We take our three dogs here, and the girls are just awesome! Safron,molly, and magic are in good hands . My Molly got her nails polished, and the boys look so good with bandanas! We get full care for them. This grooming service is by far the best to us! We have been going to them for about 7 months! Thank you so much for barking beauties for taking such good care of our fur babies! Grateful 💛💛💛💛

Just moved to Clovis and have been looking for a dog groomer but most aren’t taking any new clients. I found barking beauties and I was able to make an appt for the following day! Dropped him off at 8:30am and he was ready around 10am. They did a fabulous job and groomed him exactly how I asked. Staff was very nice and I will definitely be coming back.

Will not return! So many things went wrong. First of all, we made an appt for 11am and didn't get him back until 3:30. What's the point of making an appt if you're going to allow others to cut to the front for a fee. Second, I paid $145 for his grooming when last time I paid $135 for the same dog, plus my grandma's dog. Lastly, we showed a picture of the Teddy bear cut we wanted, as they did last time, but it came out hideous. The groomer really lacks skill.

I Called and Kim seen me the same day . I’m very pleased and happy on how Snow came out . They are under New Management so I discarded all Past reviews . Snow got a Full body Teddy Bear cut and as you can see she is beautiful. I will definitely be coming back Here for more Services! THANK YOU SO MUCH KIM !! 🏼

I’m very disappointed with this place. I took my doggy here this week and my dog came back traumatized & cut. They shaved very roughly to the point where my dog actually bled. Under his tail, it is inflamed and red. Mind you, my dog is well trained and very calm in these sort of situations. Not to mention when I got back to pick him up, I saw one the groomers slapping a white little poodle roughly!! To say the least, if you want your dogs to be treated roughly & cut, go here otherwise find a better groomer who actually cares and is gentle! The ladies that work here are super rude and rough. My dog has been so irritated that he hasn’t been able to sleep because of the pain he got. Here are pics for reference. PS. I don’t need any explanation from your business, you did what you did.

first and last time using this place for grooming. I should have listened to the bad reviews. Dropped my puppy off at 10 am and he wasn’t ready until 2:30 even though I had an appointment. The lady that answers the phone is so rude and short. They shaved my dog basically bald and they area around the head looks like a five year old cut it, its uneven.

First timer , I would recommend them to anyone. I have a pomeranian, Yorkie chihuahua, and American pit bull. They were very well groomed. Now, I am trying to set up the next appointment. The cost for all four is not bad at all. Thanks for a job well done.

I have taken our Cockapoo to Barking Beauties for about a year now. We have had nothing but positive interactions with the staff! Miranda is our groomer, and when we request something new to try, she always delivers! My dog has never came home in anything other than a good mood. When Bella had an accident in her crate as she was waiting to be picked up, Miranda gave her another bath an blow dry with no questions asked or extra fees. I will continue to support local businesses and Bella will continue to go here!

Most wonderful experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our big dog hates nail trim; but not one peep out of him. Also loved their self wash tub area. Very reasonable prices too. Will definitely be using them again.

There was a lady there she is white with tattoo on her face she was rude and bitter I was overpriced I ended up paying $92 dollars to have my tiny Pomeranian shaved I will not be returning because of that lady and for being overpriced!!

I specifically asked them NOT to shave my puppy. I asked for a trim and clean up around his face. They shaved him. They also cut his skin above his private area and never said anything about it. He came home smelling like perfume but that quickly faded and didn’t seemed like they even bathed him. His nails are also still sharp ( we paid extra for grinding/ buffing). This was my puppies first ever grooming experience and I will never return here.

I set an appt. for 10 a.m, recieved a text at 10:05 that her appt. had been set at 10:30. I had just dropped my daughter's dog off 🙃. I was told I would get a call back when she was finished, I ended up having to call back to get an approximate pick up time. She was cleaned up fairly well. Probably will not be going back 😏

Took my big boy slimy today for a self bath and nail trim. The young lady at the front desk is so polite and helpful. She was able to clip his nails w my help in no time. My baby boy has anxiety from a prior experience elsewhere and he was pretty good with her😍

Staff at Barking Beauties are always very nice and take good care of my Sophie and Emma. The owner, Susan is exceptional and as far as grooming goes sophie always come out looking beautiful.

I do not recommend Barking Beauties. We provided specific instructions on the type of hair cut and they ignored it. My doggie was really matted and I wanted the fur taken down from the head down but they took all the fur down including the head. I’m a new dog owner to long hair dogs and I know the matted fur is not good. I spoke to the supervisor/ manager to get a resolution. They said “the fur will grow back”, and “you can choose to get the grooming elsewhere next time ”. They interrupted me, talked over me and did not take responsibility for the mistake. They even said we were at fault for the miscommunication even though they acknowledged they read our instructions. We paid over one hundred dollars today for grooming 2 doggies and this is the service we received. I will not return my doggies to them.

I took two Australian Shepard in for a hair cut. I got them back shaved. I said please don’t shave them just a short hair cut. You shouldn’t shave an Aussie / a double coated breed. I was charged full price and let them know my concerns but in the end I still paid full price for a cut that can harm my dog due to high sun exposure and now them not having the coat to protect them. Hopefully it grows back normal, part of the reason you don’t have double coat breeds. On top the cuts are choppy with no style to from the neck to the back.. just a buzzed square line. I wish I could have a better review.Barking beauties can respond but the photos say it all look at the neck line. Zero care and the worst customer service from the owner!

Today was our first visit to Barking Beauties and when I picked up my babies I was thrilled to see how Beautiful they looked and smelled!!!. I was previously going to Petsmart but the past few times they didn't do well at all so I started looking for somewhere new. I have 3 small dogs and grooming all three gets costly so I really want a good job. The girls were nice welcoming and wrote down my specific asks for each dog. I loved the text reminders of my appointment time also. My dogs looked perfect and they added cute Bandanas for each of them. I wish I remembered the name of the girl who groomed them. I definitely will be returning.We are taking them on a trip with us to a hotel geared for pets! I know they will be the best looking/smelling dogs there!

I read bad reviews, but decided to give them a chance, plus they're a local business so I wanted to show support. I had an "appointment" at 10:30 am so I dropped off my baby before, long story short, she didn't get her haircut until about 2 pm when I picked her up it was obvious she was extremely hot and when we got home she went straight to her water and drank a lot. I will not be going back. "You only get one chance to make a first impression," and that wasn't a good one. 😕

First time taking my dogs to any kind of groomer. The staff were okay, not very friendly though. Quick and short with answers so I didn't feel entirely welcome. When my dog returned to me he was nice and shiny but I wasn't too happy with his nails. I wanted a nail grind so they'd be trimmed and smooth, but they were just cut which left it feel in rough. But anyways, for a first and last visit it was alright.

Took my dog here to get a cut .. they said my dog was trying to bite them.. mind you she has been groomed before .. so they refused to cut her hair but charged 30$ for a shower. And told me to come back for 10% off. Worst groomers ever !!!!!!

I love Barking Beauties! I've brought three generations of my babies to be groomed here, and I'm never disappointed. The staff is always super friendly and helpful, and my babies always leave feeling happy and refreshed!It is a little more pricey that other groomers, but I've never minded paying the few extra bucks for the great care and amazing service!

I don't know if it was reading the bad reviews or the actual vibe of the place but it just made me uncomfortable. The actual groom was pretty good though they missed all 4 dew claws on the nail grind. The actual service on my dog was fine I just probably won't go back. The place just doesn't feel like you can be comfortable and that makes me nervous.

There to expensive, your 65 dollar includes wash and dry cut nails ,and hair cut ,but it cost 10 dollars to grind nails,25 dollars more if you want a rush job,they do ok but i think im going to look elsewhere!

Took our 100lb. Black German Shepherd to get groomed.First time ever here, we called first they said over the phone we could bring him right in. They did an awesome job,he smelled and looked great! He was ready in an 1 1/5 hours max. I just wanted to write my experience. We will be coming back. Also bringing my Frenchie for services.

My third and last time going there. They called and left a message to say my dog was ready to be picked up. An hour later they called again, explained I couldnt leave for another hour to pick him up, was told I would have to pay a boarding fee which was explained in the paperwork I signed. In the end I never signed any paperwork, and when I did read it it says nothing about you must immediately pick up your dog or be charged a boarding fee and to top it off they didnt trim his face. So a week later looking for another groomer as he needs to be groomed. Paid $35.00 for a bandana apparently.
