Shelby is the best! We have been taking our little Kuma (japanese spitz) there for over a year. I can't imagine going anywhere else. We get compliments for months after seeing Shelby. We travel through many cities to see Shelby because she is definitely worth it! She is also flexible with time and I have never experienced a problem with scheduling.

This was my first time taking Rylie (Husky) over to Le Pawsh. I'm fairly new to the area and was recommended here by my vet clinic. I'm so happy with the results. Rylie has super long hair, and loves playing in the dirt. She always takes a little extra work because she hates baths, but when I picked her up see looked AMAZING!

Shelby is fantastic. After about 3-5 different grooming places that We tried this is my favorite by far. We drive about an hour way from home to bring our mini golden doodle “Goku” 1. He’s excited and happy to come here 2. Shelby does a great job grooming him 3. works with us on the look we want. Give her a call and you’ll be happy. Book in advance and you’ll be fine. Had booked a cut with Shelby and she did an amazing job with my dog! She was careful, attentive, and open to the instructions that I had shared. In addition, my dog felt comfortable and came out looking happy & fresh. Would definitely recommend this location and go back again.

Our first experience with LePawsh was great! She made sure my pup was comfortable with her, she took it slow and was very gentle with our dog at his first groomer experience. She also reassured me during the process, giving me updates on how my anxious pup was doing.I've been taking my pup to Shelby at Le Pawsh since April 2022. The reason we keep coming back every month is because Shelby is caring and sweet. It was important to us to find a groomer we can stick with. She has been very helpful in raising our pup, giving my partner and I advice as first time puppy owners which I greatly appreciate!! She has over 10 years of experience and is a fellow animal lover so she definitely knows what she's doing!! My girl Arya is a curly goldendood, needed a regular grooming. We started looking for a good groomer since we got her, after tons of on-line looking luckily we found Shelby! She just have the greatest ideas for poodles and doodles, best sense of the beauty. Arya is grooming there since 2months. She loves this place too, she is a happier a girl every time when she done the monthly salon. Recommended!

Moose has been styled by Shelby for over a year now. Moose leaves each grooming smelling fresh and very happy. I really appreciate her texts throughout the grooming service and the half an hour pick up window in advance. Moose loves seeing Shelby every time and is very comfortable with her. Shelby and her crew are outstanding. Even though I ask for weird cuts for my standard poodle, Shelby is happy to oblige. She's great with classic poodle cuts as well as funky stuff like a pink Mohawk on your white Spoo. Her standard poodle, Theo, is usually there and dogs who want to play have fun with her. I love the regular reminders as well as being able to make appts online. Shelby's prices are very reasonable for our fancy fur friends. Highly recommend!

Shelby has been great with our dogs, both small and large. She has cared for our two Siberian Huskies as well as our Yorkie. All of the dogs have had anxiety issues with other groomers, but all three have had excellent experiences with Le Pawsh.

Shelby is an amazing groomer! We took teddy to get a “teddy bear” hair cut for our baby reveal pictures and she did just that. I can’t say enough good things about Shelby and her work. I have a little mini Bernedoodle named Marlo. His isn’t the easiest to groom daily because of his curls but time and time again she continues to go above and beyond. She takes her time and never just rushes to finish and avoids the best she can to have to shave down any parts I neglected to comb as much as I should.Everywhere I go I get compliments on Marlo’s grooming. He just looks absolutely darling. I did so much research on groomers for doodles and I’m so glad I came across Shelby because she is absolutely amazing at her craft. If you hate people complimenting your dog then this place might not be for you because it’s definitely going to be happening a lot.

I have two American cocker spaniels that have been seeing Shelby almost their entire lives, and we were so very excited to hear she opened her own salon. I requested a shorter different cut for my (constantly matting) spaniel to see if we could avoid matting before the next appointment, and it turned out SO DARN CUTE! One of my dog's best friends went to this place for a regular grooming session when he was a puppy. The groomer accidentally let the puppy fall off the table and the puppy had to go through several surgeries and crate for 2 months, which has become an irreversible trauma. We understood that accidents happen all the time, but the groomer's attitude was unbearable. At first, she said it was her fault and agreed to pay for part of the examination/surgery. But in the end, she denied it. The puppy is now almost one year old, and this experience has given him not only PTSD, but also hydrocephalus in both of his legs, which need further surgeries, even a lifetime. Once again, we are all pet parents and understand that accidents could happen. A puppy's life is short and cherishable and I wish the groomer could treat him with respect and care instead of running away.Please think about the way this place handled accidents before you choose the service. They will not be responsible for anything, not even an apology.

Love this groomer! Been going to her for a few years. She is so patient with my maltipoo. We had him at as a puppy and has been gentle. He actually doesn’t mind going to her! Most dogs in the past- that wasn’t the case. She gets him groomed in a timely manner. Willing to answer any question and very knowledgeable behind quality products. She also has suggestions for more affordable products.

I would rate this horrible place 0 if I could! My friend's dog came here for grooming before but because of their irresponsibility and negligence, my friend's dog fell off a high platform and broke his back leg. They refused to negotiate and compensate with an extremely disgusting attitude and even refused to apologize. My friend's dog not only had a leg injury due to the fall but also had repeated ligament tears. It has been a long time since my friend's dog tore his ligaments again due to painful sequelae and they have not waited for an apology. A dog's life is only a dozen years, he missed the best childhood and socialization time and since then are to been accompanied by disease.Please read this and reconsider if you are looking for a good grooming place. I have dogs too myself, I feel so desperate for this.
