Most staff members are very friendly and genuine, especially when we need recommendations for cat/dog food to try. I don't return things very often, but if I do, it's very easy, no challenges. We wash our pup here, and it's fairly easy, with good choices of shampoos. A "drive-by" vet comes to this location. While prices can be higher, feel like staff is trained and knowledgeable about pet food quality. While they stopped carrying our original brand, the staff member told me why, and gave a new recommendation!

Went there to give my giant breed dog a bath. This is not the store we normally go to, but went to this since we were close by and wanted to better use our time. Wrong decision!While the people were nice and friendly, the floors in the bath area were DIRTY and ill kept. It also did not have the same setup as our local Pet Food Express:1) no treats to entice dogs while bathing2) no timer for bath controls so you know how much time you have left3) extra shampoo bottles were missing - you had to ask associates for extra shampoo4) plastic collars had to be retrieved from cashierI will not go back to this location again.

Very friendly, very accommodating to my shy little girl. She wasn't super wanting to say hello because petsmart employee startled her by bumping into me, making me drop what I was holding on top of her. No apology or anything. I'm disabled so this was super upsetting to the both of us. The employees here were very slow and patient with her and asked if she had allergies. They then selected a treat she would take and gave her a few. They then asked if I needed assistance out because they saw my cane. Such a nice experiance compared to the one I had at petsmart only 10 min earlier. You can see the relief on her face in the pictures having a good experience here. She almost fell asleep sitting up. Thanks you!

Great pet store! I love that I can wash my GS easily with all the products I need easily accessible! I’ve brought my GS here since he was a puppy - he’s 11yrs old! The staff are excellent and always ready to help with a smile. Your questions are always welcomed ♥️

+-,-+ Mixed Feelings ..Neutrual -+(*) Self wash should be $10 (up to 1 hr) the soap was Not the best so I personally bring my own shampoo but Not bad for base Shampoo , They let you barrow a Collar to wash your babie, and a Towel, dryer wasn't warm , water pressure was good.Neutral +-(*) Always GREAT Prices and Deals Exspecially Dog Treats they have some nice deals (Tower With Treats under $2)But bag are a little expensive I would recommend Petedge or Ryan's for clothing or Treats .+(*) Always Clean Self wash , Store .Neutral +-(*) Customer service last time was Nice, HELPFUL , Friendly .But the visit before that was not a great one staff was not smiling , not helpful , Kind of Rude .Idk it's just never consistent .-(*) I was NOT able to use Restroom because they where doing puppy classes .Ridiculous ....if the trainer is Good u shouldn't have a problem with customers walking by to restroom it's called training classes.I will continue to come here because of self wash station , Cute little store I'll give u guys 2 stars I was Not WOWED by this store unfortunately.I Look fwd to updating my review.

I love bringing my dog here to bathe him. He's 85 #, doesn't fit in my shower, won't get into the bathtub with shower, and I can't get down on knees etc. to bathe him outside. This is perfect. Right height to bathe and dry him, he is OK with it and feels so good after....and smells good again....for a week! :-)

They helped me find grain friendly dog food for our rescue pitbull. Buy 3 get 1 free! Cashiers were friendly and chatted. They love pets! I was out of the store in 15 minutes!

These guys are always great. Every visit is just as good as the last, their bathing stations are set up really well and are very easy to use. The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. Overall just a great place for pet lovers

Very helpful and friendly staff. We came here to use the self service pet wash station. Wash station was 25 mins, plenty of time to soap, lather, rinse, and blow dry. I would recommend it as our pet has long hair and tracks dirt frequently.

I'm a fan of the franchise in general, and this location is a strong representation. The staff are friendly and always eager to help. They go above and beyond to ensure you get what you came there for. And what's not to love about the "buy three get one free" program?!?!

The staff here are so sweet and always ready to answer questions. They almost always treat my pup to a treat when we head there. They are one of the few stores that has the dog food my pup eats and they have bath stalls for washing your dog for a reasonable price (especially if you buy 3 get 1 free). Lots of options for your pet needs.

Being fur parents for the first time means that we know little about what is good for our new kitten. We went here two weeks ago, not very sure about what to buy at start. But the staffs here are SUPER helpful -- everyone we met patiently introduced us to everything we needed and answered tons of questions from us with recommendation based on their own experience. I could tell they are all true pet lovers, caring about pets and customers and have a strong passion on their jobs. Also the buy 3 get 1 free policy is great! Would definitely come back again.

I am very upset after Patronizing the fremont location for over 10 years of using there pet wash. On Mother’s Day I purchased a token too wash my dogs like I have done so many times in the past. The facility wash area needed to be cleaned so like others I waited in line for tub. One of the attendants popped up on my left where my dog was sitting and shocked him, he reacted by jumping up. Titan was on a short least attached to my arm. I immediately reacted and placed him back in a sit position.Without warning me the manager and the attendant came to the conclusion that Titan bite her when he didn’t. Had I not knocked on the managers door, I would have never gotten to speak with the attendant who had to point out the supposed bite. I have included a pic of the area where the attendant states she was bitten. I have good vision and being a prior law enforcement officer just don’t see a bite. I do see finger marks scratches though. Of course I ended using this store and began washing my dog at the Davis location for approximately 5 visits without incident I might add. Without any warning fremont slandered mine and Titans name so now they want me to muzzle my dog for no reason. Someone please help me, is this right or wrong.

I love this store! They have everything you need and cheaper than Petsmart with the bonus of no lines. Also, a nice self bathing area. All of the employees are so incredibly nice and helpful! The employees are great at making recommendations whenever I have had questions about food or accessories. I always walk out of there with a smile.

This is our go to place for all our pet needs. The staff is friendly and always enquirer about your pets. They are open to giving you recommendations. Their pup grooming area could be bigger but it is still clean and always filled with supplies

Love the self service dog wash. I pay to wash my car. Paying to wash my pup keeps down the mess at home. He gets a warm bath and an opportunity to meet other pups doing the same. He feels special as he should.

The best. Our dog is recently having eating issues, they had tons of good ideas and a very generous return policy in case something isn't compatible with our picky senior dog. Grateful to have a place with so many knowledgeable pet lovers to help in challenging times with our furry friends.
