This 99 cents store carries fresh produce, frozen foods, canned groceries, pet supplies, hardware, health and beauty products, seasonal decor, and toys. The employees are helpful and pleasant even though this store could use some more employees to help at checkout and cleaning the store and grocery carts.

I just bought these items from the store. I got cinnamon, raisin bread, mountain trail mix, sunflower seeds, almonds, vanilla, granola, and eggs. I also bought almonds but did not get them and now that I’m calling they keep hanging up on me.

Shelves are pretty empty for at least two months now , not a good selection, prices are higher than Save Mart, however the staff are friendly considering there's only 1 open cashier station most times and they have to deal with really irrate friggin customers that haven't learned by now that there's going to be a line and you will just have to wait your turn, cashier's can only do so much with this terrible corporate company!

Never more then one register open at one time. Even with 10 or more people waiting. Customer service lacks completely in that store. Not one employee smiles, no hello, not even thank you. They all look like they hate working there. Store is dirty, and carts are trashy.

No hand baskets, available carts are scared through the parking lot (see images), 1 cashier for a line of 15 full carts. I asked an employee "Where do you keep your baskets?" She replied "if they are not in the front, then we don't have any. Yeah they have been stealing them .". So i just left to Dollar General, I'll pay a lol but more for Conveniency and a shorter line.

The lines in this place are ridiculous they always have only one cashier and about 100 people shopping and waiting in line all at once the cashiers are slower than molasses and the prices have been hiked up and the product has declined there are nothing but homeless people wandering around inside and out of the store I think I will limit my visits to this place it has gotten so bad that the dentist next door had to put up a wrought iron fence to keep them out

I love the 99 cent stores but the one close to me is very dirty always out things, trash everywhere surrounding the front entrance, homeless people. The parking lot is so gross the floors inside are not in the best condition and definitely needs a makeover. Family dollar is the same way but at least they have what you need. I rarely go to this location because I don't feel safe. This particular store has been this way for a long time and I don't see any change happening soon.

Lines are long but not all the time. They work with what they got and I've stood longer at Save Mart. Let's face it, we go here for cheap stuff and you find it. Always a fun spot to grab holiday decor or snacks or quick cleaning supplies. They're short staffed but always have been nice to me. Wish I knew all their names to give credit.

I give 1 star cause store was clean and organized. Rudest employees I have ever dealt with!! All the way from the clerks to the manager! My cart locks up while I’m shopping an employee walks by me as I’m struggling to pull my cart with groceries. I ask her for help she says “Oh yeah they lock by the exits” and walks off phone in hand. Passing me a second time to go talk to another employee about should she call her whoever or let it go…..only reason I knew cause I was heading to line to pay since I couldn’t pull the cart through the whole store? Then I attempt to talk to manager and was told RUDELY that usually the customers tell us to unlock the cart REALLY it’s now my fault!! I’m not a regular at this store and will NEVER go back. She asked me my name and wouldn’t give me hers as she covered her badge. She told she was going to call cooperate about ME the customer LOL 😂 I called cooperate and have not received a call………….

It's a decent store the biggest issue here is waiting in long lines every time I go. Never enough cashiers. Otherwise overall it's a great place to shop

I still go but when i do theres this short women who works there, and she has the WORST ATTITUDE. everytime i wanna have a good shopping time , HERE SHE COMES WITH HER BIG MOUTH AND RUDENESS .

I used to come but stopped shopping here due to long lines only one or two registered would be open, dirty isles, dirty baskets. But some the dollar tree went up i am able to find most items at the 99 still $1 or better quality cheaper than Walmart so i bargain between the both. And the 99 has changed a few things in store is not so bad.

Im grateful that these workers even show up to work.However, can't you at least say hello or thank you. This woman possibly Michelle, that's what my receipt says, didn't say anything to me other than 4.48. At least Beverly says hi or thank you even though she sounds like she hates her job. All too often these workers don't use any customer service skills. Its just human decency. Its just human decency. I don't want a red carpet. You're not paid enough for a lot if things. I still say thank you and have a nice day. The dollar tree on west has better cashiers. I feel sad for them.Kills me that this store refuses to properly label their products. On their website it says you pay the price on the register. Well 9/10 times if I buy something questionable because it doesn't say the actual price it turns out to be more than im willing to pay which frustrates the cashier understandably and me. Ive contacted corporate several times and spoke with a lead or manager, but properly pricing items isn't important to them. Store is clean though and usually has what I need or want 8/10 times.

Today was a great experience. I took my adult daughters shopping and they realized that getting groceries here can really help with the budget if they get what they can here then pick up the rest of their list at a major store later. We saved a lot today.

This place used to be much better, now its very hard to find anything for 99 cents. I bought a Watermelon that was mushy inside and had no flavor, and they charged me $5.99 for it. I couldn't even eat it. They used to have a large selection of medicine and now they only had a handful of items, went downhill in about 9 months.

I asked a female cashier to use the restroom because they were locked but didn’t even want to open it🤦🏽‍♀️ why offer public restrooms if they aren’t open for the public? I even bought something just in case you need to make a purchase to access the restroom. Thankfully a male cashier was nice enough to open them for me. There was no reason to have them locked when there wasn’t no issue in the bathroom. Shout out to Domingo for having great customer skills during checkout. Also shout out to the male cashier that opened the restroom.

Because I was in the area because of other business thought I would run in & snag a few bargains. This 99¢ Only Store has really improved over the past couple of years. Much cleaner & got a clerk to open up another register as soon as there were more then 3 people in line.

Has a lot of products for only a dollar and it's usually quick.I get what I go for and back in no time flat.Sometimes the employees can have a holier than thou attitude.

This is my neighborhood location and I at one point in time was there everyday. I love the brand and the staff at this location. Yes, they are overworked sometimes, but I have never felt like they weren't doing their best. The staff has never been unkind or rude (that wasnt warranted) Keep it Up team!
