Remarkable service. We went in just to look around. Instead we found Compressed air canisters for our new Airstream? It's the sparkling water maker. Well, the clerk helped us figure out how many we needed, told us how to get them replaced at the cheapest cost. Also assisted with all of my other questions without being pressured. Good service all around.

Ace has turned into the local go to place for all things home and garden. We are fortunate enough to have one in the neighborhood one light away! They always have what we need for completing home projects and gets us moving when we get stuck with friendly advice, tools and the parts to get the job done.

Needed assistance in getting a product so I went towards two workers. Grown man and young girl and overheard him telling her his relationship stories and drama which was weird for me and probably weird for the the young worker. He then acted very upset helping me find a product. He continued talking with girl as he was helping me, maybe was suppose to be training her and dealing with him was frustrating because he was not busy and just did not want to spend his time helping a customer. Prices here are also a bit higher than Lowes or Home Depot so Id go there instead anyways.

Came in with a plumbing problem. Travis was a huge help. Showed me the right part and also took the time to show me how to install it. He did a great job. My wife will not believe I was able to fix the problem and didn’t require a plumber

Wow, super clean and organized. Employees (all if them) always asking if I needed help. Easy to find and see items everywhere because it was bright , organized and clean.

Never been so disappointed in customer service here until today. Asked an older white gentleman with grayish hair and beard with glasses a simple question asking if they had a metal slim band clamp that would work on a motorcycle exhaust and he replied “well that depends what you’re looking for” in the rudest tone I’ve heard there. Explained to him that it’s for an exhaust and he pointed to an aisle and said “go check hardware cause I don’t know” again in a very rude tone. Asked another younger guy and he was more helplful even though he didn’t really know what was willing to take me to all and not point. I believe the older man’s name was Richard? I could be wrong but he’s easy to point out. Very poor experience

So, I must preface this by saying there was one young man who was super nice and helped me out - even with his boss barking over his shoulder to NOT help me. Usually when you walk into a store - especially after falling off of your bike, they'd be looking to help you - I walked in with my bike and was ignored until I started calling for someone to help me. Well the young man went out of his way to find what I needed to fix my bike and genuinely seemed glad that it worked and I was gonna be on my way. His boss however had me fix it (no biggie) Well, I wanted to find someone to ask if I could buy the wrench. I look all around - nobody. I see the boss - I wait. He shouts "I'm With A Customer!" I wasn't even asking, I was waiting. Then I am told by the other helpful guy who found me - "hey go to the hub and they will get you one to buy there." I go there. worker number 2 comes up - says "oh I know nothing about a wrench and I can't ring you up." OK, maybe they think I'm homeless??? I make 120k a year so that's odd. If I treated a customer like this at any of my old retail jobs - I'd be FIRED. ACE - I will never go to your store again - your customer service sucks. To that young man - you should quit and get a better crew. Your crew sucks.

The employees here will treat you like you came in to steal something like some theif and then when you get to the register to pay you find out that they are the actual theifs prices threw the damn roof!! U guess when there trying to rip everyone off they assume everyone's else is as well.

This place sets the standard for customer service. Friendly and welcoming staff. The rewards system is great, They even check if there's coupons for items your purchasing. Regardless of price, (although always reasonable) id rather spend my money here than at Lowes or Home Depot.I'm currently building a bar and I was looking to purchase pallets but the manager was kind enough to give us a few.Definitely makes me want to go out of my way to shop here instead of the other hardware stores.Only thing I will say will improve this place if they had a couple more locations.

My favorite hardware store. They are very brand driven and oriented. They have great bbq products with both grills, charcoal, smokers, rubs and sauces. I really like the employees who know home improvement and construction. They are smart employees, something you don’t see often enough these days. They are also very knowledgeable on the layout of the store and location of what I’m looking for. Check it out!

I came here because I wanted to purchase a STIHL MS 211 chainsaw. I originally went to Clovis True Value, but they refused to let me purchase it unless I ordered 2 of them at the minimum. I then went to Ace Hardware's website and it was as easy as add to cart, pick up in-store, and place order. They made it very easy for me to order without hassle and customer service was friendly and helpful. I had to drive 20 minutes from Clovis, but it was worth it. I also came here for knife sharpening because my EDC knife was dull. It's a little pricey, but that knife was sharper than when I bought it!

My go to store for propane tank exchange. Yes, on my way i drive by other stores who also sell propane. I appreciate they help out by loading the tanks for me. And on this visit i had a very cheerful young man who was polite, efficient and helpful. Plus, i usually pick up something in the garden or store.

Ace Hardware is growing on me, before Ace it was Osh and I was so used to all the friendly faces and knowledgeable staff. Now that time has gone by I an opening up to the new faces and it's helpful staff. I have found the how to go to when I need help. If you need help in plumbing ask for Robert he is growing on me. The store is living up to it's name, the helpful place.

It is the best dam hardware store. Clean organized, brightly lit, and their schematics are in the money. Easy to find stuff, prices are comparable and if it's a couple dollars more...pay it. It's worth the money. Plus their workers know their stuff and then some. We will go there 1st abd always leave happy. Returns weren't a problem either. In and out. Will definately be back 🤙🙋‍♀️👍

The best! Super helpful and friendly!! Got hubby's Christmas present which they will assemble and deliver FOR FREE!!!! WHAT?? Yep!! Now that is customer service! Plus they support the troops and give MILATARY DISCOUNT!! Great store!! Glad they moved in and replaced the former hardware store that closed in that location!! Fully stocked and decorated! Knowledgeable associates and plenty of them around to actually help!! GREAT experience!
