backup person at the register too. I will definitely go back.

Great store with lots of great deals. It's a hole in the wall kind of store so they could use to remodel it. The employees are always super helpful and kind. The store is clean and mostly organized. If you are looking for self manicure tools, they could use a good restocking and to add more merchandise in that area. This store has been around for a very long time and I'm sure they'll be sticking around. As far as furniture goes PLEASE check the reviews before buying.

This is the newer store that used to be babies are us. I have to say it's roomy and clean. Good prices. I like to buy pots and pans and kitchen things here. Staff is nice. Big lots has come a long way from the old store on Shaw. Products are good.

Big lots is great for certain items. You have to go down all aisles to make sure you get the things you didn't know you wanted. Clean store. Friendly staff. Spend a few minutes shopping. You will probably be as satisfied as I am.

Not as good as the old location... Half the stuff that used to have on the shelves... And less selection... But I think it's a bigger store... Weird... Staff is very friendly though...And do their best for not having the same things that they used to... 5 stars for staff... Keep it up

Wish I can have negative stars. I usually dont write reviews but their customer care is pathetic and shopping on biglots is Waste of time and Gas. I had order online which they split into two stores, one blackstone one and one kings canyon. I went all the way to store to pickup and the lady simply refuses to acknowledge that they have any order and asked me to contact other store for half of the order. I told that I cannot take half order but she simply told that she cannot help. Why they sent me email saying order is ready then! Pathetic. I called other store Kings canyon one since I cannot waste my expensive gas and time like I did to reach ths Blackstone store, but Kings canyon simply said they have half order and they cannot help for other half and told to contact customer care! First timer, never buy again from biglots. Online customer wastes 45 min just to confirm same thing which I told them and gave me reference number of complaint and told me that they are going to forward my call to specialist. Seriously, for one order I wasted so much time and now again wait for 30 min.

Jerry Gave is the best experience ever from the start we had recently went to the big lots on kingskanyon and were looking for a couch and fireplace all the sales rep said was, “it’s not in stock” we asked if we could order or if he can check availability at other stores and he said he couldn’t. Jerry on the other hand called all 3 locations and found what he could offers to put us on waiting lists for what wasn’t available was so patient and made us feel super comfortable not rushed and not forced to purchase anything. Thanks again Jerry for a wonderful experience

Great deals on everything as it is a close out store. This location is a little...dated (I remember when it was Pic n Save), but there are still lots of good deals here. The person in charge this evening was very friendly and gave me good, non-pushy information on their furniture deals by pointing out the most comfortable pieces.

Nice clean store. 2/5/2021 was the first time I had gone to the newest Big Lots on N.BlackstoneAve I was impressedby the amount and the style of lamps and lights for the patio and the patio furniture .Really veryNice for the price.And I also found pictures to hang that matched othe color theme of our bathroom. AND Pictures that matchthe color and themeof our kitchen and the prices on all of the things I purchased made this store my veryfavorite for decorating my homeAND I WENT NACK AGAIN AND TOOK MY FRIEND WITH ME and She Loves Big Lots on north Blackstone also. I'll be shopping there often .I can't beat the prices at Big Lots.It's my New favoritestore. I 've been there three times thislast week.THANK YOU Big Lots.

This is not as big as the Blackstone location but this one is well stocked with a vast array of products that include seasonal as well as their average. Everything from food to furniture and what's in between. Even Vacuum cleaners included. It gets better when you become a club member, which only takes but a few moments to sign up with their highly qualified team members. I'm liking the online app this store offers with additional savings.

They were so helpful went out of their way to look and find a little heater that looks like a fireplace that was on sale. He went all the way in the back because they said they had one and inventory. He found it and very nice gentleman went out of his way to make me happy and I was very happy.

What I really like about this store is that you can find rare foods that aren't usually sold in this area. It's nothing fancy, in fact, the store is a bit old. Still, it's a neat place to pop in to because their stock is always changing. You can usually find really good deals on many things here from food to household products.

Love this place! All around bargains, just took advantage of a store wide 20% off and purchase bedroom furniture, make sure to get the rewards card and sign up for email alerts and get a heads up on big sales. I like the wide variety of things in the store.
