Whole Foods original tiramisu cake is amazing. There wasn’t any today but there was a tiramisu cream cake. Pretty good. But too much cream not enough cake. See for yourself. It was way too sweet. I would’ve enjoyed it more if there was more cake though.

Whole Foods Market is a grocery store that stocks organic produces, which are sold at higher prices. I don’t usually go here, because of that, but I do like to come here once a while to try their products compare to ones that I usually get from typical grocery stores.It also has other vendors that serve pizzas, deli, and other types of food. They also have a buffet full of food that we can get. I also like their to-go meals since they seem fresh, healthy, and tasty. The last time I got one, it tastes really good.Again, it’s not somewhere I go for groceries usually due to expensive costs, but it’s nice to come here once a while to get organic, healthy foods.

The people working at the pizza stall are extremely slow, lack communication with customers and rude. They even told us one of the pizzas was vegetarian (it was meat based). And one time they made us wait 30 minutes for a pizza and didn’t even tell us that they didn’t have dough to make any pizza that day. We waited right in front of them while they were just standing around.

This store must undergo evaluation. Take a look at all the pics.On any given day (except for Saturdays only) you can walk in and :1. There are no one at customer service. Customer service station is empty.2. There is no one at the bakery or worse, they ignore you and just leave you standing and waiting for them to slice bread.3. Most bakery, and some shelves are empty.4. packers and boxes are everywhere, of unpacked items, nothing ready for the customers during shopping hours. Did they not have evening workers packing groceries and not during customer shopping hours? Due to boxes and people everywhere and restricted space.5. Last but not least, exceptionally bad service from top to bottom. "leader" of the store (tall plump white man with green apron) will tell you straight to your face "I find that hard to believe" when you tell him that bakery team members were rude and one of them (in pic below) actually threw bread at us. Why did he find that "hard to believe"? Was he so against customers that he did not know how to problem solve and assist in a situation with angry workers? (August 02, 10am - whole foods on Mowry Avenue, Fremont)The workers at this store wont last long here. Fremont is a rich Indian Asian town, with Indians being the largest supporters of this store. Nothing short of embarrassing seeing low-paid filipina workers align with white managers racism and implement it at this store. If they do not know how to treat properly the customers that pay their salaries, they need to find a job elsewhere.My advice is for you to start videoing your experience at this store, you have a right to do that. Document these people and put it on every social media outlet. Write down names, times and exactly what is happening at this store. Stand your ground against these microaggressions.

I love to go to whole foods to buy my groceries. They have nice meat and fish sections. They have orange juicer where you can buy freshly squeezed orange juice. Their bulk is also very good.

This whole foods location is good overall. Smooth self checkout etc.I had a racist experience with the person managing the pizza and burrito station yesterday. My husband and I came in all friendly. We asked if the pizza with the last slice available will have more coming in. They said nope.I asked warming up the slice as they didn't offer to do it. They said ,with head down, that okay put it in the box and give it to me. Overall they were not making eye contact and were pretty terse. We thought it's okay that's how they are. Then while we were waiting for the slices to be heated up, a white old man approached and asked about a pizza that was not available at the moment. They were suddenly all warm in their response and said I could bake one for you now it would take only 20-30 min with full eye contact. I was surprised that they didn't offer us that or even let us know that was an option. And weren't talking to us face to face. Made us feel bad.

This is the one of the best store for organic items. i really like the customer service . It has a lot of food variety s and bar. I usually go to this store for meat and dairy items. The store is very clean and neat.All the items are well organized and you can easily find the item what you want. It has a lot of fresh vegetables and fresh fruit. The one good thing is lunch and dinner to go menu. all the food is organic.Fly bugs roaming on the bakery’s stuff.

Whole Foods Fremont: Groceries that rock! Love the organic selection & fresh produce. Prices can be steep, but the quality is worth it. Plus, the staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for the quality seeking shoppers.

I have been services by this place many times. Even a very nice place cannot have such a manager. If you are dominating a lot of people, you just want to smile and focus on your communication. always look angry and deal with an angry person.

They charged two dollar extra for my sandwich. It says one protein included on the sheet. I chose one protein that was not extra. It’s supposed to be $10. I said you charge me for extra protein accidentally. She said we charge for protein. I said ooh but 1 protein is included. she said no. not going to fight for $2. whole food up your standards. or at least change your ordering form to no protein included.

I always get a bot response from Whole Foods when I post a review. They don't care about customer service once Amazon took over, they ruined a great high-end grocery store all for shareholder value.

I love Whole Foods! They have awesome breakfast and healthy too! All the juices and fresh food you could want! I just wish I lived nextdoor to Whole Foods! I go 2-4 a week and all the staff is super friendly and nice! They always have a full staff so finding someone to help you is easy and they are happy to help you despite some of the rude customers! No more will I shop at big L grocery store it’s for losers! lol joking. But eating clean and right is where it’s at! I hope one day we all can afford this luxury I did have to work hard! But you pay for what you get and it’s worth it but if things are tight I been there too! What you don’t know won’t hurt but once u make it a priority to yourself you will know the difference!

Large whole foods in the center of Fremont. The parking lot is not large so it can be quite crowded. Mid-morning, not so bad. This store has a tap room or tap alley that serves beer and wine with small plates. The restroom for the store is located there, the front left corner as you walk in. Clean facilities with plenty of space for persons with accessibility needs. Baby changing station in one of the stalls. Hand washing area is communal and outside between the men's and women's bathrooms. Hot food station has the usual large selection Whole Foods is known for. there are quite a few different kinds of prepared foods available. A good produce selection and other groceries.

I wish the parking lot wasn't so bad. At least now that it's not as busy as when it originally opened, there's some parking available. If only they'd finally get rid of the unnecessary tap room. Who seriously needs to be boozing up to go grocery shopping? It's ridiculous, nevermind driving home...

Visited yesterday the Fremont branch on Mowry..... Most of the fruits have mold on them.... I even showed an employee to double check the rest of the Strawberries, yet when I got home I discovered my grapes and berries had moldThis is rather disappointing given that it's not a cheap nor modetarely priced place, rather on the expensive sideThis isn't the first time.... I ordered off of Amazon previously and faced the same issue, requesting refund!

Great food court. Nice place to study and have a glass of wine. Very clean store and good size and variety. I think this is one of the better whole foods stores. Friendly staff also and lines go pretty fast even during peak hours.

I really like whole foods but part of the reason I don't mind paying a little more is because of the atmosphere and service. So, I get kind of bummed when the service is sub par. Most of the time, they're great. I guess it was a little busy.

Newer location in Santa Clara. Pretty good place to shop for organic foods. Have tons of healthy options for food if you want to pick up your lunch or dinner while shopping.

Meat section is always busy. Sometimes they will chop the chicken very nicely and sometimes they don’t chop at all. If we ask them to chop sometimes they will stare and go inside and chop with large bangs on the cutting board.Update:After the before review there is no change at all, still they do the same and I asked him to cut into pieces and this is what he did. He didn’t cut properly and you can see all of them are intact. If he don’t want to do it then let me know, I can go somewhere.

Ordered a pizza over the phone. Went in to pick it up and there was a fresh pizza recently put out for slices.Got home to realize they gave me a pizza that was sitting under the heater all day, gross. Thing looks gnarly, super dry and tasted like it was sitting under a heater all day, because it was.
