Shift manager was kind hearted. I witnessed him help out a homeless person that bought a pizza. He showed genuine concern and compassion while still doing his job. I am happy to shop here and was impressed by this young man.

I was told I could never enter the store again by the cashier on duty. I spend aorx 350 to 490 a month at this location alone. While I may be homeless due to the severe housing shortage in the city and state I do not appear so . I have never stolen or caused a disturbance if any kind. I gave never even asked to use the restroom there. I simply purchase my items and go. The cashier telling me this is currently living in a motel program the city sponsors for homeless. She lives there with her 18 tear old son. How is this right?

This us usually my go to but my card was hacked recently after I left and I just can't go back. I was there last before the hackers started spending. Sad

This is the best 7 11 in fresno My dad and I love going in every morning to see Francine she is the sweetest lady cashier and friend there If anything she deserves all 5 stars. She knows every member of our plumbing crew by name and no matter what She always Greets us with a smile.

Francine is a great worker. Remembers my name and order. Always helpful and keeps everything in stock. Great service and the only 7-11 I will go to and honestly because of her service.

I wouldn’t give any stars if I could. Normally they are very nice at this location. Especially the man who works late night to early morning hours. I was there in the afternoon and asked how much a pack of cigarettes were with tax and the clerk told me he didn’t know. I asked if he could please check and he refused. Said it wasn’t possible which I know it is as I’ve watched them do it many times for customers. He then told me that no one asks and just buys them and that maybe I need a job to pay for my habit. I don’t carry cash but that day I was so I didn’t want to have to use my card if possible. I walked out and said I’d spend my money elsewhere. Not only was he rude and condescending, he was way out of line for that comment. Haven’t gone to that location since and don’t plan on it I’m the future. I’ll drive to a further location and use more gas rather than give that store any business.

So I go to buy a drink and am disgusted with the lack of customer service and compassion demonstrated by the clerk. A homeless man bought frozen burritos an asked really politely to microwave them an was refused for no reason other than being homeless. I've seen multiple people use it . they lost my business then an for good. I won't support people that lack decency

They always have what I need. In there every day so they know me by first name. They’re always friendly. On occasion during the night “off hours” there will sporadic pan handlers. But if you tell the clerk they usually get chased off hassle free.

I got to work 2-4 am I go to get coffee to get my day started and the last couple of days I’ve went to your store and your male employee has the doors locked.He locks the doors to sweep.And when he has the store open he refuses to make fresh coffee he says he doesn’t make coffee until 5am.Horrible employee.He’s turning away for much business for your store.

I went their for money order, he said they don't have money order. Then I left. I came back to get cash out. I asked again, he said yea they got money order is online. Why didn't he check it the first time.
